HELLO HELLO HELLO!!!!!!! ~ IF YOU ARE READING THIS YES!!! I AM TALKING TO YOU. IF YOU VALUE THE HARD EARNED MONEY YOU MAKE OR HAVE DONT SPEND IT AT THE HIBBARD APTS. THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH. MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE. THEIR IS A GUY IN THE BUILDING THAT HAS BEEN KNOWN TO PICK LOCKS AND HAS ACTUALLY CHANGED A TENANTS LOCK (CREEPY). LISTEN I COULD GO ON AND ON SO I WILL SIMPLY SAY THIS I MOVED IN ON AUG. 6,2016 AND I HAPPILY MOVED OUT ON SEPT. 6,2017. ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE. OH AND ONE MORE THING GET USE TO WALKING UP THE STAIRS BECAUSE BOTH ELEVATORS ARE USUALLY DOWN AND THAT WENT ON FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR I WAS THERE BEING ON THE 9TH FLOOR WAS NOT FUN AT ALL. HELLO HELLO HELLO I HOPE YOUR READING THIS VERY CLOSELY DO NOT MOVE INTO THE HIBBARD APTS YOU WILL REGRET IT THAT I CAN PROMISE BE BLESSED PEOPLE
