Property Ratings at Heritage Hills Townhomes
I swear I get an email every week about something. The management office is the most nit-picky I’ve ever had to deal with. If you left your Christmas decorations up after Christmas, they said they would take them down themselves and trash them. We cannot use visitor parking even when we have visitors. My boyfriends dog stayed with us for a weekend and we got a letter saying we would be fined $500 and then $50 per month. Trash cans have to be in your garage which is disgusting. We are charged a fee for recycling. We have our rent on auto-pay and I can’t tell you how many times we have been charged a late fee because of a glitch In their system! They also don’t know how to talk to their tenants. Their emails always sound rude and disrespectful. Whatever you do, stay far away from hnd management!

Yes there are things we like.... having a garage,the size of the bedrooms ( for a townhouse they are a decent size) ceiling fans are a big help with the heat of summer, light fixtures are a good quality. If you need maintance they will come the very next day you fill out a request (John is awesome). But the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. We hear our neighbor SLAM his door closed every time he comes in or out and his music/tv. The description lists granite countertops. The kitchen is not. It’s definitely Formica, and what’s consider a bar top is to high for stools to be useable there is no room for them without getting in the way. I wish the master bath had a walk in shower. The tub is very narrow. The bathroom could have been laid out differently to have a walk in shower. Oh, and the big one, where it lists hardwood floors. That’s a big. NO. they look like wood but are not and they get so dirty and are very hard to get and keep clean. Last thing is I wish landscapers did a better job especially when we ask the office about it, but it’s ignores.

Very unhappy with how we were treated by office manager Debra. A lot of red flags. We gave them 500 down and they agreed to hold the unit for two months which I thought was strange and were very pushy to get the money before we were even approved. Our situation changed one month before moving in and when explaining our situation she said there was no way of giving us our money back "it's policy" but I'm also sure it's "policy" to check people's pay check stubs before approving them and taking their money, which she didn't do with us. I thought that was strange that we never had to send in our pay stubs. I can understand if we made you miss a sale but we drove by there frequently and there were always plenty of unoccupied units just like ours and also tons of new ones being built everyday. If your going to say it's "policy" then please use it in all aspects of the lease and not only when your trying to ignore an upset customer. Very rude and unprofessional.

It is unfortunate that you were unable to move in to Heritage Hills as you had originally planned. Life happens. However, it is our policy, as with most other communities, to receive the deposit at the time of application. In two documents that you signed (the application and Welcome Home Letter), it stated that the deposit would be non-refundable after 72 hours. You canceled 30 days after your application was approved. No one was rude. No one was unprofessional. We wish you well. Thanks
We love living here. Only concern is the fact there are no street lights. Encourages people to "hangout" at the top of the hill all hours of the night. Otherwise, it is a great place to live.
Kids are too loud in the neighborhood all afternoon and even after dark at around 10. They are screaming and the neighborhood is so small you can hear everything. It doesn't make sense.
