The serene and arboreal community of Stateline-Germantown welcomes potential residents with its variety of rentals, including an abundance of stately houses with spacious front yards and old shade trees. Only about a half an hour's drive from downtown Memphis, this beautiful neighborhood lures residents with its low crime rate, great schools, and hundreds of acres of parkland.
Locals frequent the Winchester Farmer's Market, held from June through October at the town common on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Wares include baked goods, pasta, produce, honey, and fresh seafood. Nothing beats the sheer fun of Sky Zone Trampoline Park on Distriplex Farms Drive. Afterwards, visit the various fast-food options clustered on East Shelby Drive. Play billiards at Clicks on Malco Way while munching on the house nachos, fried pickles, and potato skins.

Property Ratings at Hickory Grove
Units look great! They did a great job and love my apartment.
Since moving in at the beginning of the year, the water in the apartment complex has been shut off 10+ times due to “leaks.” We have gone hours without running water on multiple occasions and the only thing they have to say about that is, “sorry for the inconvenience.” Furthermore, there was a leak in our unit and it took days for maintenance to come out. When someone finally came, he was unable to do anything about it. The leak spread from the laundry room to the kitchen and continues to leak. They replaced our thermostat and left a huge hole in the wall where the old thermostat was. It took them nearly a week to fix the electrical so that the new thermostat could work, which meant we slept in the cold at night due to no heat!! When I put in a request for these issues, maintenance picks & chooses which concerns they want to address. They’ll come and look at the thermostat, but not he leak. Or they’ll come and look at the leak but won’t do anything about the brown ceiling. This means that we have random people in our apartment all the time & it is very frustrating. Now we are left with a hole in the wall, a brown ceiling, and a mold smell. I would avoid this complex at all cost!
Do not be fooled by the website the staff is horrible! Horrible customer service. My apartment flooded earlier this year it took me calling corporate and 12 days before they put me in a new one and then that one flooded. The rent office is so ghetto and unprofessional! the gym doesn’t work the gate never works you have to call corporate to get the pool open in the summer only one of them work do not believe the hype of the website it’s all lies On scale from 1-10 I give them -5 PLEASE GO FIND A HOME ELSE WHERE YPU FONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
My Best Friend and I have been in these apartments for only 2 months and our apartment was broken into. They lady in the office was very rude and did not care about our safety. The person who broke into our apartment came through my bedroom patio door and broke the glass. It took them 3 hrs after the incident to fix my patio door and a week to bring a bar to lock my patio door back. We had nets when we first moved in , my tub was not glossed, shower head didn't work, and trash was everywhere by the dumpster. I would not recommend anyone to move over here. East Memphis has gone down overall and it's sad. These apartments are cheap for a reason what you pay for is what you get. "NEVER AGAIN"
This place is terrible. Once you move in, you become invisible to the staff. They will not address your maintenance concerns. Your bill will be different every month, and they will evict you if you don't visit the office every month, wait in line to get an accurate bill, and pay it before the 5th. There are bugs here. Maintenance doesn't care about tenants. I waited 3 months for the toilet seats I was promised by the end of my move in day. Nothing else has been fixed. My bath tub is brown, my electrical outlets are mostly not functional. Its very hot and my utility bill is high because I haven't been provided with the weather strips for the exterior doors. Hands down this is the worst complex in east Memphis.
The apartments themselves are very nice. On the other hand trash is always outside. Management is very unprofessional and Rude. Mailboxes are broke into on the daily. Office takes forever to get you a new key. Lord forbid you have a after hour emergency, Maintenance will either not come or will come with a very bad attitude. Save yourself the time and effort and DO NOT MOVE HERE.
My five year stay at the woods at ridgeway has been pleasant!
I have been living here for a while now. My apartment itself is nice. Things are mostly in good shape; however, I do have a problem with bugs that no one is coming to fix. The neighborhood itself isn't that secure. The security gate is often broken and people tail-gate in all the time. There is often trash in the roads and in the grass.
