We are recent tenants and so far, we are so excited to be here. The move in/leasing process was easy as can be (Thank you, Rachel!), and everything was prepared for us prior to move in. The condo was clean and clearly taken care of, and the neighbors we've met so far have all been wonderful. We're looking forward to getting to live in this awesome community!

Thank you so much for your recommendation! We truly have the best team!
Nickole H 5 stars I have lived at a property owned by the Harford Collection of Homes & Century Real Estate in Owings Mills since 2019. It has been such a wonderful experience renting with this group. If I had any questions, I could always reach out to them. This company makes you feel like family. I never had a problem where it was not taken care of immediately. If I needed to, I could always call Max, Carrie or James directly. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the property you're renting is in great condition and if there is a problem, just let them know and they are on it. I have never had such an amazing experience with renting. I wouldn't want to rent with anyone else.

Having the option for our residents to "grow" with us, or perhaps move closer to work or just get a new view - is huge benefit and we are so happy to be able to offer various floorplans- from 1-bedroom options to large townhomes all located in Harford, Cecil and Balitmore Counties!
Wonderful place to live and very well maintained. The property manager and maintenance and super nice and helpful. Great location as it is walking distance from Main Street and the Ma and Pa trail.

Thank you for the kinds words regarding our team. Our leasing and maintenance teams do their absolute best for our residents. It is great to hear that you are enjoying the wonderful perks that the Hickory Hills location has to offer.
Unfortunately we have not had the best stay here and are moving out this year. We have had many maintenance issues that they continued to put a bandaid on and not fix the actual issues. We had a mice issue that they just put traps up. The ventilation in the bathroom is poor and the windows are old. We had to put many damprid buckets around the condo and they always filled up. We started to get mold all around the windows too. We also had a/c and heat issues every time the seasons changed. The place is old and they did not do proper renovations to make it a good living space. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because the community and location were wonderful. It is a shame we are moving out because we really did love the area close to the trails and downtown Bel Air.
I’ve live at Moores Mill Manor for almost three years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s close to downtown and with Del Plaza across the street this makes it handy for snacks and coffee. The apartments are well maintained and the maintenance department always goes above and beyond when you need repairs. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our condos are truly a hidden treasure for rentals in the area! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our community and all there is to offer!
Hickory Hills is a great place to live. I have lived here at two different times, and would live here again. It's a community filled with people of all ages. I made great friends there. The whole community is always kept cleaned, trees and bushes are trimmed, leaves are removed, the roads are kept cleared, etc. The office personnel are great. They are always friendly and courteous and answer all your questions. The maintenance crew is fantastic. All issues are resolved in a timely manner. The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Sending a big shout out to Carrie (in the office). She was always professional and a pleasure to work with!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with such fantastic feedback! We are so happy you enjoyed living with us in Hickory Hills- Thank you!
I love living here. The property is well maintained and comfortable for me and my family. Shout out to Betsy & Aspen for helping find a place I can call home. You're both amazing at what you do. ??
Moved here in March of this year and I am so thankful I found this property. The walking trails are plentiful, I am close to downtown Bel Air, grocery stores, restaurants and the main branch of the Harford County Public Library. Very peaceful and the management and maintenance teams are responsive and very helpful. Best decision I have made in a place to call home.
I have not moved into my new residence yet at Hickory Hills Condominiums but I have applied and been accepted and will be moving in the next couple of months. The application process has been flawless and the agent I worked with, Carrie, has been a pleasure and a major help. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she has been so patient and answered them all with kindness, professionalism and has been so helpful and kind. I am looking forward to my new residence!

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words. We truly want everyone to feel at home from Day 1... We can't wait for you to join our community!
This is to let you know how pleased we are to be renting from Residential Real Estate/Harford Village South. We are presently in our 4th year of residence here and could not be happier. When we first moved in back in 2016 there were some issues that needed to be addressed. Though some phone calls and meeting, they were taken care of. Over the next couple of years we began to establish a good relationship with management and our issues were handled promptly. Then you (CB) became resident manager and needless to say you have been a great asset to the company. You have taken care of all our issues, given us new furnishings to replace the old and outdated ones and have treated us like family. Just recently you have refinished out deck and this past week have given the ok to replace our refrigerator. I also cannot forget to thank your maintenance crew- Matt, Cole, Roger and all the rest have been great. They are prompt to answer our call, and are always very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for all you do for us and keep up the good work! Thanks much- Mr. and Mrs. K.S. - Happy Townhouse Tenants

Thank you for sharing your journey with us! We truly strive to make every resident feel welcome and comfortable in their home. Cheers to more years, in one of our fantastic townhomes!
I have lived all over the country and Hickory Hills has become one of my favorite apartment complexes. The neighbors, while sometimes a little nosy and "extra", are generally nice. I enjoyed getting to know many of them while walking my dog. It is within walking distance of historic down town and the Ma & Pa trail (a great trail!). Many days, my wife and I found ourselves walking all over the town for the farmer's market, groceries, exercising, going out to dinner, the fourth of July parade, etc. Our apartment was laid out well with lots of storage. The complex has a lot of garbage bins around so you don't have to walk far to dispose of your trash. There is only one recycle bin so it's a slight hike to throw out your recyclables. Parking can sometimes be a little annoying but only because someone parked in "your spot"; there's always somewhere to park. The complex could use more overnight guest parking though. The price was reasonable and a good value. The Hickory Hills staff was always helpful and when they made a mistake they admitted it and ensured they took corrective actions quickly. I would move back there in a heartbeat if I came back to the area.

