Property Manager at Hickory Trace Townhomes, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the 5-star review of our apartment homes! We are delighted to provide a convenient and enjoyable place for our residents to call home. If there is anything we can ever do for you, please let us know.
I would recommend this apartment community because the staff is excellent they keep it clean outside and it's very peaceful.
Its a very nice place and its quiet. The staff is excellent, I would highly recommend this place.Very nice gated community. And would love for me and my kids to be a resident here.
The apartment is great, however the amount of people that "hang out" is getting to he alot. People speed through the parking lot and I am scared someone is going to get hurt or even have a wreck. We need speed bumps throughout the property.
I would recommend this community to my family and friends because.. you get a very large apartment for the price and it's very nice.
Thanks to everyone who write their reviews. I was considering moving in but after seeing majority of these reviews I definitely will be not coming to this apartment.
What you save on the price is not worth what you sacrifice for your sense of safety and security. I have lived here 2 yrs and since then management has changed hands so many times I've lost track and has steadily declined with every new manager. We constantly have a problem with vandals tearing down the back fence allowing punk kids to trespass back and forth through the community and cause trouble. There have been several issues with runaway kids hanging out and bothering the neighborhood kids as well as problems with break-ins and vandalism. The apartment next door was broken into a few months back and was flooded damaging mine and the adjacent property. Earlier this week I had to make a 911 call for people breaking into the vacant apartment across from us in the middle of the night. Stay away from this apartment at all costs. I'm leaving before the month is out.
My dishwasher hasn't worked since July and it is now October. We constantly have an issue with leaky pipes under sinks. The community is not gated or secure by any means. We had vandals make the vacant apartment next to ours uninhabitable when they flooded it. The fence that separates this complex from the one next door has a huge gaping hole where neighboring teens constantly pass through many of them causing problems and creating drama while here including staying out on the street at night playing dice under the street lights in front of peoples garages. The management is constantly changing so the moment you start to see any improvement it goes right back to the way it was when they leave.
I have not lived here yet. I can tell you what to expect going in. My husband and I were visiting from Maryland to see places to live. As we came to the Rosemont at Hickory it seemed quite for the most part. We walked in the office it was one person working there, We came in and thought the one person there was a resident at first cause she was sitting with some guy talking on the phone and didn't notice us coming in until we said hello. She didn't have shoes on which I thought was awarded when she walked over to the desk. She did help us out with the information we wanted but, it was very unprofessional. For the price and space of the apartment moving to a new town it seems like a great place to go.
I have lived here for 2yrs on 3rd year simply because of the low rent. You must be ready to have your patient be tested for maintenance and unnecessary charges. I receive a letter at my door to pay for roach cleanout. The same roach that have been in the apartment from day one. My carpet was not clean prior to moving in was promised for it to be clean since I move in and yet to be done. I have complain and nothing have been done till date. They keep on changing management company and the newer will not look into your previous complain with the last company. I have put request for management to check leaking in my bathroom for the past 4months. Very horrible management. Just renew my lease and already regretting because I hate moving.
I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and pay under $900/ month. After moving in, I completely see why the rent is so low. First, the apartment was not cleaned properly. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures. The oven was missing all the oven racks. The Refrigerator was missing the produce drawers and the bottom shelf. It has been 3 months and I still have no working dishwasher. The air conditioning goes out every other week. Its a mess. The office closes everyday for 2 hours between 2-4 for a lunch break. I appreciate all the space I have for the amount of rent I pay, but maintenance and office staff leave a lot to be desired. Plan to have your patience tested if you move here.
I love living at rosemount at hickory trace the apartments are very spacious im close to to everything the staff are very friendly they come and fix things i a timely manner they are always having something for the kids like pool partys back to school parties after school programs etc Maysha Greely Dallas TX
These apartments are nice, the manager team are friendly and helpful. I been living here for over 3 yrs, they apartment is a nice size, I love that it have a washer and dryers connection and a garage. The rent is reasonable.
