Great Experience so far! Maintainess team is amazing. The community is quiet and clean. Great location, convenient and close to everything in Orlando.

Trash pick up is on time and the amenities are usually kept up with. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone is pretty respectful. But they lock the bathroom at the pool on weekends.

A Secure place to stay. It’s a good experience to stay here. I can say it’s a good community with respect to friendly staff and maintenance upon request. Even I feel secure living here since it’s a gated community. Over all felt safe to live.

We’ve only been here a few days but everyone is so friendly and accommodating, from maintenance to the front office. So happy we moved here and looking forward to using the amenities.

Great 5 years I’ve been living here. The staff and maintenance are always polite and tend to the needs of residents. Great balcony view and can’t beat the location.

It is a good community. It is quite and apartments are clean. The neighbors are quite. It is a secure place. The amenities such as the pool are well maintained.

For the few months that I have been residing here has been very good. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. I would recommend for future move ins.

The complex is great, near of almost everything Costco, Malls, restaurants. The maintenance and office teams are amazing. The apartment is well designed, with all you need. We had some issues with the valet trash, sometimes they didn’t pick it up, but just before the installation of a ring bell. The same with some Amazon/fedex/ups deliveries that disappeared, but just before the ring bell installation. Overall it’s a good place for living.

Glisel has made our move in experience so enjoy! She answered all of my questions and was very helpful as this was our first apartment! We are so happy to make Heritage our home??

Love my neighbors and everyone is so nice. Great location of my apartment and area. Quiet and never loud. Enough parking space. Love the inside of my apartment.

Complex is kept very clean and always looks great. Apartment was very clean and well prepared for move in. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful.

Lived here for the past 2 years and I'm sad to have to say goodbye. The proximity to everything including the I4 and the tollroads is just the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the location but the area around my apartment is very quiet and serene and easy to walk short distances to nearby restaurants and the mall. Living on the 3rd floor I was lucky to see very few pests mostly only a few cockroaches every year but I believe they were coming from my neighbor across the hall who has since moved out. The staff and maintenance are great and very responsive to any requests. Rent is very competitive for the area and is a great start for someone who is new to the area but isn't willing to pay the high rents of nearby new apartments. 5/5 highly recommend!

Been living here for a year, and Heritage on Millenia is truly an outstanding apartments community thanks to its very safe atmosphere, respectful residents (and lovely pets), efficient maintenance, and professionally kind and effective staff! I only wish that they would finish upgrading the rest of the outdated apartments to match the rather pricey tags on those. Other than that, again, it is a very safe, lovely, and awesome place to live.

Absolutely love where I live the only complaints are the noise level of people stomping around upstairs and the dog on patio barking all the time. Everything else is amazing staff, maintenance always happy to help.

Rent is a good price for location and type of apartment! No issues during the hurricane which is another plus so we renewed our lease! Apartment itself needs a bit of an update with applicances, kitchen and bathrooms (some of the stuff isn't maintained so we had to put in work orders, but not a huge issue). Vaulted ceiling, keyless entry, valet trash, gated community are the huge pluses!

Im living in this condominium for 18 months and Im happy in this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The place are very good and well designed. I give it 5 stars because it really is a good place to live!

The appt staff are nice and they follow up after a maintenance request. Nothing additional. No other issues with staff. Nothing additional.

Location, location, location! Hurricane Milton never touched me, this neighborhood is super safe every day, but during the hurricane, I never worried. The maintenance crew is top notch, doing routine cleaning of dryer vents, power washing siding, and trimming trees. The office staff are phenomenal. I have called many times with a dumb question and they answer it reassuringly. I'm very happy here.

Move in experience was great. Had a few issues that got sorted immediately. Everyone is so friendly. The amenities are great and the front desk team is very helpful

We are currently moving out. We've been here for 2 years. The apartment itself is nice. We're leaving due to the parking issues out here. We were about to stay another year living in a 3/2. They changed the rules w/o telling their residents that they are only allowed 1 guest pass now. The residents have to pay $50 to register their cars. We don't agree with their rules especially with 3 residents on the lease. Each one should have a guest pass assigned to them. But the area is nice and traffic is horrible.