When I was looking to move back to MD from De. I looked at a lot of apartments and none compared to Hickory Hills Condo. They are spacious and are great in price and cetrally located. The Staff are excellant and will go out of there way to work with you.. Sad to leave
I have enjoyed living at " The Harford Collection of Homes" As my family grows, it only makes sense that my living situation does as well. This has been a wonderful experience at Hickory Hills and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to move to the area. My only complaint is the flying insects that are attracted to me on my balcony or at the front entrance, lingering around the lights. I can't help nature. I would like to thank Carrie for helping me through a very stressful time in my life, when my employer switched companies to handle payroll and it almost left me stranded to pay my rent. She was absolutely understanding in every way and helped me understand my options, even if it were only for a few days. I cannot forget Sarah! She has been on this journey with me since I first moved here and has been a plethora of information and a pleasure to work with. You guys hire some amazing employees! If my family ever ends back up in Maryland, I will make sure to seek my living arrangements from your company. Thank you!!
I moved to Hickory Hills Condominiums in June of 2018. I was transitioning from a rural area in the county. I had been a homeowner for 35 years. Needless to say, it had been a long time since I was renter. I looked at several apartment complexes, as well as condominiums. I settled on Hickory Hills for many reasons. My initial meeting with Sarah was just one of them. She was very informative, and very enthusiastic when providing me with details. Sarah showed me several models and patiently answered all of my questions. She was prompt with any of my follow up requests and very thorough in providing me with keys, pool information, and the specifics of the lease. My experience has been a pleasant one. The grounds are nicely maintained, the pool is a lovely asset, and maintenance calls are answered in a timely fashion. It is always a pleasure to stop by the office and chat with Sarah. Sarah should be commended for her commitment to her clients that reside at Hickory Hills.
I have been living in my current home from Hickory Hills Condominiums for 3 years now and intend to stay another year. Previously, I had moved every year at the end of a lease for about 4 years, but I have been very happy to stay here. From the very start, the experience I have had was well above any other. The leasing office staff have been wonderful, informative, communicative people, particularly Sarah as the staff member I speak with most frequently. There have been very few maintenance issues over the past few years and any time something has come up, they were very quick to address my call to the maintenance line and resolve anything that was happening. My home is updated, in a great location, perfectly spacious, and has any amenities I could wish for. Even the lawn and grounds keeping is done regularly every week. If you have the option to lease through Hickory Hills Condominiums, I would highly suggest you do so. You're not going to find much better to live in such a great area of Harford County.
I love living here! After the loss of my spouse I wanted to find a comfortable and affordable place to call home. I found it at Hickory Hills! The grounds are well maintained and I have a wonderful view from my patio. My neighbors are friendly and the community is quiet and peaceful, plus you are right in the heart of Bel Air. I have only had to call maintenance a few times and each time my repairs were handled by a professional technician. My leasing manager is helpful and friendly. I am happy I made Hickory Hills my home!
My fiancé and I love living here. A beautiful place to call home with a wonderful community. We hope to raise our children here someday. I have nothing but great things to say about living here!
We have had a very good relationship with Sarah since we moved to Hickory Hills almost 3 years ago. She is a friendly efficient person and has handled any issue that has come up. We are very happy living in this nice community, have never had any troubles.
I can't say enough good things about Hickory Hills Condominiums. I moved to Maryland for work, and instantly fell in love with the neighborhood. Most of the residents are older, so it's very quiet. Cathy and Sarah are great to work with and always reply quickly via email. I had a couple of issues with my particular condo (they are older condos, but many of them have been updated). My refrigerator went out 2 months after I moved in, but the maintenance crew showed up the day after I reported the problem with a brand new fridge. I also complained about a hole in my closet wall where some sort of valve was protruding; this was quickly patched within a day or two. I'm very happy I went with Hickory Hills Condominiums and would recommend them to anybody!
My family and I have lived here unfortunately for 4 years because we haven't had the money to move since I am a stay at home mom. Since I am here more than most, i see more than most too! Do not take your child NEAR the playground for multiple reasons!! I would say a few examples of bad living area. For years they do not shovel or clear ice and snow at the end of our walkway so there is no way to get to our vehicle without walking and slipping or you shovel it yourself in a main walkway area, which we have done the last couple of years. This year we decided not to and see how long before it would be done, it was not done at all for a week until it all melted on its own! You can only do laundry from 8am-10pm which is fine, however, then they send out newsletters stating to respect your neighbors and do not do laundry in the mornings because people need hot water for showers, that tells you another problem of shared hot water heaters not being big enough. The bedrooms do not heat or cool barely at all and our hvac company came out and said that the duct work was not properly installed when these units were built and it is against the rules to have a free standing room a/c unit because of the vent in the window ( not talking about a window unit). Your child will be cold in the winter and miserable on hot summer nights, much less you will