Northwest Manchester is a neighborhood spanning the area to the west of the Merrimack River about five miles from the city’s center. The majority of Northwest Manchester is filled with wooded lands hiding manicured neighborhoods and luxurious homes. Rental options are mostly clustered along the eastern border of town, closest to Interstate 293. Very nice community, love the amenities and my neighbors are great! The noise is typical apartment noise so no real complaints there! So far so good!
The cummity is great. The lady's in the office are awesome. I enjoy living here. The only thing I am disappointed in are the residents who don't like to move their car during the snow plowing. The lady's in the office have done what they can to encourage them to move the cars. It is an inconvenience to other residents that do move their cars.

My experience has been good so far other than the rent going up wayyyy more than my social security check. The apartment is nice and very quiet considering all the dogs.

We love living here! It is hard with winter when it snows on weekends and we move our cars like we are asked but the lots don’t get plowed. Then it gets icy and people slip and fall

I enjoy my new apartment, the neighbors i have met in my building are so nice and the all the beautiful dogs. I love Harry, he is very vocal when he is excited and so well behaved when he is on his leash . His owners are very nice too. My neighbor across the hall made me feel welcomed from day 1. The complex is huge. So I was worried it wouldn't be quiet or feel like home, but it does .

Terrible management. Better hope you never have a problem, because they’ll ignore you until you snap. If you fight with them, they lie to you and your complaints “unreasonable” when they’re in violation of your lease. Maintenance leaves messes behind, buildings are dirty. Dishonest and manipulative. Also their recent construction was done wrong and my building is flooding :) thanks for the washer/dryers and the loss of my only storage space. It sure made the apartment less functional, but you can charge more so that’s all you care about! This place is a money grab. Save yourself and go someplace else.

Living on this side of the Merrimack river is nice. It's far enough from Manchester to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to go into town easy. Shopping is convenient with Walmart, Market Basket, Target, Kohls, and Pet Co all within 3 miles form the apartments.

Nice accommodations, it has two swimming pools, a basketball court, a playground, tennis courts, weight room. The grounds are pretty well kept. Most of the buildings are older but they are in the middle of renovating them and the renovated rooms are really nice. 56

A great place to live! Offers a pool, gym to work out and club house. Repairs and maintenance problems are quickly and effectively taken care of. The Halloween balcony and Christmas balcony decorating contest was a great idea and fun. During the summer the breakfast to grab and go was a great idea and very helpful.

Overall very pleased with our experience. We have been living here for about 6 months and neighbors are very nice and community is overall well maintained.
My experience had been great. I love the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and the complex has what we need. The leasing staff are very nice and helpful.
Love my home, love my neighbors! Everyone was super welcoming staff included!! I was most excited living across from the dog park. It’s nice to let my dog off leash and play with the other dogs.

10/19 will be the first night sleeping here. I know that I need to adjust to living in an apartment. What I didn’t like was find a roach running around in a kitchen cabinet!

There are pros and cons to living here. I enjoy the location. The floors are beautiful. Bedrooms are large. Pools and gym are nice. I moved into an apartment with brand new appliances. However, they are as cheap as they get. The dishwasher doesn’t work well. The refrigerator doors don’t stay shut. I’ve also had plumbing issues in the main bathroom as well as the kitchen. Maintenance has come out at least 3 times so far. It works for a little while and then gets backed up again. The buzzer for the door is not functioning. The cost for laundry is outrageous. At least in my building, people are not friendly. I’ve lived here now 6 months and only my across the hall neighbor has even looked in my direction. For the amount of money I pay to be here, I definitely expected more.

Overall good experience so far. Noise has not been a problem for us. Although most treadmills in gym tend to not be working properly. Other than that things are great.

I've been living at Country Club Apartments for a year now, and it's been a great experience overall. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained, though the pool can get crowded during the summer months. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, with modern appliances and ample space. Very nice apartment, people in the office are very willing to help with anything you need, walls are a little thin so I can hear a lot from other people but it doesn’t bother me that much unless I’m trying to sleep.

Staff has been very easy to work with. Amenities are good. Love the dog park! Lots of dogs in the neighborhood! Which is great because I have a very social pup!

I love it here! Maintenance is super responsive and staff is always kind and eager to help. The one thing that bothers me is the lack of cameras in the complex. My boyfriend’s truck was recently broken into and there was 0 surveillance footage obtained because the complex only has one camera and it’s in the mailroom. For the price we pay, we should have cameras to cover street parking and the parking lots. I’ve always felt safe here, but recently feeling a little unsafe with certain activity that’s been going on and knowing there aren’t any cameras to capture it.

