Maintenance has always been helpful and quick! I moved in when the team was rebuilding so it took a couple days (as expected given the circumstances) before they got to my maintenance request but the day they started they finished everything. And just last month I put in a request, went out for some errands and when I got back it was done, within hours they filled my request! Also, sending in a request with the app simplifies the entire process and communication.

If I could give this a zero I would. I have lived here too long and they have never completely fixed any of my maintenance requests. My stove has not worked properly since move in and they claim they fix it with each request, only to turn out that they didn’t even attempt to fix it. They will say maintenance requests are complete before even stepping foot in the apartment. When called, they are extremely lacking in the care department. They don’t care and they just give you the run of the mill excuses. This place is too expensive for the little you get. Laundry room is disgusting.

Move in special is a value but then they jack up the rent at renewal time so then it's way over-priced.

I lived here years ago and just recently moved back because the rooms are big and spacious. The area is perfect and right off of the highway. We have locked and secure entry. It peaceful and quiet. Management is friendly and fast at addressing your issues and concerns. And most important my kids are happy and feel safe at home. I couldn’t ask for more. Alex and Brad are the best!

The size of the apartment is decent, although the kitchen lacks cupboard and counter space. The walls aren't very dense; we can always hear the neighbors talking. There is mold everywhere in the building, especially in the community laundry room. Whenever the mold becomes visible in the hallways, management just paints over it before inspections.

We briefly looked at a two bedroom apartment. IT was very nice with lots of shelving and fairly large bedrooms. The kitchen was a little small and the fact that there is only one bathroom in ALL two bedroom kind of is a turnoff for us. But I really like how secure it is and it was very quiet while we were there.
The internet pictures are very interesting. I called and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.. I`m still planning on next( 2015) summer. to put in an application. Thank you
