Average community it’s kept mostly pretty clean it can be very difficult to get a hold of someone in the office I had thought they just stopped answering phones. The maintenance staff is very good. My interactions with Amanda stuff has always been professional, courteous, often request are finished ahead of time.

It’s a calm quiet area there’s a grocery store next-door and there’s a shopping facility there’s a bus line right there post office everything is convenient location location

Continuous improvements throughout the property, clean environment. Affordable place to live throughout the community of North Phoenix. The management throughout Greystar properties, show impeccable professionalism in the industry. Gisela at the Hidden Cove establishment, manages her team quite effectively. The entire Team Works alongside each other to ensure the residents are well taken care of. In my opinion Gisela is very effective in her managerial position throughout the company. Hidden Cove is a nice family friendly and affordable community. It has laundry facilities on site and is very close to bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Hidden Cove is safe, secure, and the appearance is kept up very nicely. I have not had one ant in my house nor have I had one night of sleeplessness due to noisy neighbors. This place is Paradise!!!

If you just moved to the area, Hidden Cove Apartments is a great fit. The office personnel Gisella and Daniel are amazing. The maintenance team Randy and Eric are quick with the work orders. The apartment community is quiet and respectful.

The complex is quiet, the management/maintenance teams are great, and the location is very convenient. It's not fancy, but it's a great value.

The staff has always been extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient when I need anything handled. They also communicate very well when theres an issue that needs to be fixed.

Management and staff were a combination of inept and just didn't care. I had an ongoing battle with management over renter's insurance they accused me of not having for the year I lived there, when I had it the whole time. Their maintenance normally took a week to get requests done, and one time took a month to fix a running water issue. (The guy afterwards told me he never entered my place because I never answered the door, when I gave them permission to enter at any time.) There were multiple instances I saw the cops called, including a time where I saw 6 cops with guns drawn pointing it at the front door of a place in the building next to mine. Homeless people are always coming through the complex, and I know of neighbors that had their car broken into. I also once had another resident want to fight me because she took up 6 dryers in an 8 dryer laundry room and then left her stuff in them for over an hour after they were done, and I finally took them out because I wasn't waiting anymore. To top it all off, as a "loyal renter," they wanted to raise my rent 10 percent just to renew my lease. Not only would I not recommend living here unless you have to, but I would avoid all complexes owned by Greystar. I've had multiple friends have bad experiences at their properties.

It is a nice place and location to to live, Staff is Professional and is always trying make it a great place to come home to. Thanks for caring and your team efforts to the tenants to be able to have a nice place to call home.

The unit itself is spacious and functional. The vinyl planks on on the floor look great and the carpet in the bedroom is a nice touch. Ive never had any issues with pest outside of a couple fruit flies. My windows didnt have any screens and as someone who enjoys natural air that was kind of frustrating. Gisella at the front desk seemed great when I was first leasing the unit but my interactions have been disappointing ever since. I call or go to the office during business hours and they are closed or I receive no response. Ive requested information and received misinformation, either other tenants info or incorrect info. They leave pertinent notices wedged in the door whilst never confirming youve actually received it. For me, this included a notice that stated it was hand delivered to me, which was obviously false as I was out of town. Utilities are factored based off the entire complexs usage, so as one person in a one bedroom my additional utilities plus their tax were about $60-$75 on my rent; even when I was out of town for a month. Water would be shut off for hours with no notice and homeless people lurk behind the apartments and around the laundry area all hour of the day and night and theres no security: no cameras, guards or anything. They didnt offer me the option to renew my current lease, they offered me new lease terms and the month to month option was outrageous.

The Hidden Cove lives up to its name and has the best access to the good shops and dinning in the area.

Management is friendly and helpful, maintenance fixed a problem the same day, the apartment was very clean when I moved in.

Great location, sparkling pool and hot tub, friendly neighbors, nice doggies, sweet kids, lovely Eucalyptus trees, covered parking spot, great staff.

I lived here since 2009 and lived it. I hated to leave but I purchased a home

Moved in last month (8-22-20). Unit was clean and beautiful with new carpet and flooring! Gisella, in the front office was kind and helpful. Its also nice to have an assigned covered parking space.

I recently moved into Hidden Cove and so far I love it! Love my studio apartment and the cozy feel of the community. The staff is awesome! Attentive and friendly. It was very easy to lease. A+ in My book!
