Heritage on the Merrimack

I like the location and the amenities the community provides. The location is close to everything I need; they have a big club house that is open 24/7.

Ideal location, friendly and attentive staff, welcoming neighbors, and exceptional amenities. A delightful and vibrant place to live, brimming with charm and character.

We have been in the apartment for a long time now and have always had a good experience with the community as a whole. The buildings are well maintained and if any issues, they are resolved quickly.

Excellent love it here! Great staff, managers the community is very clean and in order. I love the apartments they are up to date and very modern.

Great location, amenities, and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Insulation from outdoor noise would be ideal if improved as having the airport nearby does get loud in the early morning.

Clean, quiet, friendly, and beautiful surroundings. Living here has exceeded my expectations! I especially love the trails surrounding the community for dog walking.

Great place to live at! Super friendly staff and neighbors. Not too many issues but when I have one the maintenance crew fixes it pretty quick!

When we viewed the complex prior to moving in it looked great. A little pricey but apartment shown was spacious and clean and grounds well kept. Keyless entry into building. We were told dog DNA tests were collected in case owners weren’t cleaning up after their dog they would be fined. Pool was a nice perk. 6 months later. The dumpsters are often overflowing causing people to leave trash all around them. Dog waste is often not cleaned up. Central air units and appliances are not maintained, causing inefficiency and unnecessary high electricity bills. Water/sewer charges are averaged out among all tenants in the building and added to rent. Inconveniencing tenants with things, such as repaving the parking lots, does not seem to be considered as they expected to fit 100% of vehicles into 50% of the parking lots and we would be towed at our own expense for parking anywhere other than on the side of the road that is not made for street parking. Will think twice about renewing lease.

Met with Isabella for a tour - she was amazing. Returned to speak with her again and chose to rent here! Apartments beautiful. Quite here. Beautiful walking trail.

The community is good. the only issue is the trash bin is far away from our building. it might be very helpful if there are multiple trasg bins accecible to each building.

An excellent community. The leasing office team is great and I am very happy with my apartment. I am currently on a Corporate housing leasing, but I would definitely want to continue here when I switch into my personal lease too.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Heritage on the Merrimack. We love the dog park and tennis court / basketball court, and there is a nice walking trail along the Merrimack river for those with or without dogs. The landscaping is maintained, maintenance is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. All of our neighbors are wonderful too! Overall a great community to live in, and it’s a plus that it’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood but not far from so many stores!

Quiet, pleasant, well maintained environment. Great office folks. Refurbishing ongoing and well done. Covered parking available. Plenty of open parking.

A bit slow to my previous maintenance requests- but otherwise great- wish the bldgs had elevators that would be amazing .. also I wish that we had garbage options on both sides of the grounds

Doing a lot of great updates. Heard they are putting in a new gym which would be amazing. There is a great trail out back to walk dogs and hike.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Neighbors are quiet. I cannot say enough good things about living here. The grounds are gorgeous and there is a genuine community feel.

We lived here 25 years ago before starting a family and now with an empty nest, there are plenty of great reasons to return. The apartments are spacious and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's been a wonderful move-in experience so far. The new owners really seem to care about the complex and are making a ton of improvements.

My partner and I have had an exceptional overall experience. The leasing office has been exceptionally accommodating and the maintenance staff have been the most skilled we have encountered. Their efficiency is remarkable, coupled with their extensive knowledge. The amenities offered by the complex are of exceptional quality. The heated pool is particularly noteworthy, and the overall cleanliness of the complex is commendable. The sole concerns we have with the complex are that the door codes are occasionally unreliable, and the grills are not of the highest quality. Consequently, we typically spend at least one month of the summer season with one or more grills inoperable. Additionally, during the fall and winter months, two of the three grills are locked away in the pool area after the season has concluded. However, these issues are manageable and do not significantly impact our enjoyment of the complex.

