READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR DECISION TO MOVE HERE! I’ve lived here since September 2021. I was the FIRST group that signed leases when the community opened. Through petty management ways, I stay out the way, to avoid any issues. Pay rent, been paying for amenities before they were even built, and most are not even easily accessible, only during office hours. Residents were rushed to come get gate keys for a gate has been under construction for only Lord knows how long. So to live in a “gated” community with an inoperable/unfinished gate is really just backwards. Any and EVERYBODY has access to the community. On Saturday February 4, my vehicle was broken into and the thieves attempted to steal it as well, all while “security” was on the premises. Honestly, I didn’t even know we have security.. Their presence is almost non-existent. I’ve informed management, do you think anybody has reached out? Talking to neighbors they’ve mentioned other cars have been broken into as well over a period of time.. Management doesn’t send notices to inform residents of what’s going on in the community. Instead, they will send notices about cars parked in front of buildings, or not to have Christmas decorations up. It’s ridiculous how this company runs it’s business. Again, before you make a decision, read the reviews..
I usually don’t write reviews and I try not too for negative reasons but here I go. I have been calling this place for 4 months back to back speaking to almost everyone. For months the date to apply has been pushed back, the time units will be available have been pushed back. On two separate occasions i was given and time and date to call back for appointments to be set and nobody picked up either time.. I was told there was a waitlist by one person and then told the builders are informing when they have units coming which is when they decide to open the list. It’s very confusing after months of waiting or just trying to get to this location you might as well find another place.
Definitely needs to get better with staff because you all have different stories every time somebody calls. You either have units available or you don't.
Very unprofessional. They’ll keep changing the dates as to when the units will be ready… Have you go through all types of paperwork and even lie about submitting your application to continue the steps… They’re very disorganized and dishonest…
I was highly upset to learn these townhomes are not located in Conyers but rather Lithonia. No where on this page specified that. Upon calling the woman said their office used to be in Conyers. So that bring up the question of why is Conyers still listed as the location when the townhomes not office is located there anymore. That was a let down.
I spoke with a James one time and was told to call back at the end of the month to schedule an appointment to submit an application. No one answers the phone numbers, no one returns phone calls, and the receptionist at the Parker Rd office is just as confused as I am. Super unprofessional.
I have been calling and as well leaving voicemails for 2 months still no answer or a call back!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
