Property Ratings at Heritage Village Apartments
New management has zero customer service skills.I had to call numerous times about snow removal, maintenance came into my apartment twice and left doors,cabinets...open or out of place- zero respect for tenants. Unfortunately, the overall customer service has gone down drastically. My apt is quiet.Neighbors nice.
If you live here, do not get anything shipped. The mail men mess up guaranteed delivery days a lot and they always leave stuff outside and it gets stolen right away. We were out of town on vacation and a very important package got stolen that can not be replaced. The office refuses to come with a better solution for its residents even if we tell them we are going out of town. Even if packages get delivered inside the lobby, which is locked from the outside, they still get stolen. So it’s either the delivery man or our neighbors stealing from us. We keep filing police reports but it’s just disappointing that the office does not care enough to allow special occasions where packages would get delivered there.
Do you not live here the staff is extremely rude they don't take care of anything and they are infested with cockroaches!!! They will try and charge you for everything after lease is over or near to end! Run far far away from this place! Also all my online shopping is always stolen and they have been aware and refuse to install security cameras!
They will pad your final move out bill with their maintenance. Threaten to put you in collections for items you didn't damage. Stay away!
My client who worked for the post office suffered a torn meniscus when she slipped and fell on ice on a walkway on the Heritage Village apartment complex on 1/13/2016. She has complained to the manager of the snow removal condition at the Heritage apartments for a long time but nothing was done about it. I am looking for witnesses who are aware of the lack of snow and ice removal at the Heritage apartment property. You may call Steve at 414-649-9790 to discuss thes
The manager is very rude, she is not polite she have no manner. The rest of the staff in the other hand is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, quiet and the common areas are very well treated. I would of give 5 stars but I can't because of the manager. I think they should change her because everything else is very good.
They threatened my ex for having a dirty carpet and said she had a set number of days to clean or get eviction proceedings.....she's disabled...making phone calls to disability rights people after this rating
Management sucks. The manager is utterly rude and she will hung up phone whithout giving response. Her assistance keeps changing every few months. She is rude to even her staff. This manager should be fired.
I have only lived here a few months but I love it. It is SO quiet here. The building is well built and solid. I don't hear my neighbors. I love the wide open space in my apartment and the area. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They are fast on fixing and addressing any issue even the small ones. I lived in another place in Franklin that stated they were an "apartment home" when they were just cookie cutter apartments at a high price. I would HIGHLY recommend Heritage Village. The biggest plus is having my own garage. Also with the heat and hot water included I feel the price is well worth it. This place cares about the tenants and their needs.
Great location. Quiet great family place. Close to schools, parks and shopping.
These apartments are a good place to raise a family. There spacious and have attached and detached garage's. The management and staff are friendly and easy to work with. The two pool's are very awesome and not crowded at all. Great school district. Its like living in a housing development, with a lot of families the kids will find lot of friends to play with. Lastly all your shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes way it's very convenient.
Good, now that I have your attention....here's my review. Heritage is a really nice community to live in. The rent is pretty average when compared to other apartments in the area, the maintenance is responsive, and best of all, it is quiet. My wife and I moved to this suburban area after living downtown near the college we met at - and the change in environment was welcome. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but overall everyone seems friendly and quiet. We really haven't had any issues here - the only reason we would consider moving is to find something more modern. That would be the only downside of the apartment itself - we, like most young couples, would prefer hardwood floors in a loft, but these are roomy, carpeted units that you won't see on Pinterest. If you are OK with that, they offer plenty of storage and the heating and AC work great. That's about it - while this apartment didn't change my life, it has been a pretty solid place to live in during the first year of my marriage. I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone looking for a quiet place!
Management lets you move in for a few months, then charges you for replacing items that should have been replaced before you got there.
No apartments in my desired category were available on the dates I needed to move. So I only visited this property briefly. Looked nice, though.
I currently live at Heritage Village 1 and I love it! I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it is very spacious, my walk-in closet is awesome! The office staff is actually showing a 1 bedroom to me this week as the 2 bedroom provides too much space for just myself and my dog. I have heard that Heritage Village 2 (other side of complex) does not have dishwashers and the garage is not attached. I cannot say anything about that part of the community as I have not seen those units. There are 2 pools and I prefer one over the other, but they are kept clean and it will be open until 9/25. This complex has a lot of green space to enjoy and there is a trail nearby that is nice for taking walks. You are about 2 mi away from Southridge Mall and all the conveniences that go along with it. Maintenance has always replied to my needs in a timely manner, with exception to fixing the overhang of the roof outside my 2nd bedroom- but it is fixed now and was not really effecting my experience living here. Yes, there are some rules to follow: 2 guests per unit (in addition to the residents) are allowed into the pool, you can only park one card behind your garage because of space purposes, you cannot grill next to the building. These are all common sense rules that everyone should want to follow- not complain about. They are for safety reasons. Don't make it hard for your neighbor to safely leave their own garage and back over your kids toys that they left there. I would recommend Heritage Village to anyone and I really love living here.
