Property Ratings at Hidden Cove Apartments
I have rented from this complex for a year and the unit has a bad mold or mildew smell. I have tried to get them to fix it and after one attempt they just ignored me. Finally my lease is up and I am able to get out of this place.
Poor customer service. Terrible communication especially when it comes to financial issues.
Terrible place to live. So many hidden fees and price changes to the rent that don’t tell you about before you move in. There is no place to park for residents unless you have a $50/month car port. Be careful! DO NOT MOVE THERE.
Rodents over my bedroom ceiling for FOUR MONTHS. They're cheap, rude, and don't care about you. And there's no where to park. Don't do it!
No issues to complain about really. The area is nice enough. Parking is hectic some times, but it is fine if you pay for your own parking space. Lock your door, car and apartment, my roommate had his car broken into because he left his door unlocked. A con would be the laundry situation. No W/D in the older apartments, but you can pay more for the newer apartments.