Absolutely love where I live. Everything is great accessible amenities. The only complaints is the neighbors upstairs stomp all hours of the night and the smell of weed in the breezeways is a bit much. Other than those two things everything is wonderful.

I really like the maintenance team here. They are always so responsive and very helpful! There has only been one slight delay in a service request because of a community project but they still responded faster than I thought they would. They really add value to living here.

A beautiful community in such great location. I love that the area is walkable to so much shopping and restaurants, from upscale to fast food. It also has quick access to the interstate, the airport and downtown Orlando.

This is a great family oriented community! A hidden jewel in a very busy area, still feels homey and protected. I highly recommend it, you won’t regret it.

We are enjoying our stay at Heritage. The location is prime and the community is cozy. The office staff and maintenance staff are responsive to our requests.

It's a great place to live. The office staff is always very helpful and polite. The community is very well located . I am happy to have found this place.

The apartment complex is very well kept very clean and manicured. What I'm disappointed about is the hallways which I think maybe if it was a different color will will cover all of the marks and spots because it makes it look dirty. No one wants that at their front door. I'm disappointed too with the choice of colors in the kitchen, It's so old fashioned and I have to try to decorate around it. Quite a few things have been not good since I got here. Right now I have to call maintenance again because there's water leaking from my refrigerator. It's been barely 2 months and I've had a few issues already. Other than that I love the space. I love the convenience. So far everything else is fine.

What more can I say renewed lease for the 4th year with the community. Great location, leasing office is always nice and attentive to my requests. Love the location of my apartment. Definitely recommend for this place to call home.

We just moved in and so far everything is going well! The maintenance team is on top of things, the community itself is nice and quiet. We’ll see how things go over the next year but we’re really happy here so far.

The office is always accommodating. Maintenance us always helpful. However something needs to be done about the people setting off fireworks and having parties by the pool late at night.

I love living here. Clean, well-kept property. Nice staff in the office. Great pool/hot tub. They are quick to resolve any issues brought to their attention. I do wish they would have their landscaping team not make noise before 9 or 10 AM, especially when some of us work all week and only get a day off... would love to sleep.

Office staff is lovely. Grounds are well-maintained. Maintenance staff usually responds quickly. And they are very polite and caring. Overall, one of the best places I have lived

It took them 3 months to get me my portal login. I think the community is too tech-based (e.g., when I have gotten locked out of my apartment, there is no physical key that can let me in--and if the leasing office is closed, then there's not much you can do; the gate stopped working for my sticker randomly, etc.). Also the trash piles up in the dumpster and it's gross.

I seriously love it here. I feel safe and I love how quiet it is! The only thing I can say negative is that I hate the parking situation. You’re only able to have one vehicle so if you have 2, you’re out of luck here. And you can’t back your vehicle in either. For just the parking, I’d rate 1/5. Everything else 5/5

I’ve been here for about a month now, and I can genuinely say it feels like home. The staff are also incredibly helpful and responsive, which has made my experience even more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious layouts that provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. I love the natural light that floods my space and the modern amenities that make life so much easier. The location is another huge plus—everything I need, from grocery stores to cafes is just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for my daily errands. However,. While I absolutely love living here, the lack of parking spaces late at night can be quite frustrating. There have been several occasions when I’ve had to circle the lot multiple times or park further away, which isn’t ideal after a long day. I understand that space is limited, but I really hope management can find a solution to ease this issue. Overall, I genuinely enjoy my time here

Los artefactos electricos estan muy viejos, el parque para niños está oxidado y sucio, el área del BBQ lo rente y menlo entregaron super sucio hasta con arañas nadie limpia esa zona

Nice place to live. Some of the upkeep is not as great since we moved in. Building exterior and steps could use a pressure wash. Valet trash pick up had gotten much better.

I have been living in this community for 7 years. The family atmosphere and security are sensational. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness of the common areas 10/10

Love it. I enjoy the luxury pool especially during this heat this summer. There aren’t a lot of people either and crowded which is always nice. Like that we also have amenities like grills for family cookouts. Can’t complain about the noise very peaceful.

So far we really like this place. Our dryer wasn't working when first tried it, but the maintenance people came and fixed it a few days later. But other than that we like it! Good prices for the area and big one bedroom.
