Take my advice and look elsewhere. The rent continues to increase, bug infested, old appliances, pool dirty, playground old and rusted, balconies are unsafe and not leveled, walls are thin, maintenance doesn’t seem to exist, front office staff are rude, apartments flood, basically you’d be happier staying somewhere else for the price they are charging for a small box. I’ve been living here and regret I signed a year lease.
Just terrible. Too much to name but the maintenance is terrible, walls are thin, buildings are old, and appliances. Property managers (specifically one) are rude!!

I'm pretty happy living here except for they don't salt or plow. They have a brand new truck with a plow and they don't use it. They don't salt the roads either and they turn to dangerous ice from the cars compacting the snow. It makes me feel like they have no concern for resident safety.

I've been living here for over 2 years and I absolutely love it here.Friendly office staff. Friendly neighbors. Nice Pool &Gym. Nice trail near. Also, Bruce the maitenance guy is really cool & always willing to help with whatever problem we may have and he always does it with a positive attitude & best of all it's a great price for the quality of living.
Everyone seems so nice until they get your money.The parking lot is nasty with the weather & will wreak havoc on your tires.Most of the time you cannot find parking that is close to your apartment.Garbage will overflow in the garbage cans & people will ding your car just because, they can.The tennis courts are disgusting & They are nazi's at the pool with their underage pool monitors who sit on their smart phones but, they expect you to show your pass even if you walk out the pool gate across the parking lot & they just saw you & you come back after a few mins.All sorts of children are left unattended & make noise constantly. You will have all sorts of issues with noisy neighbors,drug dealers & them not doing what they said they would do. They will send you letters in the mail over stupid stuff & send repeated copies. These people lie constantly saying they did work when they didn't & when you complain about it & actually tell the truth thing's get harder for you. They will also go in your apartment & rifle through your thing's. I found out someone had been in my apartment without my permission when they tracked in dirt from their work boots. ANY complaint you make will fall on deaf ears so get ready.They keep a file cabinet that is opened in the office & most of the time there is no one at the desk. There will be mold everywhere & they don't care. I'm so grateful to be leaving this place. If you are thinking about moving here do it at your own risk & make sure you have good health insurance because, you are going to need it. This place should be under new ownership & completely gutted. I found out years ago this place was section 8 housing for a long time. That makes sense why a lot of undesirables live there.
This apartment is nice and fairly cheap. They don't require a deposit and charge a refundable pet fee. The maintenance men are very nice and always help out as soon as I call file a maintenance report. We never have had a parking problem because there's a bunch of parking spots surrounding the building. My only complaint is the lack of washers and dryers. There's only two in each building that has 12 units so sometimes it's impossible to wash your clothes.
This is the first apartment I've rented on my own and the staff were very nice and helpful. It is a family friendly complex and has several amenities to make life comfortable.
My husband and I has been living here for about 3 years now. All my neighbors are so nice. The property grounds are up to part and I just got a new fridge and light fixture in the kitchen very happy here. The apartment building are kept for secure and locked at all times. The con about living here is there no doorbell.
I have a second floor apt over looking a pond with a water fall, sit on my balcony at nite and enjoy the peacefulness, no problems here everyone is respectful and a joy to talk to.
Located off US 30 you'll find an apartment complex full of life and diversity. The complex is made up of a fitness center, pool, ponds, bike trails and most important friendly staff. Living in a one bedroom one bath unit with balcony includes a quaint dining room and cozy living room. The kitchen is complete with electric stove and dishwasher. Although not large fully efficient. The bathroom has much storage space with a linen closet and cabinets above and below vanity. A bedroom easily fits a queen bed with an oversized closet and window overlooking the local pond complete with fountain. Once on the wooden balcony you have room for two comfy chairs to overlook the complex park, pool and office as well as the water features which attract many fun ducks. Parking is not an issue as there are plenty of spaces for all residents and guests.
My apartment overlooks a beautiful pond with a playground next to it. I am always hearing children playing or ducks laughing! Our apartment complex often holds contests, has parties, or offers various form of appreciation for its tenants. It makes it pretty hard to imagine moving away. I am going on year 3 as a happy tenant!
