I’ve been living here for about 5 months and overall I am pleased. Management is great & attentive. Rashanda in particular does an amazing job overseeing the community. It is very well kept, tidy & peaceful ??. I love it here!

I have had the best experience with the property management and the office staff. I could not be happier with the apartment and property. Everyone in the office is amazing. Sue was so helpful and the best to work with. I am so glad to start over there.

I lived there for a little more than a year. Getting ahold of someone in the office is almost impossible. Most of the time, no one answers the phone, no callbacks when you left a message, no reply to emails, and the office is not open the times they advertised they are going to be there. I have been trying to reach out for almost a year to get my security deposit back without any luck. Some of their amenities: -Community gates are always open. -Pool is always closed. -Dog poop is everywhere in the common areas. -Cigarette butts all around the place. -Gatherings in the parking lot late at night with loud music.

I have been trying to get into contact with somebody, anybody, on info for signing a lease on an apartment here. No luck. I have even been here in person three times, but the office is empty. They do not return phone calls or emails.

This is an apartment complex to move into if you like being taken advantage of! Nothing ever gets fixed. I was without AC for the majority of the summer. You pay for the pool & a gate, but the pool will not be open. The fitness center will not be open. And the gate is always open so anyone can come in!! Management is very rude, poor customer service skills. If you speak up for yourself, they will go out of their way to make sure your work orders dont get completed.

The place is quiet but could use a lot more TLC from management.

I enjoy living here. The apt. is clean and large. The management is friendly and the maintenance is great. I also like that they allow pets. dogs and cats. most places only allow cats. I could not find this much sq. footage in any other apt. as heritage crossing. I like the washer/dryer hookups, and the storage closet on the patio. I think anyone would love living here. It is a small community and a safe one also.

Would not recommend this apartment complex to my enemies. They are constantly finding reasons to inspect your apartment, maintenance is a joke (they tell you they fix things when they do a temporary fix), they have a horrible spider problem but will not address it after numerous complaints, they do not have a secure way to make payments other than a drop box, there is limited parking, and unannounced maintenance visits for non-emergency reasons entering your locked home without warning or invitation. Their playground is infested with wasps and behind the apartments are infested with mosquitoes from long grass they do not cut. They try and dictate what you can have on your porch and how many guests you can have. Not to mention their office staff, who are only every helpful or friendly when you sign your lease. After you are in the apartment the staff is worthless, unfriendly, and rude. Overall I have never lived in such a horrible apartment complex.
