Bri and her maintenance crew are top tier. Bri is very professional and super nice, she definitely makes me feel like a priority when I need anything. Her maintenance crew gets the job done as soon as they can and they do a great job every time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Heritage Knolls has been such a peaceful and safe place to live over the last year+. Brianna (property manager) is so helpful in answering all of my crazy questions as well as addressing any concerns I may have, and maintenance staff are quick to repair the few things that have needed attention. Even the other tenants are super nice and respectful!

We were desperate, apartments are going left and right. So we see both here and the website that a two bedroom is available. We start the application process, I send an email once my portion is completed but my roommate has not completed hers. Nothing, no reply, nada. Send an email once application is completed, nothing still. Send an email about a week later asking for updates, no reply. We applied on 8/27/21, paid $250, now it’s 9/16/21 and I haven’t heard anything. My credit score shows it’s been run but no email or update on the website show a change. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY!
I scheduled an appointment online for 10:00 am. Showed up at 9:45, no one was there. There was a sign on the door that said someone would be available at 10. I knocked on the office door several times and no one answered. I called the contact number several times during this time as well. I left at 10:15 am. I did not hear back from them until I responded to the “Thank you for touring our property! Please let me know if you have any questions” text that was sent noon that day. I informed them that I was stood up and have not received a response yet. Very poor customer service.
Yesterday (9/16/19) I called to make an appointment to get more information about a 2 bedroom apartment after calling several times and finally getting a hold of someone I was able to make an appointment for Today (9/17/19) for 3pm. My husband and I went early around 2:50pm there was a sign that said nobody was in the office so we waited 3pm came around nobody was there. We waited another 10 minutes until we decided to just leave. I tried calling the office and well nobody answered obviously. This has to be the most unprofessional place ever it says a lot about their business
Overall has been a great place to live. Management is professional and responsive. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. For the price It is the best in area.
I've had a pretty good experience at Heritage Knoll since I moved into a two bedroom apartment in 2017. The office staff are always polite and respond quickly if you have an issue. After I lost my job and was late on a few rent payments, they were very understanding and never unkind when I communicated with them about it. Maintenance is prompt and respectful. The place wasn't spotless when I moved in (you could tell they painted the bathroom/kitchen rather than scrubbing the walls, cupboards, and closet,) but the natural lighting is great, the walls were a nice clean white, and the carpet (though old) was in good shape. I also think they cleaned the really important things like the sink, fridge, toilet, etc. Though there have been months where the rent felt a little high, if you ever call them with questions they are honest and great to work with. If you are a young couple, a nice person with a tight budget, etc. I think this is a good place to start. My complaints are all minor or unrelated to the complex itself. Maintenance wears dirty shoes and though they are polite and prompt, they've tracked mud through my apartment, left greasy oil stains on my bathroom floor and towels, etc. The complex makes it clear that you need to clean up after your dog and pick up your cigarettes, but no one near my building does. I also think that many people have way more pets than they are supposed to, as I can regularly see at least four different cats and a dog in my neighbor's window (though cats are great so not really a problem.) The biggest issues I've had are with the other tenants. I always feel safe when I have to do laundry at night but the safe atmosphere has unfortunately attracted a lot of people with children. I can never take my dog out because there are at least twenty kids (and twenty dogs!) on the playground day and night waiting to harass us. They yell, scream, leave toys and bicycles everywhere, and are generally not being watched or disciplined appropriately by their parents. If I had kids, these are not the type of children I would want them to spend time with. "Rude trashy lower middle class" is the best descriptor I can think of. If you are younger, don't mind a lot of dogs, and can handle a few imperfections I highly recommend this place! But if you are a nice family or have an issue with animals, delinquent kid-generated noise, or carpets in need of replacement, I might look for somewhere more expensive.
I've lived in a townhouse at Heritage Knoll for the past year, and it's the best complex that I've ever lived in. It's close to practically every store you can think of, the office staff is great, and maintenance takes care of repairs quickly. I recommend Heritage Knoll to everyone I know.
One of my favorite things about my apartment is its location. It's conveniently close to the highway, shopping, and dining - some of which are within walking distance. It's the perfect size for just my husband and I. We've never had a problem with parking or neighbors, and it's usually pretty quiet. There are a couple of cosmetic issues. My bathtub looks like it was caulked into place and is a horrible eyesore. There are crayon "drawings" on the backs of the closet doors in my second bedroom. My bathroom sink is stained. These, among others, I can live with and some can be easily fixed. I've never had a problem with the staff, but maintenance has "forgotten" to check out certain problems. When we first moved in, my key didn't work for my door and I was stuck waiting to be let in. I give it four stars despite the few issues we've had here. Compared to some apartments in the area, it shines.
