Parking is available in Green Street Garage and conveniently directly across the street. No car? No problem. Our convenient location allows easy access to public transit, Tompkins County Public Library, Cinemapolis, Ithaca Commons, Wegmans, Palmer Pharmacy, the Hotel Ithaca and many other wonderful amenities of downtown living. We’re just a short drive or bus trip to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Cayuga Place faces the creek and a wooded hill, yet downtown Ithaca awaits just a block away! There is a $20 per person application fee, which is used for a credit and background check. The rent at Cayuga Place includes water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Only additional bills are NYSEG. Internet/Cable is added on the lease for $75. Laundry is included in each unit for no additional fee. We are pet-friendly at Cayuga Place – there is a $350 non-refundable pet fee with a $35 monthly charge per pet as well. Feel free to reach out to us via phone or email. Property Ratings at Cayuga Place
Run. Run as fast as you can. Literally to anywhere else. Construction across the street begins at 3am (illegal) and the construction site is set to open FALL 2021. The building literally shakes. And the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors doing everything, upstairs and next to you. I’ve told management and nothing has changed. I’m exhausted. Not worth it, I promise you the rent is NOT worth it. I’ve been sleeping with ear plugs since I moved in. Oh and when I first moved in, the apartment was gross, literal pee on the toilet seat, yellow sticky kitchen cabinets. And they would not cover a $100 cleaning charge… even though former tenants did not leave place clean. Management is not helpful.
I rented a 1 bedroom apartment here throughout the pandemic in 2020 and was very happy with my stay in this building. Things that I loved included the very large windows, bathroom and kitchen and the proximity to The Commons. The property manager and leasing consultant, Kelsey and Carolyn, went above and beyond in responding to any questions that I had. I would still be there if I hadn't moved in with my boyfriend.
