Midtown Baltimore encompasses a number of distinct urban neighborhoods in the heart of the city. Madison Park, Bolton Hill, Mid-Town Belvedere, and Mount Vernon all fall under the umbrella of the “Midtown” moniker. This bustling arts center is bolstered by the University at Baltimore and the Maryland Institute College of Art. After work or school, locals enjoy riding their bikes through Pearlstone Park, which is in walking distance of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
Because of its walkability, you can easily access the plentiful bars and restaurants from your apartment. The Brewer’s Art brewpub has an excellent selection of homemade Belgian-style beers and fabulous food items. Whether it’s getting to work or class on time, residents are relieved they live so close to Interstate 83 and MTA stations for an easy commute.

Property Ratings at HH Midtown
It is the worst service I've ever experienced. You must obey the property managers unconditionally and they will charge you for no reason. The facility is also dirty. When you move in, you will find many 'treasures' left.
When I moved in, they didn't tell that they will charge us when we move out so strictly. They even didn't tell us the principal and standard of cleaning. During this year, they checked the cleaning quiet often and sudden, and used harsh standard to everyone. We made complaints to this apartment but they didn't change anything. When we move out last week, they charged us so unreasonable. We should do the cleaning like a housekeeping personnel and they don't have a standard. Two people did the inspection for my apartment and their standard to me and my roommate is different. There CAN NOT be any dust or even a single hair. We paid for this apartment but they treated us like a cleaner. In addition, they don't show respect and even very rude to me and my roommates. Some staff often disturbed me when I was talking. Extremely IMPOLITE. Also, the service request like fixing the air conditioner can be forever!!! During this scorching time, we should live in an apartment in 80? for almost a month!!!! Horrible!!! You have no reason to live here unless you have a lot of money to be waste.
This apartment is so dirty and the staff don't show any respect to us!!! And they charge us unreasonable. We feel disappointed about this apartment!!!
The facility is dirty. Maintenance is terribly slow. Management takes advantage of students. Walls are completely uninsulated between units as confirmed by staff. Residents smoke cigarettes and pot in the building. Gym equipment, printer, front door have all been broken several times without attention to fix. The neighborhood is great and there are plenty of other good options. Do not fall for this trap!
It would be Excellent, but they just hired RA's and put in a lot of rules that limit guest visiting and take away the adult apartment feel of it.
I was looking for a place in the city, and this was the only one available at that time- everything else was leased. Super close to penn station, coffee shops, a pet shop, Starbucks and chipotle ( yay)! They have a gym, computer lab with Mac computers, so everything was attractive. It was also furnished ( however, to my surprise the model I was shown looked nothing like the real thing when I moved in.) the apartment building is luxurious looking, but not the apartment. It is quite overpriced for the service you get- The space is too small, and although they say its not only students who live here, majority of the residents are students, and management tends to interact with everyone as though they are students. As a young professional who values my space , respect, clear communication- this place did not provide that ( management). Our maintainance requests were never prioritized and a wall that was scratched when I moved in is still scratched because no-one responded to my endless requests. They have new staff that are doing better in terms of professionalism and better communication, but this comes after I looked on apartment.com and found an apartment closelby. I will be moving with one of my current roommates to a more spacious, beautiful place and I hope I can trust the ratings on apartments.com. We'll see! Oh, they had a perk where BGE was 350 for the entire year- a blessing.
