Maintenance has been A plus. We had a dryer and furnace issue. We reported and help and completion of issue were completed in a very short time. We so appreciated this commitment to tenants.

This is a great place to live. The staff are always helpful and kind, and the amenities (pool, exercise room, etc.) are kept up well. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Community is warm and welcoming. It is tucked back in an area that has lots of pockets of wooded areas which gives us an opportunity to see wildlife frequently within our community, making you temporarily forget you are conveniently located within the heart of the North East side

We have been here two years and couldn't ask for a better experience. The facilities are beautiful and clean and the staff are quick to address any problems.

It been good they fix everything and sold all my problems im excited to see what is new and i live the place is in amazing condition i dont have anything to complain about and I hope to get one of ther3 bigger bedrooms for my family to live it it safe place

For the most part everything has been great! Mostly quiet and good amenities! Some extra parking would be nice but that’s my only real complaint

We love Hidden Creek :) Beautiful area spacious apartments. We especially appreciate the dog park and dog wash area. The pool and gym are great pluses too!

I just moved here, but so far everything seems nice. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful! It’s clean and you actually see wildlife up close and personal.

My family really love to live in GR because there are many good neighbors near us. And we like to see view outside of house. Thank you so much.

The quality of the apartments are not worth the price and they go up on your rent year one. Never been late on rent and there was an issue with the new banking information which led to the payment being denied and was charged a late fee of 100 anyway when it was re-entered and it went thru.

Kind, clean, welcoming community. Quick response to any issues that have come up. From the pool to the playground to the dog park it is well cared for and enjoyable. No complaints! We love it here!

I have lived at my Hidden Creek Apartment for many, many years. I continue to enjoy living in this apartment community because the office staff "and" the maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful in taking care of any questions or concerns that I might have. Also, the complex is well-maintained and always kept clean. I also enjoy attending the events that are held periodically throughout the year for the tenants, for example: food trucks, ice-cream socials, etc. because it is a nice opportunity to meet and get acquainted with other tenants living in the complex.

So far, the experience has been absolutely AMAZING! I can't overstate how amazing the apartments are and especially the management here at Hidden Creek are. We had a water pipe burst on our guest bathroom toilet, and within 7 hours they cleared the water out, walls opened, and fans drying everything. They've taken great care of us and absolutely are on top of everything. Every email has been answered and if I need to, I can directly go to their office and just talk to them and that level of communication is wonderful:) I love this place and would recommend it 1000% Also the gym and pool are a wonderful plus(also the garage)

We’ve lived at Hidden Creek for over two years and have had a great experience overall. The apartments are in a great location; close to everything! The management team has been consistently helpful, flexible, and accommodating—especially when it came to extending our lease while we were house hunting. Any time we’ve had an issue, like the occasional noisy neighbor, the office handled it quickly and professionally. We haven’t had to put in many maintenance requests, but on the rare occasions we did, the team responded promptly and were always courteous. The amenities are well-maintained and enjoyable, and the complex regularly hosts fun events that help build a sense of community! We’re really grateful for the care and service we’ve received here and would definitely recommend it to others!!

It's been great! Any issues I have in my unit have been swiftly met. There was an incident where a pipe burst in my apartment while I was away for the holidays and the office let me know as soon as possible and were there swiftly to clean up the damage. The community is great and the public areas are always clean.

Everything has been super great! My only maybe minor inconvenience is sometimes there is not parking. Other than that everything is great! Great crew takes care of property amazingly any issues I have had they have addressed timely!

It's pretty good, the events are nice enough every month or so during the summer. They are catered towards 9-5 schedule so if you don't have a 9-5 you will probably miss them.

We absolutely love hidden creek! The staff is wonderful. Hidden creek has a community feel to it. It is a great place to live :) We love the dog park, pool, and gym.

Definitely a nice place things get fix fast and every one nice never any problem safe area pool nice to have and pushed back not on main road is allso so so nice

We have absolutely loved living here. The amenities are well maintained, the community is welcoming and friendly, and the leasing staff/maintenance team are prompt and efficient. This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in by miles!

I’ve found the staff to be amazingly helpful and courteous. The grounds are well cared for and maintained. I am looking forward to pool season and utilizing more of the amenities we have at our disposal!

Fantastic place to call home. Wonderful neighbors. Quiet. Lots of green space for the kids to play. Safe and friendly! Maintenance is quick and convenient when any issue has arisen. Extremely happy with our choice to live here!

I will be approaching 2 years living here and it has been wonderful! It has been a great community and I love being able to walk outside here. I am looking forward to the pool opening. The staff is also great!

It’s been mostly great! I would say maybe my only slight issue is sometimes there is no parking in front of the building. Also when we had to resubmit are renters insurance that was frustrating, cause it didn’t seem to work. Other then that no complaints. Thank You

Really great community! The staff is amazing! They are fun, kind and want to make your experience amazing! Had a couple small issues and Ryan fixed them so quickly and thoroughly!

I reached out for some service, and they showed up right at my door the very next day! Everyone was so warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Move in was handled efficiently and without delay. Office staff were helpful and easy to work with. Neighbors seem to be quiet and outside noise isn’t much of an issue.

I have had ice inside my window in the winter for several years. After many requests it is finally being replace, two years later. I went back and forth with the office staff many times on this before getting a resolution.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience at Hidden Creek Apartments! The staff is friendly and always quick to help with any issues and the pool and gym have been a great bonus!

It's not bad. It's definitely overpriced but everything right now is over priced. The ammendities are decent and we're recently upgraded so thats nice. Maintenance request are done relatively quickly, and grounds maintenance is done regularly

Living here has been wonderful! The staff is very attentive and helpful. I love the location as it’s close to so many things in the area. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.

Great community, quiet, love the community events! Everyone is very helpful and maintenance team is very quick and efficient! Recently the snow removal people have been very efficient as well glad to see roads cleared

I have called Hidden Creek Apartments my home for many, many years, and hope to continue doing so for many more years. The management team "and" the maintenance team do a great job in taking care of any questions or maintenance requests that I have. They are also friendly and very professional and continue to make this apartment community a clean and quiet environment. In addition, they provide various fun activities for tenants to enjoy throughout the year such as: food trucks, breakfast-on-the-go, etc.

Very friendly and helpful. Office could not be nicer. The unit itself was spotless and the few issues were attended to as if I was the job number 1 for the day.

So far my experience has been great! Everyone is very friendly that I’ve met! It’s a very nice and quiet place to walk my dogs around the neighborhood.

Good place to live, quiet and nice. A lot of Parking and a great gym that they just built. During the winter they make sure to shovel the side walks as much as they can.

The complex is quiet and calm environment with a variety of ages ( young adults, young families, couples, elderly individuals). The maintenance staff lead by Ryan are wonderful, kind, and efficient. The management staff is lacking due to constant change over and poor communication.
