As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at Heritage Hill Estates Apartments
Terrible management, MASSIVE yearly rent hikes ($400 in three years), dog poop everywhere. Smells like weed all the time. Kim is rude and bullies you if you have any complaints or maintenance requests.

I had an tour scheduled on 7/2/22. My mother and I were standing outside waiting for our appointment. Nobody called to tell us that the leasing agent was fired two days before. And the current residents at this apartment was telling us that it is run down, maintenance is never seen, dog droppings all over, and that it is the worst living experience they've ever had. I'm glad I was able to speak with the current residents at this complex, and I am glad that driving 4 hours to see this apartment was a waste of my time.

Hello, thank you for taking the time provide feedback on your experience. I apologize deeply for the misinformation provided. Our leasing office was closed on the date mentioned and I'm unaware of how this miscommunication happened. We have made vast improvements over the last two years among the community in both community appearance and maintenance. We would love the opportunity to hear from you. Please feel free to give us a call.Thank you,Heritage Hill Estates Management
Renovations look nice but they start to fall apart. I’ve been living here for 2 years and if I would of done my homework I would have never moved here. The walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors talk, walk and everything else (literally). The rent went up 2x. You have to fight for parking. Trash is outside from the garbage can. Dog poop is hidden in the grass. One laundry site for 6 units and they leave their clothes unattended for hours so you can’t use them. Residents invite their whole family to the pool so never got to swim. The clubhouse is their office. Overall it’s not what it seems on the outside..
Reading these other reviews, yes it's an older apartment in an older building, if you checked out the place before signing a lease you can clearly see that it is indeed, old. But the renovations are nice, especially for the price. I love the location and the view off Wooster Pike. Nadina, the property manager has been extremely helpful and the maintenance team is a good one. We had a problem with our gutter when it rained and Kevin (maintenance guy) came and fixed our issue immediately. It wasn't a hurry and wait issue like you experience at most apartment complexes. Our experience here within the last couple months has been a good one!
Recently renovated . Yes. Worth a 200$ increase ? NO! These apartments are under new management. They are still in the process of renovating. What they said would take 1 day turned into 2-5, actually took 3 weeks before completely finished. At least that was my experience. Basically they threw in some granite countertops , new cabinets, low end appliances and slapped some new vinyl down. One new sink in bathroom and new shower rods. Same old tubs with nasty fixtures. Same old carpet with broken uneven subfloors. They didn't even fix the floors in the kitchen. There is still a huge mound, very noticeable. Probably water damage. Probably molded. Who knows. They slapped some lipstick on this "pig" of apartments. The listed amenities on this site are false. There is no playground. Just a swing set with 2 broken swings and lopsided slide. Dog park? Nope. A small fenced in area. BBQ area? No. there is a picnic table though. No disposals, no washer and dryers in most apartments. No boat docks to the little Miami . That's ridiculous. No clubhouse. No storage space that I know of. Since new management, the grounds are filthy. Littered with the construction workers cigarette butts, screws and nails. 2 of my neighbors have had flat tires. The front office has been extremely unfriendly and unorganized . I must admit this has improved a little bit, and we have actually received notice before water shut offs etc. I miss old management and a peaceful and affordable apartment lifestyle. Not worth the price

Hi and thank you for your post. We did purchase this property recently and are putting in and upgrading the apartments with a multi-million dollar renovation. We understand from time to time it's inconvenient and things happen. Please stop by the office and meet our new property manager and we can walk through these concerns and hopefully help you experience a better living environment. We are here to help !
The complexes are basic, old and run down. The school district wasa Blue Ribbon school and strives to return. It is one of the best educational districts in Cincinnati. This is the cheapest place to live in this school strict and I'm still paying over $800. Thisis one of the safest and most family like areas I have ever lived in.... Just wish the apartments were better for the cost.
