This has. been my abode for the past 12 years, and I continue to LOVE living here for many reasons, including the peace and beauty-filled environment (LOTS of glorious color trees :-), the big windows (and light coming thru them :-), the mountain vistas, the very supportive staff, and perhaps most of all, the kindness of so many people I've met through living here. I feel truly grateful to call this place 'home'.

The staff was very helpful during Helene. They brought supplies and water. They also were helpful letting us use pool water for toilets. Overall the Valet Living has done a much better job. Maintenance as usual is very helpful . The management has been very helpful also.

Very comfortable environment. Well located near highway. Short distances to Weaverville and Asheville. Occasional noise, but it's an apartment complex, so some noise should be expected. Staff is lovely, and maintenance men, especially Warren are excellent.

I’ve been at Heritage at the Peak for many years and I’m glad to still call it home. Recently, after Hurricane Helene, the staff was very helpful checking in with residents and providing necessary resources.
Overall this place has everything you could need and if not, it's close by. It's a neat pocket of convenience and the layout of buildings doesn't feel claustrophobic. Lots of emails that had me miss a couple important updates, but that's a personal, first world problem.

I love living here however, there are unsightly things that are embarrassing when family/friends visit. I’ve been here over a year and the same old bicycle, with its mess of a cover, still in the bike rack. The mess from birds and collection of spider webs, covers banisters, landing guards, and balcony poles. I apologize for the negativity, but these are seen everyday.

I LOVE living here ! It's a rare apartment floor plan with multiple combined living room/dining windows. And it is quiet, peaceful, close to many amenities and embedded with many beautiful trees ! And....most of all, I love the friendliness of my neighbors and the incredible big-heartedness of all the staff... It is truly a precious gift to be able to live here :-)

Everything is going well accept Valet Living is is hit and miss with pick ups of trash. Last week they just missed my apt. on Monday so i did not bother calling. Still they are not worth the cost per resident.Others were picked up. The other problem is the security gates seem to break down within a day of getting fixed. Either the security gates are never fixed properly or they are just not ever going to work correct. The management and maintenance are very good and neighborhood is looking good.
Love living here. Just minutes away from Weaverville and Downtown Asheville. Front office personnel is friendly and efficient. Maintenence staff is very efficient.
I’ve lived in this complex for many years and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect for me, I really enjoy the amenities and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I'm glad the community gates are now fixed and the maintenance crew is doing their best to keep up with the overall community upgrades. The back gate still cannot be open from the outside but that should be fixed soon.

Life's a journey, where you call home bases is important. Nice, tucked away community. Pool is a luxury for ultimate sun soaking. Almost everything you'd need super close by, which is necessary when you're always a day late and a dollar short

I have been here for almost 5 years. I love my friends, location . I like my maintenance guys and office employees. I have notice dog waste gets piled up. The trash can at the kids park is overflowing and stays that way with beer bottles on top. Maintenance must be overwhelmed cause it takes a very long time to get anything done or not done at all. The landscapers have some bushes cut and some not. The weeds are taking over. The patio does not have any restrictions. There just needs some follow up. I don't want to effect anyone's job but they are real complaints from other tenants.
