Property Ratings at Hidden Creek
I cant believe the terrible reviews I see under this property. Just nonsense and probably bitter tenants. Beautiful place to live, very quiet. Tiffany is always super helpful. Daniel completed my work request within 2 days and now my washer works better than before. I am very happy to live here.
I have lived here for 2 years and I have seen different teams on this property. The current office team are so helpful and kind. The new maintenance guys are doing an amazing job with keeping everything clean and finished my work order so quickly!
Forget getting anything fixed if you have a problem, they always have an excuse for everything, staff is over worked, staff is out sick, staff quit, if you get an apartment near the pool people use the pool at all hours of the night and no one enforces their 10:00 pm curfew.
On the surface these apartments are nice, they look good and the scenery is pretty nice too but that's where it ends. We've been here for two years and there is always a problem with parking if you have more than one car, we had to pay $150/month for a garage in order to avoid parking a ridiculous ways away from our apartment. We've lived in two different units and the interior of both places had their issues. Both units had everything painted over multiple time (I'm talking door hinges, fuse boxes, vent registers, outlet/light switch covers), many of our doors don't open and close right because of the amount of paint on them. Many of the outlets are terrible as well, you plug something in and it won't stay plugged in if you move the wire a little bit. Since we've been here there is always a water shutoff every few weeks to a month, if it's not our building it's another one or the water is shut off to the whole complex. We put in maintenance requests online but they don't actually do anything until you go down to the office and tell them about it(what's the point in having online maintenance requests if you still have to go in to tell them) they gave us the lame excuse of "we get so many requests, they might get lost sometimes." I find that unacceptable, their job is to ensure the community is maintained but it only seems like they focus on getting more suckers to sign a lease. One of the services they charge everyone for is valet trash pickup ($25/month) but a lot of the time there is no one to pick up the trash so it piles up outside the front door for days at a time until it is picked up. If you have more than 2 bags of trash outside they ask that you take your trash to the trash compactor in the back corner of the complex but then will still charge you the same amount every month for valet trash pickup even though they are not picking it up regularly. Not to mention the trash compactor is almost always overflowing with trash bags next to it and looks terrible. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone, if I could give it a 0 star rating I would. We will not be renewing our lease once it's up. Considering the rent is priced near the same as other newer apartments, it's not worth it to save a few bucks a month here.
I've been living at Hidden Creek for almost 2 years & I love it here. Overall it's a nice quiet community with many amenities including a tanning bed, gym, pools & spa. The apartments were updated and make a very cozy environment.
If you get off work after 8 you will have to park outside the gate as there will be 0 parking spots and people park their cars is spots and leave them for weeks

Every tenant has a reserved parking space, if you have had issues with someone else parking in your carport you are welcome to contact the after hours line at 707-450-8235 and a management representative can address the issue immediately and have the car towed if necessary. Additionally, Hidden Creek Apartments does have a policy that vehicles can not be parked for more than 72 hours - we address any vehicles parked in excess of this time limit often as possible, when we notice someone is in violation. If you are aware of any vehicle that needs to be addressed that we possibly may have missed, please contact me so that we can work to address the issue. I would highly recommend you do not choose Hidden Creek, from the first day we moved in we have had nothing but trouble and problems. There are stray cats all around the complex and most get onto your porch furniture. I have thrown most of my furniture and cushions/rugs away because of the fleas from the cats. There is no notice given to residents when maintenance is happening. We had two consecutive days with the water off and nothing was said to anyone. I would never renew a lease here and I highly recommend no one to this apartment complex.
Management very unprofessional had problems with refrigerator leaking for months no one came and fixed it plumbing issues toilet overflows randomly to the carpet even though this is on them they're trying to charge me not to mention i decided to move with all of the problems with this place i come back to collect my tv and ps4 and a few other items my things are missing and the door locked i am very unhappy if i could i woild give a negative 10
I have lived her a little over a year and have had several issues with my apartment ! I have had leaks in my living room ceilings and now leaks in my bathroom ceiling within the same month . On top of it after the mantienance "fixed" this issues they left a horrible mess of plaster all over my carpet that my 2 year old could have easily put in her mouth . No compensation. Not even I am sorry ! My A/c went out during the heat wave and took almost 2 weeks to get a new one . This by far is the worst place I have ever lived. It is beautiful apartment complex on the outside but on the inside of the apartments it is a mess . I would not reccomened this place to anyone. Not worth the money to live here.
Don't live here is my recommendation. Especially if you're military, just avoid this place. We've been living here for 8 months and got noticed that husband is deploying. We go through the right channels and to put in our 30 day notice since we're deploying we're allowed to break the lease as long as we have-according to the lease- orders or a letter- stating l that he'll be gone for more than 60 days. Now, he doesn't get orders issued until practically the day he leaves, so to stay in the 30 day notice we get a letter written by his chief- which according to the lease is acceptable. When we turn it in, they call and let us know they cannot use that. Tells us to contact the manager, we do so and she ignores the lease and says we need the orders anyways. Add to that, upstairs neighbors hit their ground so hard it set off one of the sprinklers. We call maintenance and they have said they came twice-both times I'm here and have not had anyone come. They try to set up for them to come after we've already left the apartments. Are you kidding. We don't want to get charge for your sprinklers going off and causing water damage and all you can say is "I don't know what we should do and I don't know if you'll get charged" seriously, don't live here. They don't follow their own lease unless it suits them.
Spent a lot of money making outside look good but the inside of the apartments are old and outdated. The complex has old plumbing and has had to be fixed numerous times. Poor garbage service, garbage is always piling up all over the complex. Dog and cat feces is also a big problem here. Maintenance people are very nice but the management here is rude and don't perform their duties well, only care about getting new tenants not helping current ones.