I have been very pleased with our move to Heritage. Isabela has a very warm way and smile whenever I encounter her. Donna was a winner when she showed me the unit we got. She was so helpful and wonderful to work with. Adrienne has been helpful approving some of the work we requested, she too has been more than great! Sedin is a very helpful and informative, he is friendly too. He works with Mike who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our unit is very sunny, we have a l ot of windows. We love the space. Our only disappointment was the gas fireplace is not usable because it is not vented. Thank you all for being so great!

Great location, clean and even better amenities. Staff is responsive and maintenance is top notch. Highly recommend this community to any and all.

Just renewed my lease. I really love the amount of space that this complex offers. Between the quietness and the beauty that Bedford has to offer, I am very pleased with this apartment.

This is a great place to live. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. Mike and Sedin go out of their way to resolve any problems you might have quickly, and the residents are quick to smile and say a kind word.

Beautiful neighborhood, nice pool, nice gym, welcoming and kind neighbors, and great leasing/maintenance office! Also right next to everything but still in a quiet hidden spot. Gas, groceries, CVS. My car battery died once and the leasing man kindly jump started! Thank you for a lovely home!

Wes in the front office is excellent and always helpful. We’ve really enjoyed our time here. The amenities are great. My only wish is that they’d put in a play structure for kids.

I am extremely thankful for the maintenance staff at Heritage on the Merrimack, who are always helpful and professional in their service. Recently, Mike and Sadin, two of the maintenance repair guys helped fix my washer. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly in their approach, which made the repair process hassle-free. The entire maintenance staff at Heritage on the Merrimack has always been prompt in responding to requests and completing repairs in a timely manner. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service. It is evident that they take pride in their work and strive to ensure residents are comfortable in their homes. Overall, I would highly recommend the maintenance staff at Heritage on the Merrimack. They are a reliable and hardworking team, and I am grateful for their exceptional service.

I have lived here at Heritage on the Merrimack for nearly 3 years now and am very pleased with my new home. The office staff is very responsive to tenants and the maintenance staff, led by Mike, is competent, efficient, responsive, and friendly. I moved here at the start of the Pandemic shutdown because I had just sold my home and had almost NO options for apartments. I am very happy here and have no desire to move.

I moved to Heritage/Merrimack in October and my experience here has been wonderful. The management staff are amazing. Their attention to details, follow up and wonderful customer service and helpfulness are terrific. Adrienne, Haley and Wes are wonderful to interact. The maintenance team is also great-Mike and his team are very attentive and requests are attended to quickly. My apartment is beautiful and I find it very quiet. Other residence are pleasant and friendly. I plan to be here for a long time.

I’ve lived at Heritage on the Merrimack for 13 years and Haley Jarvis and Mike in maintenance are wonderful. Anytime I have a problem in my apartment they take care of it. They are great employees.

I’m not sure who wrote the other reviews, probably employees, but I’ve been here going on a year and will definitely be looking elsewhere. It’s the little things that separates apartments from one another and this place has done nothing to improve those, instead they’re doing away with them. To expensive for what you get. Cheap and few pieces of gym equipment, pools been down all summer, and 1 little grill for this whole complex. Thin walls as well.

I can't find any fault with Heritage on the Merrimack. The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, with very friendly neighbors. I like how it's double-protected with the gate and the building code.

Living at Heritage on the Merrimack has been a good experience overall, quiet neighbors, convenient to shopping and restaurants, living on the ground floor gives me a walk in/walk out patio door. There are great amenities including half basketball court, tennis court, exercise facility, in-ground pool, media room, barbeque stations, and a trail running behind the community along the river. My only issue is that the whole community only has one recycling dumpster and one trash dumpster FOR EVERYONE. So, other than the fact that in my case you need to go to the other end of the community to take your trash, with all the people they tend to overflow quite frequently. A couple more dumpsters would have had me give 5 stars.

I have been living here for the last 20 months and so far Love the place. right on the Merrimack River, with a local 7 Mile walking path, pool, gym, Tennis and they have a great Pet policy that allows Dogs with a dog park coming soon.. I would highly recommend HOTM to anyone looking for a place that is in a great location and full of amenities.
