Edina-ive lived here for over 2 years. I can honestly say it’s the cleanest, friendliest apartment I’ve ever lived in. You don’t have to worry about loud neighbors. Super safe knowing the only people that can get in your apartment are ones who live in your building. You don’t have to go anywhere because you have a gym, sauna, pool, basketball court and 2 dog parks.

I love living here! Pet friendly and my neighbors are friendly, too! The pool is amazing and the washer/dryer inside my apartment is great. I hit the jackpot when I moved in 3 years ago.

I have lived here for a little over 3 years and absolutely love it. Heritage Estates is quiet and safe and the neighbors I have met are all very nice. The Heritage Estates staff are outstanding. They are always helpful, courteous, professional and sincere. Anytime I had a problem they got right on it and had things resolved within a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Heritage Estates for anyone who would like an apartment in the area.

My boyfriend and I lived here for two years, but were sad to leave for a bigger place. The girls that work in the front office are very kind and personal! Maintenance is always available and finish the job quickly! We only left to get a larger 2 bedroom apartment, but sad to leave!
It's okay. The apartments are really nice, MOST of the staff is really friendly, but if smoking is a big deal to you, DO. NOT. live here. I repeat: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I'm highly allergic and sensitive to smoking. If I had known there weren't designated smoking areas here, I wouldn't have lived here. My neighbors smoke. If they smoke inside, it leaks into my apartment. On nice days, I like to leave the window or sliding door open. I like fresh air. Because my neighbors chain smoke on their balcony, I can't do that. So, even if it's 65 degrees outside, I have to run my air instead of opening windows. The front office pretty much says, "deal with it." AND if you're really lucky, your other neighbors just throw their cigarette butts everywhere outside. [ie. littering] I thought everyone was entitled to clean air, but apparently you lose that right at this apartment complex. [insert the thousands of articles about dangers and health risks of second hand smoke]
I have recently moved into Heritage Estates, and from the very first interaction with the staff I was highly impressed.. They are always so friendly! I did have a few minor maintenance issues shortly after I moved in, but they were very prompt on addressing. In fact, they came out the same day. The properties upkeep is nice and everyone says how nice my apartment is! I would like to see the carpet in our hallways be replaced as that is the first view our apartment guest see, and it's a big outdated as well as stained. The only complaint I have is I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me. The neighbor in the apartment behind my room I can hear sometimes talking as well as the neighbor across the hall. You can hear the conversation through the walls and clear as day if you step into the hallway. I'd encourage Heritage Estates to install more sound proof material and the property would be perfect.
My Boyfriend and I are renting one of the remodeled 2 bedroom apartments here, and I can say this blows our old apartment in North Chicago out of the water. At 800 and some odd Sq ft this new apartment feels both roomier and better laid out than our 1100 sq ft old apt. At a bargain as well we pay around $825 not including water or power. Everything is electric so only having just a few bills to worry about is nice. The washer and dryer are new, front loading, and quiet. Windows are new and double pained to save on heating and cooling bills. A spacious kitchen large enough for a table, and deep sinks with a garbage disposal makes clean up after a meal fast, or if you want there is a dish washer. Located by a 24 hour store and pharmacy. It makes small store trips quick when I want to walk, and Slu hospital is only a 20 minute drive. The clubhouse has a sauna, workout room, pool and dog parks are located all around the property. Very pet friendly big breeds are allowed but I'm sure there's a slight cost. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the Affton area. Great place!
I moved into a one bedroom, one bath style apartment with my boyfriend about a year ago. We recently renewed our lease and have been fortunate to work with helpful and friendly maintenance staff when we need them. If something ever broke they were able to replace it with new items and in a reasonable amount of time. One of their new leasing agents is very nice and does her job well. Our kitchen is my favorite part of the apartment, the cabinets are gorgeous and I love the open floor plan! Our stackable washer/dryer is included in the monthly rent, and the complex has laundry on site. The leasing office is open 7 days a week, maintenance is 24/7 for emergencies. No problems with bugs or hearing people above us. You can hear people enter through the security door in the four-family flat, but we have gotten used to it. For the cost of rent, especially with the washer/dryer included, new renovations, and well-kept landscaping around the complex, this is a great place to live for college students, couples, small families, and senior citizens. Besides one incident/problem with our dryer (that was fixed later same day), I would recommend to a friend.
I really enjoy living here. All of the residents are nice and quiet and it's a small and quiet complex right next to a Police station so i feel safe. The landlord and the property manager are very nice and fix things quickly
My husband, daughter, and I, have lived here since October 2014 and we love it! The complex itself is like a quaint little neighborhood. The location is very convenient, as we are a short 20 minute ride away from downtown St. Louis. If we want to travel to other parts of the state, routes 270 & 64 are within 5 minutes of the apartment. There is a Schnuck's and a Walgreen's within walking distance. We have had only one small issue so far which was the bathroom drain stopper broke. We called maintenance and it was fixed the same day! All of the leasing staff and maintenance workers are kind and courteous. I have been to another apartment complex with a dog park and it was not nearly as clean and well kept as ours. There are plenty of doggie stations around which is convenient when you are walking your dog around the complex. I would definitely recommend living here. Whether you are living alone, or have a small family, look no further, you found your new home!
