Nice Price, Quiet Complex. Paying rent is convenient. Laundry could be a bit cheaper though.

I just finished my first year in a two bedroom townhome and I couldn't be happier. Great access to Rte 590, 490 and 104. You can find anything you need from food, groceries and entertainment within a few miles on either East Ridge, Culver of Winton. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive to any inquires. I regularly see maintenance walking the neighborhood making sure the property is well kept.

I've lived here for almost 3 years & couldn't be happier! The TH are very spacious & have tons of storage space. The office staff is always pleasant & professional. Whenever I've had to place a service request it usually gets addressed within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is very friendly & efficient. They take pride in keeping the grounds up the landscaping is beautiful. I have a nice private fenced in backyard for my furry babies to enjoy..yes this is a pet friendly community ?? I love that it's centrally located just minutes away from Webster. The community is very quiet compared to other places I've lived the neighbors are respectful. If there's ever an issue the office staff is right on it. Safety is a top priority therefore there is security that patrols the complex you can never be.too safe now a days. Hidden creek is a very delightful place to live I'm happy to call it home!

I moved into a townhome almost 7 years ago and have been very happy here. My unit is spacious and well maintained. If I place a service call it is followed up with almost immediately. The office staff is always professional and pleasant. One thing that attracted me to the property is the landscaping. Other places that I looked at just had brown grass. I really appreciate the care taken to keep up all of the trees and flowers. The central location is great. We are right around the corner from Donuts Delight and Empire Blvd. It is a short trip to Webster for shopping or Elmwood Ave. for work. The Merchants/Winton area has a number of great restaurants. It is very quiet and safe here too. An enjoyable place to call home!

The office staff/maintenance staff are always making sure that the complex is clean. Everyone is friendly and responsive to anything.

I moved in a year ago. Its a quiet,safe neighborhood/complex. The apartment is beautiful and definitely feels like home! Id recommended anyone to move in here!

I moved into Hidden Creek 4 yes ago. I love this place for many reasons but most of all when I call the office for a maintenance issue Priscilla and Lynn are always pleasant and willing to help. My issue is a big deal to them. When I called yesterday and told Priscilla I had 2 maintenance issues I said they were no rush. When I got home that day both issues were corrected, one issue required a new garbage disposal and a new one was put in immediately. Keep up the great work. This tenant appreciates it. Laurie Wurzel

I've lived at Hidden Creek for a year now. Since I move in,the staff have been nothing less than kind and helpful to myself and my family. When I put a work order in maintenance is here within 24hrs, often within 4hrs. The maintenance staff are thorough and knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time...if they can't repair it they replace it with no problem. The office staff are very friendly and welcomes you with a smile! We live in a very very spacious two bedroom TH, with a finished basement that my boys use as a fully furnished man_cave. Never any water issues in the basement. We love living in this community, what a great neighborhood. This is home to our family!!

I highly recommend this place, great place to raise your family, I have live here for about 7 years apartments are very spacious, had not one complaint, staff very friendly and very fast at getting things done in a timely manner. If your looking for peace and quiet you'll love it here. Overall love it!!!!!! 5??????????

Lived here for several years and never seen it as great as it is now. New staff know what they are doing and care about providing great living experience for us. Issues of past are fully gone. Many great improvements.

Lived here at hidden creek for a year now and I'm glad I made the decision to live here. Had a few maintenance issues and the staff took care of it right away. Love the community feel and quality of people living here. Very happy

I am recently relocated from Maryland to Rochester and found the apartment on line. I was able to apply, get approved and keys in 3 weeks time. It is located right down the street from the highway, grocery store, movies, and the bank. How convenient it that? Along with all of that it is well kept and affordable. Got to love it!

The complex was disappointing. It looked nice but they didn't enforce any rules. My downstairs neighbors played loud bass music way past the noise ordinance time. They also almost caught the building on fire. When this was brought up to the landlord all they said was handle it by yourself or I'm sorry. Even when I moved into the apartment it was suppose to be ready but nails were on the countertop and the floor and the carpet and the bathroom was dirty.

I moved out of Hidden Creek because of health reasons after living there for seven years. I'm back there because after moving back to Rochester in 1995, it is the BEST place I have lived. It has great and responsive management, large and well-kept apartments, beautiful grounds, and tenants are respected! I love living there.

This is a nice area to live. We are close to schools , stores and work. I enjoy the way the staff is always friendly. Any problems and they do take care of it in a timely matter. I needed a bigger place and choose to stay here and move to a bigger place right here. I would refer this place to any of my friends and family and I have. Here is were I call home.
