I just moved in so I haven't experienced the community. I know the parking location doesn't make sense and is extremely inconvenient. The $25.00/monthly trash service is exorbitant. I regret moving here.

Great home right at the heart of downtown Mckinney. So many places within walking distance, and an arcade AND comedy arena across the street? There's so much to explore around here!
Love this place and everything is walking distance. The staff are excellent people from management to maintenance. Highly recommend Heritage apartment, very positive environment and you feel like this is home. The Gym always clean and the equipment are brand new. If I have to rate this place, I will say a 10 plus stars.
I love how dog friendly and well kept this apartment is. We’ve been here a few months and just love walking to the square.

Love, Love , Love living here! We have been two weeks and its been lovely. Everyone is very nice an friendly. I use the gym everyday. We went to a few events with other tenant's, very fun and have many new friends already. Its so nice to be able to walk to downtown to hangout.

Despite a fluctuating move-in schedule on my part, AJ made it so easy and made me feel so welcome as I finally moved in to my apartment. This place feels like home already, and the community, though small at the moment (no complaints here!) is very friendly and happy to say hi when you pass in the hallways.

The office staff are friendly, attentive and professional. When I had a small inconvenience when moving in AJ and Pearl were accommodating and work quickly to resolve my issue.
Heritage McKinney Square is a prime location to live with perfect access in all directions. Historic downtown has so much to do. Hwy 5 leads out strait to Hwy 121 or Hwy 75. Staff is very responsive with great customer service.
In love with my new home here at Heritage McKinney Square! Feels like a never ending vacation! The security features, community events, and access to Downtown is also a huge plus! The staff have been more than welcoming since my move here! Definitely 5 star experience??
The staff here are very attentive and helpful, the apartments are beautiful. The only downside is having to chose spectrum for internet. The service constantly drops but I can’t hold that against the complex.
So far, the experience has been wonderful! I just wish to meet more of our tenants. The location of the building is wonderful, I can walk downtown McKinney within 5 minutes and have access to everything! Also, the staff at Heritage is 2nd to none. Always very inviting, attentive and come with smiles!
The staff is super friendly! So far a great experience and friendly neighbor’s. Still pretty quiet! Many community activities and of course being able to walk to downtown McKinney adds the cherry on top!

I love living in these luxury apartments. It’s peaceful and quiet. Clean premises and visually stunning. Best place I’ve lived thus far and I tell as many people as possible to move into these apartments.
Two months into living in my new place… the facilities are always clean and well kept. The amenities are nice. The staff is very kind and helpful.
