About Heritage At Hooper Hill
Our beautiful community features gated community with cameras throughout, complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate and refreshments throughout the day, resort style swimming pool with outdoor kitchen/grill, Pet Park for our welcomed pets, Fitness center, business center and a game room with a pool table. We survey all our residents after every workorder and every move in so that we can always be improving our customer service. We offer extra storage, garage parking and carport parking at an extra fee. Our residents enjoy valet trash where we pick up your trash from your doorstep 5 days a week. All apartments come with full size washer dryer, microwaves, dishwashers, range and refrigerators. Our floorplans are very spacious featuring dark cherry wood cabinets and laminated counter tops. We feature some renovated units with upgraded fixtures and finishes offered at a higher price point. Our standard lease terms are 1 - 15 months but offer shorter leases at your request.

Conroe is located in Montgomery County just north of Houston. Since Interstate 45 travels through Conroe and leads into Houston’s business district, residents prefer living in this suburban neighborhood and commuting to work.
It’s no secret that the cost of living in Conroe is lower than Houston. The city is attractive to many renters because of the reasonable commute times, and it’s only a seven-mile drive to Lake Conroe, a popular outdoor recreational area.

I recently relocated to The Heritage at Hooper Hill Apartments and had an outstanding experience with their property management team, especially Jeaneria Vigilant, the leasing professional, and Ann Verkaik, the property manager. From start to finish, the entire team made my relocation easy, simple, and stress-free. Jeaneria went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in place for my move-in. The apartment looked incredible upon arrival, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality of service provided. Overall, I highly recommend The Heritage at Hooper Hill Apartments for their exceptional property management team and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for making my transition so smooth and enjoyable!
We have lived here for about three years and within the last year 1/2 they have added at least three fees during the middle of our lease. They placed a management renters insurance program on us when we had already supplied them with the current policy we have, it has been almost 5 months now and they still have not removed their added policy after we stopped in each month to let them know we have our own policy. They added a new pet portal and required us to make an additional pet deposit for pets we have had the entire lease, they would not honor the deposits we made when we moved in. Maintenance is always a half-baked fix or the problem is ignored. Things are just taped up and called good, it took five months to get a working fridge they kept recycling old ones that had different problems each time, and we reported issues in the bathroom and kitchen that were never addressed the entire time we lived here. Overall the place is charming but the lack of fixing things and the secret fees policies make it hard for me to recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, you can expect rent to go up 7-8% each year, but they will continue to offer new apts at the lower rate. The pool area is very nice when it is open, but often they leave it locked on the weekends, and they don't enforce the public not coming and making use of the pool area, we had to file several noise complaints about people having a large number of outside guests or people sneaking in after hours 1-4am and playing music.
I called looking for an apartment for my mother. Yvonne answered and explained everything in depth detail by detail took the time and was very genuine while doing so. unfortunately due to my mother being on a fixed income we were unable to qualify, great and informative staff.
My husband and I have lived here for several years and have no plans of leaving! The staff is always very friendly and they even have monthly events for tenants. Maintenance usually comes out the same day if we report any type of issue in the apartment. Sure, there is noise from time to time, but that is to be expected in an apartment and has never been overbearing. I definitely recommend these apartments. I have recommended them to family and coworkers in the past and will again!!

I love our apartment. First off the floor plan makes you feel like you are in a condo not an apartment. crown molding and arched doorways. Hardwood floors and a separate laundry room in the apartment with a door. Also a nice little office area to keep your computer on a desk with shelving. I love the kitchen because it is not closed off and the bar around it makes a great place to eat breakfast and talk to people while cooking. The staff is amazing and makes you really feel like a community with the pool parties and brunch they throw for us. Any time I have a maintenance issue they come out right away and fix the problem.
