Cars vandalized, mailboxes vandalized, someone in a light gray car selling drugs near the property, homeless folks living near property,a relatively unsafe, dangerous area, needs to be cleaned up by the authorities ASAP.The staff in the office, housekeeping,maintenance are exceptionally excellent
It's clean, bug free, easy to get around. The apartment layout is nice. And they keep the grounds clean. They have nice staff. And the activity director is very nice and professional. She is always trying to find things to do for all residents.
Management and staff including maintenance personnel is great! Very professional and kind. They all are so helpful in making sure our community is as clean and well kept as can be..good place to call home!
Primrose Apartments is the perfect place to live for people 55 an up. They are peaceful and the residents are very friendly. There are all types of activities to participate in from trips to Lake Charge to do a little gamble to shopping on Saturdays to the grocery stores and Walmart transportation provided by Primrose. There is also water arobics in the pool and in the Spring there is a fashion show by the pool. The residents get together for pot luck in the club house where there is a big kitchen and on Sundays there is church service. COME ABOARD AND BE BLESSED NOT STRESSED IF YOU VISIT PRIMROSE YOU'LL BE IMPRESS.
