Property Ratings at Hickory Point Townhomes
Moved in October dryer hasn’t worked since we moved in. Renovation is poor. Baseboards are brown dirty and peeling up. They don’t care about the residents they just want to get us in take our money and keep on going. They did not tell me about the mail key upon moving in then when I did find out they sent me to the wrong post office. Upstairs air circulation poor, everyone has window units hanging out there window. Office staff are curt and need to learn customer service.
I just had the absolute worst experience with this leasing office. The leasing agent was super rude. I called once and lost service so I called back. When she answered the phone she said she only answered it Bc I called back to back. The property manager was extremely rude and nasty as I was trying to understand the application process. I have never been treated so horribly. It was unbelievable. I would not recommend applying to this property.