be too! The latest newsletter states exactly, please be quiet when walking down sidewalks in EARLY evening hours (5-7pm), (not night hours) because some residents go to bed early and leave their windows open....close your windows then!! So don't walk your dog and let him make a noise at all either. People are fined $500 for smoking regular or Vape ciggs on porch or balcony, but owners are still allowed to smoke inside of units so the whole building smells especially if you live above a person who does it because it all rises. The floors are not well built so you hear every room your neighbor above you is in and we can even hear when they are using the bathroom to the point you know which one it is, ugh!! I could go on and on. The rental company covered up black mold in a unit with the flooring and said that there was nothing underneath until the tenant boldly tore up the floor to see and saw the black mold! They have a crazy long list of rules and if you rent, no matter how many years, you are NOT allowed to speak at an association monthly meeting because you don't count since you don't own.
In May, 2016 I found myself needing a place to live on short notice. I called and set-up several appointments with every apartment complex in the northern-ish Harford County area. I went and looked at 1 other place, (that was horrible) before talking to Sarah at Harford Village South. I was moved in with-in 2 days of calling!! Needles to say, I fell in love with a condo at Moores Mill Manor. Everyone (residence and staff) is super kind and courteous, and I loved that there is an assigned parking space. If you're in the market you should look here, they have TONS of properties.
Hey everyone , I just started my life outside of college and I found Hickory Hills Condominiums. It is a great place to live. I had two things that I wanted , two beds and my own waster and dryer they were a must. I have all of that and much more, people are really nice around the area. If you have anything that needs to be fixed, they work hard to get everything done in a timely matter and I have not had a problem with that at all. The management are really fun and nice and I have always had a great time visiting them. The Area Bel Air is a nice place to live, small family and safe area and some really good food and bars. What more to ask for. For any parents that are reading this you kid will be safe and this is a good first apartment clean safe a lot of room if you want to sleep over. All in all no complaints.
As a 25 year old male living in my own, life couldn't get any better. I've been here for a year and only had 1 or 2 incidents that were taken care of before the following day. Hickory Hills is spacious, friendly, and serene. It's nice to know that it's not rowdy and loud and everyone respects one another. The best part is that you get soooooo much more for your money compared to other places around Harford County. The ladies in the leasing offices are as patient as can be and are super friendly and knowledgeable. For my first full apartment by myself that I can call my own, I am happy that I chose Hickory Hills. One perk is that I can walk (or 4 minute Uber) to the bars and nightlife in the Town of Bel Air. It'll be a while before I decide to look for a home elsewhere thanks to Sarah and the rest of the staff
Choosing a place to call Home is not an easy decision. Personally, I have never regretted the choice to make my home in the Hickory Hills Community. I say this for many reasons, but Im not very good at typing, so Im only going to go in to a few. The units are spacious and well maintained. I have only experienced a couple maintenance related issues and they were taken care of very rapidly, and very professionally. The on line service makes it very easy to enter maintenance requests at any time. No waiting till the office opens. The grounds themselves are also well maintained. Nicely manicured lawns and well trimmed trees and shrubs. My son and I enjoy the community pool (lifeguard provided) as well. Location, Location, Location... The community is located within walking distance of down town Bel Air. Awesome for me, cause I dont particularly want to drive after participating in some of the First Friday festivities. You are going to have to google that one, Im not going into it here. Last but not least, I have to mention the friendly, courteous, trustworthy and professional staff at the leasing office. Truly a pleasure to interact with. Very responsive to phone and or email harassments from below average intelligence tenants like myself. Lets be honest here... Nobody understands all that gibberish and lawyer speak they put in the lease agreement. The ladies at the leasing office do, and are very patient and helpful translating that jargon into plain English. Seriously.. sometimes I stop in just to chat, cause they are my friends now. Ultimately, you will choose your place to call home the one that best suits you... as you should. All I'm saying is that you should do yourself a favor and at least check Hickory Hills out. I think you will be glad you did. ...And tell the ladies at the office I said Hi.
What a amazing place to live and raise a family. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the leasing agents were excellent. It is a nice feeling to drop of the rent and always have a pleasant experience. Even when I had a questions about some of the details in the lease, they were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. The Condo is a very large unit, that has undated appliances and hardwood floors. The community itself is very quiet and I feel like more of a home owner than a renter. I really can't tell everyone about how comfortable the environment is from the leasing office to the condo itself. The Maintenance is very quick and does a complete job. I have only had routine requests, but I was surprised at how quick then completed the request. The Condos online system sends you emails when the work is completed, so that is a nice feature also. I recommend this Condo to anyone that wants to have a quiet and safe place to live. Save yourself some time and go have the ladies at the leasing office to show you a unit. Either of the wonderful ladies that work there assist you and make you feel at home. I have no intentions of moving or looking for another place to rent, and have just renewed my lease again.
