They are understanding, they are NOT rude, they are honest! And they send reminders when rent is due, they are very responsive if something happens on there property as I have noticed, nothing has happened to me but others it has! I thank you for that! If you want my honest answer I haven't been this happy in about five years, I'm happy that I'm here. It's friendly, peaceful and I seriously feel at home. I don't feel like someone's going to break into my home, I don't feel like I am under pressure, I don't feel like I can't have friends in my own home, I just feel relieved. Thank you so much for that.

The new manager is extremely difficult to work with and rude. Came for an unscheduled viewing/inspection of apt. No emergency, no notice, in the midst of packing and was rude ontop of it. I had lived there for 4 years upon moving out she tried adding painting charges. Despite the place hadn't been painted in at least 5 years and no major damage. Most of the neighbors are good. The complex wasn't great about the plowing or shoveling, caused major issues for residents. They have to be told to clean vents(no annual cleaning). The outside walls thin so not the best for heating in winter. New maintenance guy is good. Tries to get things done inspite of management at complex.
My girlfriend and I moved into this apartment awhile ago. The building is cleanly and the staff is very helpful and nice. The two-level apartment plan they offer is simply amazing. There is a lot of space and privacy. It is also a plus that all you pay for is rent and internet/cable/phone. Electric, trash, water, and heat are all paid for! Nothing bad to say about this place, great location. As the great Ferris Bueller would say "If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up"
I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment which is very spacious! This apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores and shopping. I would say this is in a safe neighborhood. What's great about this apartment is it has an actual laundry room wow full size washer and dryer! What was not so great is when we moved in the previous tenant did not clean very thoroughly so we were stuck cleaning the grime from somebody else in the kitchen and bathroom. Management is relatively good, Nancy will work with you on issues as long as you are following the handbook/rules. These apartments allow dogs, which is great! However not every dog owner cleans up after their dog in the hallway. For he price, these apartments are spacious and in a great location, but they don't have many amenities (pool, park for kids). The workout room has your basic machines/weights, the community room is on the 3rd floor and is always closed unless you are renting it (with a refundable deposit). There is a billiards room but I have never used it. Overall, if you are looking for space in a great location and don't care about amenities this is a great place!
