Property Ratings at Heritage Park
Their office deserves a negative star. They have absolutely no customer service and are very rude. I don't understand why they are even in that office if they aren't going to help residents or visitors.
The complex did at one point earned five stars. Their gates used to work (open & shut) now the whole world is invited in. The laundry rooms were maintained. The complex used to have spa now though is covered in with cement (bonus they still have the spa rules) basketball court is now only half court (the other side) is just for show. Trash pick up days are NOT 3 days like they used to. Now Waste Management comes to pick up selective days. Some trash bins are picked up 3 others 2. It’s not worth your energy & finances. All they worry is getting paid.
my apartments are pretty nice. I do enjoy living here; although I wish that had in house washer and dryer. Otherwise the neighborhood is good and safe :)
This apartment is ok but the workers in the office is not so good they do not do what they should do for there renters They do not heir there tenant out they take things in there only hands if there right or wrong They do have good restaurants, court yards with pool space for the kids to play maintain is slow they do not meet there renter needed
I have had a few issues within the apartment most recently garbage disposal being broken and a clogged sink both I had to have fixed by someone else because the office had a full voice mail when I tried to call it in and when I went in to tell them they told me I had to call. Also, they have changed management and rules countless times in the last few years. Kids can only play in the park areas, but there have been plenty of violent acts by older kids in those areas including a near hanging. There are no bikes, scooters etc, but if they do a 24hr notice inspection you cannot have anything, no joke, out of place. Your home must look like a model home at all times. So kids can't play outside or inside, they are to stay inside and sit still to be safe. I honestly am not happy here.
As someone who grew up in West Roseville I was really expecting these apartments to be nicer. However, upon moving in we were met with an outdated interior, a badly stained and almost thread-bare carpet, a Mcgyver style PVC pipe drainage system in the master shower, oh and COCKROACHES. I guess that's what you sign up for when you want income contingent housing. When we brought the cockroaches to the attention of the people in the office we were told that "Oh yeah, Roseville is know for its roaches." Um no. I lived in Roseville for many years without ever having cockroaches in my home. And even after completely removing every object in my kitchen so that pest control could come in and spray, roaches were back a month later in my child's bedroom. We also have frequent spiders and earwigs.I guess we have to just live with them. We didn't get to see the apartment until the day we moved in, if we had I don't know that we would have chosen to live here. And yes, most of these things are minor when you consider how close to the heart of Roseville you are, proximity to parks, shopping, and great restaurants. The people around us are mostly nice, there's a play structure as well as a 1 ft. pool perfect for little ones. So if you're considering moving here I strongly suggest you decide what is most important to you when looking for a place to live. I can't say I would suggest moving here to anyone.
