Heritage Grand at Sienna Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! EXPENSIVE RENT BUT UNCLEAN UNTAKEN CARE AND UNKEPT ON THE INSIDE. Parking spots are horrible if you have kids good luck trying to get them in and out of the car or groceries or yourself THE PARKING SPOTS ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! Maintenance will argue with you just so they won’t have to fix anything. Appliances all over don’t work the way they should and you can’t use more than 1 thing at a time or electricity goes out! Neighbors have so much drama that it is unsafe and worrisome. Loud music blaring through the parking lot at all times. GYM NEVER WORKS! And has only 4 things in it! Can’t use Hot water all day or it will go out TOO MANY TIMES IVE HAD TO GIVE MY KIDS COLD WATER AND MAINTENANCE SAID IT WAS NORMAL!! THEY WONT FIX NOTHING BUT WILL HOUND YOU OVER RENT! Front office staff is rude and negligent….DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Poor sound proofing, stomping neighbors, pets crap all over, inconsiderate residents dumping their trash at other residents' doors.

Only recent issue is dog poop everywhere!! Side walks; parking lot and my front lawn...

So far no issues there are a few not running cars taking up parking spots but other then that great community.

The complex is a very nice place to live with great curb appeal throughout the property. Management is also responsive to resolving problems when they arise.

The amenities are great, office personnel and management were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I been here almost 3 years. The staff and maintenance team is friendly. I like that I could talk to them about any issue. They will fix it. The living conditions are good.

I would recommend this property but I would advise my friends and family of the ventilation system. Often my apartment fills up with the smell of marijuana and we don't smoke. That is obviously a construction issue and not a management issue but an issue nonetheless.

I love my apartment. My two biggest cons are that there is trash all over the complex and the parking is very minimal and difficult to park with a pickup truck.

Ive lived here for 4 years now. Great place to stay! Great customer service. Lochah is always helpful and attentive! No complaints!

I’ve lived here since they were brand new. Unfortunately, it has rapidly gone down hill this last year.

The area is amazing. The schools are amazing, I really like my apartment but if my rent is increased every year to the point that I can rent/lease a house, then is it worth living here any longer.

Maintenance was very bad at the beginning but has become better.

Ultimately very nice community. Just a few bumps in the road but after all it was settled.

I would definitely recommend it as the apartments are very nice but I would also let them know of issues that I have encountered.

The community is nice and quiet. The price is average for the area.

BLESSINGS, I WOULD RECOMMEND HERITAGE GRAND BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY FAMILY ORIENTED AND THE PRICES ARE WELL REASONABLE AND I FEEL VERY SAFE HERE. GOD BLESS.

At first sight the complex looks nice. But once you actually are on the grounds there is always trash everywhere despite the grounds keeper going around every day picking it up. It’s a direct reflection of the type of people that are moving in. They have no respect for the property. Liquor bottles, fast food bags in the parking lot, etc. The dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs so there is poop everywhere. The hallways are dirty. My apartment itself is nice and the office staff is pleasant but some of the tenants are ruining it for everyone and bringing the entire complex down.

Only issue I have is with not inquiring about above tenants before hand as has had somewhat of an impact on my living due to tenants about having several small children RN hat are constantly running and jumping on floor causing loud thumps on my ceiling which gets very annoying on a daily basis.

Apartment size is great! Office staff has been wonderful and very prompt service for maintenance requests.

thin floors, you can hear every foot step through the ceiling and parking is scarce along with with being narrow.

The parking is horrible and you sometimes can't find a place to park.

I would highly recommend checking out Heritage Grand @ Sienna Plantation. Everything I need is in the community, the grounds are nice and clean, the apartment itself is spacious and with a great view.

I would recommend this apartment to a friend because of how spacious the apartment units are (especially for the price). The apartments are beautiful and very quiet.

Too many issues with limited parking. Inconsiderate neighbors taking up two parking spaces. Dirty, stained, staircases are unsightly and gross. I lived here 3+ years and have had 3 new company cars all 3 have been damaged due to parking issues.

Size, mostly families so not loud (other than feet on the floor above me), high ceilings, higher end finishes, on-site storage at a great rate. And I love Jamaika - she's been very helpful from step 1. Yesterday I got home and they were power washing - so everything is nice and clean. yay.

The environment looked very quiet and calm. Although I do hope to rent in the near future. It is definitely worth it.

The parking here is bad. A lot of people are not respectful of others and usually park over the lines and with the spaces being so small it makes the parking limited.

It is a clean and and safe place. The parking situation is bad—the parking spaces are not properly sized. It is extremely difficult to get things in/out of your vehicle. There is not proper space to open car doors.

Picing is great, but parking sucks. Your bound to door dings all around your vehicle because parking spots are so cramped and there is nothing that can be done about it.

I would recommend this community based on my first interaction because the apartments features were modern and updated. The assistant manager was very sweet and imformative.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking within this area because I think this apartment is worth it. Not only because of the maintenance but also the agents in the apartment/lease office. They are wonderful.

I love my apartment! I don't like whenever I cook it blows a fuse in my apartment. My upstairs neighbors slam their doors all the time.The parking is horrible. The spaces are so small. For those reasons I would not recommend however, the good out weighs the bad! Overall, I'm happy!

Overall my experience has been good but better communication can and will help with the overall customer experience.

I always recommend the property with the disclaimer about entouch. Entouch sucks. You people have truly made a deal with the devil at the expense of your residents.

I would recommend this apartment with some details...The maintenance request are not as prompt as before. And the grounds have some trash, and when Caesar worked here, he would pick up trash daily on the grounds...Missed having this service. \

It's a really nice apartment complex. One of our friends moved in a little bit after us.

Would because of the Nice floor plans, safe and clean facilities, professional office staff. Would not due lack of amenities and extra fee for garage rental

I like the community but the level of cleanliness on the stairwells could be better.

It feels more like a house environment than an a apartment.

I have lived here since 2014. After changing hands a few times, things have finally settled and the community feel is back! The office staff is warm and helpful again! For the price in the area, you won't get more for your money.
