I have lived at Heritage Farms for almost 3 yrs and enjoy it very much. The management is great, Carrie has been so nice and friendly since I first moved here from the West Coast. The apartment is lovely, close to amenities, and kept up very well. It is quiet, I would recommend it to anyone. Knowing very few people when I moved here I feel very much at home. Help has always been offered to me. I feel secure knowing that Carrie and Mike are here if anything goes wrong. CCM
My husband and I lived there for over four years. We had to move due to job relocation. Our apartment was awesome and the management was excellent! We really miss living there...watching the wildlife at the pond, our neighbors walking their dogs, etc... We think you will love it, too!
We love it here. Beautiful apartments with awesome amenities. We particularly love having our own washer and dryer and not having to share a communal hallway. Management is great and quick to correct any issues that may arise. Carrie has been awesome to work with and definitely makes you feel right at home here.
My nearly 2 years work with Carrie at Heritage Farm has been amazing! She ensures the property looks great and any questions or concerns I have are anwsered promptly! I only have positive things to say!
The management is incompetent and unresponsive. It’s a fine place to live if you never have any issues, but something is bound to come up eventually, and when it does it will be handled very poorly.
I have lived at Heritage Farm for two and a half years and I am very satisfied. It is a quiet, safe and attractive property. The private attached garage and private entrance make a unit feel more like a house than an apartment. Management is friendly, available and helpful. Snow removal is prompt. The grounds and landscaping are kept neat and attractive. In-unit washer and dryer are a bonus. The interior is up to date and the rooms are spacious. Convenient shopping close by. I haven’t experienced anything negative while living here and I am so pleased to call Heritage Farm my home! DK

I leased an apartment for roughly a year and a half. The staff was very respectful and always there to help whenever I needed. The apartments are very clean and provide an adequate amount of living space. Maintenance was always there to fix issues as fast as they could. I enjoyed my lease and advise anyone looking for a great start in the Plover area that this is the place to be! -Zach

Loved having an attached garage and full laundry in our closet. Nice spacious, modern apartments with modern appliances. Maintenance was very fast to respond to the few issues I had. We have some very nice people and families as neighbors. It was a quiet area and close to shopping and biking trails. Loved living here! Highly recommend!

You’ll find these Heritage Farm Estates a pleasant and comfortable place to reside. The units are generously sized with clean and modern appliances. I especially loved having a full size laundry room and an attached garage. The neighbors were quiet and polite. All my shopping and dining preferences were within walking distance for exceptional convenience. The management was top notch, addressing any question or concern very quickly. The property was immaculately maintained with prompt snow removal and beautifully manicured lawns and landscaping. Spending time on the deck to enjoy the night air was always a pleasure. I was very comfortable here and only left due to a relocation for work.

It's unfortunate these apartments were built with such poor quality; the rooms are a great size and they have all the amenities you would want. However, the sound proofing is horrible. I can hear clear conversations from the unit below me, I'm woken up by their alarm clock and crying children... it's very unfortunate they cut corners on something as simple as insulation. In the winter the parking lot was never plowed timely and sidewalks not touched. Very poorly managed in my opinion.
Apartments are large with great finishes. Property Management was always helpful and prompt with any issues that arose (very few), and were great about communicating with residents in regard to anything important. Would rent from them again!
I lived here for one year and enjoyed the modern appliances, responsive management, private garage and the clean/well-kept property. I have found that both the property manager and the corporate office exceeded my expectations. I also found the maintenance team to be friendly, respectful, timely and effective.
I have lived in the Heritage Farm Estates for 1 year now and really love our apartment. It was nice being able to move into a space no one had been in before. We love the private entrance, attached garage, and in apartment laundry. The apartment manager and maintenance man are both EXCELLENT! There have been a few kinks that needed to be worked out since it was a new space and any issues were handled very promptly and professionally. They are both very friendly and helpful. I've always had a very positive experience when utilizing their services. The location is very convenient, you do get some noises, but I not more than any other in town location.
