Property Ratings at Heritage House
These apartments are nice and spacious, but the walls are so thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors’ conversations that are happening at normal volume. Doors are constantly slamming. They need to really soundproof the apartments. Not worth the money.
Apartments are nice, staff is good, but the walls must be made out of the thinnest, cheapest material out there because you can hear absolutely everything from neighbors on both sides. I can hear my neighbors speaking at a normal, inside volume, sneezing, snoring, etc. I can hear the TV, quiet music, EVERYTHING. It's awful. They need to soundproof the walls. I can't believe I'm paying a premium for paper mache walls.
I've been living at Heritage House for just about a year now and have happily signed on for another year. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Morristown's main street and across from a neighborhood that is great for walks or runs. The people who manage Heritage House are genuinely great and I sense that they want the best for the residents here. Any issue I've had has been resolved very quickly once I brought it to their attention. They have also made many improvements to the property in the year I've been there that do not go unnoticed. All in all I think this is a great place to live if you want to rent in the Morristown area.
The staff is very friendly and the apartment is pretty nice for the price you pay. It is only a couple of blocks from the heart of Morristown and has a free garden a block away and Fort Nonsense just behind it. The walls really shouldn't be this shade of yellow, but the area is well kept and there's laundry on every floor.

Thank you for the nice review. We changed our paint color a few months ago to warmer colors such as Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray.
I live in a 1 br with a balcony. The apartment is totally renovated, very large and bright. been here 6 months and havnt seen a bug in apartment or in the hallway or stairs. Very clean. Haven't had any problems. Its a bit pricey, especially with the extra parking fee, but it is hard to find something renovated and clean in Morristown for any cheaper
