Property Ratings at Heritage Station Family
I’ve been here 5 years. Don’t waste your time. You ever heard the saying “You can take a person out the hood but you can’t take the hood out of them?” You see where I’m going. The only good thing about these apartments is the location, seriously. There’s always trash everywhere, the gate is always broken, “security on duty” but somehow cars keep getting STOLEN and broken into. RATS! Over the summer of 2024 residents and kids were caught in the middle of a shootout, A SHOOTOUT! They can renovate these apartments all they want to but the fact remains, it’s not safe especially if you have children. We also just got new management in January and got newer management in October LOL . This place is a joke. I will post pics if I can but you may need to go to Google to see them.
This was an awful experience for me and I didn’t even get the chance to actually move in. I applied and got approved in September and they set my move-in date for October 18th. I had to constantly contact them for questions before getting any responses. Calling up there was pointless because the phone is almost always going to go to voicemail. Emailing is just as frustrating. The leasing agent sent me the lease to sign two days before my move in date, and it had a completely different unit than we had discussed. It’s even more unfortunate because I took the initiative to set up insurance, gapower, and internet services to the unit that was promised. When I asked why the unit was changed, she told me that the one we discussed wasn’t available yet. Then, when move in day came, she COMPLETELY went ghost. I showed up and told the other lady who was there that I was supposed to be moving in that day, and she looked at me crazy then proceeded to tell me that Tameka never told her anything, and that none of the empty units were move-in ready. She also told me that they would reimburse me for however long the power was on in that unit, and because it was a weekend I wouldn’t have been able to contact gapower the next day regardless. I wasted time and money and I would NEVER recommend this complex as long as these issues are going on. I tried contacting the corporate office and never got a response from them either. Lesson learned, don’t waste your time.

First off, let me say that the Heritage Station family are my saviors!!! They fought for me when I didn’t have the strength to fight anymore. I had spent so much time and money applying for other communities that I had lost faith in finding a home and wanted to give up. But my leasing agent Ann and the property manager Michelle went above and beyond to help secure a place for my family and I am FOREVER grateful! They listened to my story and catered to my needs. The move-in process was seamless! The team was extremely welcoming! I even got a police escort to my unit, courtesy of the 24-hour security officers they provide as an amenity! I am so excited to call this place my home and more importantly, to call them my family! Thank you guys so much!
Heritage Station is such a great place to live in Atlanta. Neighbors are friendly. The location is unbelievable; right in the heart of downtown and close to a lot of things. It’s easy to hop on the Marta (route 42) and get something to eat. I also appreciate that it is affordable and comes with an amazing leasing office staff.
Literally the WORST. Gate ALWAYS broken, pool had never been opened aside from the 2 years of covid I've been here 3 years smh. Only here still because the location. Yes they look good on the outside but that's it. They are very spacious but it's FILTHY. If you ever want to see just drive up the parking garage. 3 years I've been here the SWAT team has been called 4 times, people murdered, held hostage smh. Kids tagging walls, trash left everywhere, mold, RATS I'm not kidding
I've only been here for one year but I am totally satisfied and pleased with the service that have been offered to me and given by the staff here at heritage station.
Heritage Station is accessible to downtown Atlanta and historic Westend. Easy Marta traveling.
I'm very satisfied with Heritage Station Senior as my living facility. Would like to see painting and carpet cleaning in the hall ways and the social room on each floor.
I enjoy living here. I love the people that live here and it is great talking to them and helping when needed. Thank You for the kindness !!!!
I am loving the turn around here at Heritage Station. The staff are courteous and friendly. They really go out their way to take care of their residents.
The entire staff from leasing, maintenance and grounds exemplify what team works looks like friendly, professional, personable and genuinely kind.
Ive lived at Heritage Station Apartments for 10 years experience have been fantastic I have enjoyed my spacious apartment the convenience of going t ive lived at her to station apartments for 10 years experience have been fantastic I have enjoyed my spacious apartment and the area.
The staff is kind but I still wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. This community has so much potential but things like cleanliness and security keep it from progressing.
This place needs a major makeover over. The rent is at market rates but the property and security detail is horrible! It shouldnt be hard to do the right thing by your tenants.
For starter, the access gate has been broken for almost 1/2 a year. They need to hire a maintenance crew that actually cleans the property. The hallways and stairwells havent been mopped in almost a year. We have homeless people sleeping in the hallways due to the access gate being broken. They need to talk to the USPS because they constantly deliver residents mail after 6pm & 7pm.
We have facilities; (library, craft room, movie theater) but no one to maintain them or plan activities based on those rooms. The only activity I see is bingo!!!
The front and back gate never works which allows everyone in and our vehicles are vandalized on a regular. The staff is nasty unprofessional and uncouth In one month I had to replace TIRES AND MY DRONT WINDSHIELD due to their tenants both on floor 3 my car was shot up so now I am with a vehicle bc they shot my engine or whatever gasket that made me have to get an engine replacement. The office staff would not allow you to meet or even set an meeting with management in regards to any issues. So I contact the director of operations who is over her head. In my time here Ive -apartment was broken into by a tenants son -car was broken into windows smashed -jumped by random women outside when I asked their friend to not sit on my vehicle the office security advised me to take a picture I did and was jumped -windshield smashed due to the evicting a young lady on the first floor - gun shots (NEW TIRES, NEW ENGING) Now theyre going up on my rent $190
i love my home its peaceful and i have lots of space
Kiara and Neymie has been outstanding individuals to deal with. Kiara, and Neymie responses to my emails, concerns, and complaints has exceeded my expectiations. I had a couple of issues as mentioned briefly before.... but thank you, Neymie and Kiara on resolving the issues quickly. I couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with than you to. Kiara/Neymie, please don't leave until after I've decided to move away from Heritage Station. The staff at my previous apartment, will never reach the level of respect I have for Neymie and Kiara. Continue to do what you do! You two are the absolute best!
Heritage Station is a great property that is developing in many ways. Be sure to communicate with your leasing agent with all you questions and concerns, they are great with handling your issues.
Heritage Station used to be a nice place to live, but now, the gate is constantly broken and there is always trash in the hallways, stairwells and parking deck.
For the last 2 years Heritage has been home to myself and my 2 children, and I honestly dont have any complaints. Only thing Im praying they think about adding is valet trash.
Heritage is a great place to reside because of the location and the roomy space in each apartment.
Although it is surrounded by members of the Pittsburgh community, this apartment complex gives you a first-hand experience of the TRUE beauty of Atlanta. I love seeing the kids playing together (both coming from inside and outside of the gate). I don't feel threatened walking outside at 6pm or 2am. If the gate is broken, they fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get my gate Code to work for my guests, but they get in. Maintenance responds in a timely. Kiara, in the front office, as an amazing consultant. Warm, friendly, welcoming, and informative. She always answers the phone, and she's very personable. Where I am located in the complex, it is very tranquil and homey. I haven't had any break ins (in the parking garage or my apartment).
whoever wrote those other 2 reviews are lying to you. I know for a fact this place is hood and cars are constantly getting broken into
The one bedroom has the perfect amount of space for that I'm looking for.
Living here like living in a People Friendly Community. Every one speak and Communicate with you. The seniors really are very active and Friendly. They will help you in any way they can. It like comfort in your own home. It very convenient to the shopping areas and Grocery store. Marta is at your Front Door. Security is a Plus in this Community I Feel very Secure and Safe for me and Family and Neighbors.