I've enjoyed my time here I wish that we didn't have to pay for trash to be taken out but other than that I love it. I also love the pools and the pool table. We need new pool sticks.

We have loved living here for the past 7 years. The new owners of Heritage are really making improvements and trying to make it a great place to live. We are close to the city but still have a quiet neighborhood. You will have some crime with so many people living in one area but overall it is very safe here.

We have a person in our building setting fires. It’s not safe and very nerve racking. Management sent out emails the first day then radio silence.

I’ve only been here a short time, but so far it seems to be a quiet area. I am enjoying it. The apartment itself is very nice. The kitchen and floors are beautiful. I am happy with the appliances. The bathroom vanities, closet doors could use an upgrade. I haven’t had a chance to use the amenities yet, but they look very nice! I am excited to be a part of this community.

Great community and The leasing/maintenance team is wonderful to work with and quick to fix any issues that may arise! Sound control between the apartments is great (especially for my dog)!
I went to look at an apartment. When I arrived the front desk was speaking negatively about a resident who apparently was moving in and did not have a working shower. I proceeded to look at the "redone" apartment. It looks like a 4 y/o painted the walls. You could tell the paint was an overcoat from previous paint observed by the thickness and areas where there were bubbles. Also the wall fire extinguishers were painted over. The dishwasher was not fitted in the cabinetry. When asked about this is it was responded with " this is an easy fix". I had a friend who previously lived in this rental facility and had numerous issues with poor management.

Such a terrible place! Dog poop and poop bins always overflowing. They dont do anything about noise complaints! Never parking spots because of people with no passes. They dont fix anything correctly and may take months to get scheduled.

A shot was fired at the front door of my building and broke the glass. They had to board it up. Not sure what happened, was at work. They rarely clean, maybe once a month the cleaning crew will show up and “clean”. Speaking of cleaning, tenants will leave, literally leave their trash outside of their door for days until it stinks to the point people cannot breathe when they walk through the hallway. I’m not sure if that’s on the City or management, it can be weeks before they remove garbage. There’s not management, nobody knows what they’re doing. Clueless people. This place has been under three different managements in less than 3 years. Your packages will get lost and nobody has an answer. Did I say rude? These people look like they don’t even want to be there. Building is really old. Nothing works. Anything good about this place? It’s close to highway, schools, universities, grocery stores. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, this place is not worth your hard earned money.

We moved into a 2 bedroom a few months ago. Really quiet, nice neighbors. Apartment is perfect for downsizing. Lots of space, nice carpets, nice and good size kitchen. Bedrooms big and spacious. Staff and Maintenance are outstanding!! Anything we have a question or need we have they respond immediately. Close to two highways, shopping and downtown has amazing places to eat. Wonderful place, love coming home!!

We moved to this apartment for more than a year now. So far I don't have any complains. It's not the greatest apartment you will find but its a good one. The apartment is spacious with big kitchen and lots of storage. Bedrooms are good though closets and shower are little smaller than I like. Balcony gives a nice hilltop view of fall colors which is great. Maintenance is usually fast and mostly on the same day. Biggest thing, heat is included in the rent so you don't have worry when you cook or raise the temperature in your apartment. Carpet in the apartment is the only thing I hate cause it's not so good and soft. About rest of the things I don't have any complains.

Overall Hilltop Apartments are not a bad place to live. The pool is great and connected to a nicely decorated clubhouse and gym. The tennis courts are well maintained. The road itself is far enough from the theft crimes in down town, but close enough for an affordable cab ride or Uber. Management is hard to reach and the renting process can be a pain because there seems to be a lack of communication, but overall it's a very friendly staff. As for the buildings. They seem to be updating them slowly, as all of the hallway carpets were just replaced. However, the apartment you get May not look exactly like the one you were shown, as far as updates. For example: Our carpet and kitchen cabinets were unexpectedly old. However our appliances and kitchen/bathroom floors were updated. Our friend's apartment is the exact opposite. If you're going to rent, I'd make sure to double check that you are getting the new carpet. Ours is worn and has loose threads that get caught in the vaccume. Our friend''s apartment looks overall newer and cleaner. Much more worth the money. Mostly I would say this is a good place to be for the price. Just confirm you're getting what you're promised. Spacious units that allows pets. We have lived her for almost a year. Parking can be a pain because there is only one pass per bedroom and we have two cars. That means my boyfriend parks on the street.
