Honestly I've been living here well past 6 months and I can't wait for the lease to be up. The neighborhood is terrible and yes there is a really high crime rate here. My car and my roommates car have both been broken into and have seen several cars broken into prior as well. Management was okay when I moved on but about 2 months in it changed and the chaos began. First week living there the apt was on lockdown due to a guy with a gun and since then it's been locked down 2 times more. There are so many sketchy people hanging around the apt. Many of these people are responsible for the broken gate. The rent is cheap but there are reasons why. Cockroaches are one, yes they are everywhere. Outside in the halls, the building walls, all over. Also other tenants hog the laundry facilities. Honestly spend a bit more elsewhere if you can, it will be worth it.

When I first applied, the application process was horrible. It took forever to receive notification of an approval and I had to come in and verify it myself. This should of been my first sign not move on to another complex. There is an EXTREMELY HIGH RATE OF CRIME. I can not stress this enough. If you value your CAR then do not move here. I keep seeing broken windows, cars opened , and car windows wiped off to see what is inside of them. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE A NEW CAR OR OLD THEY WILL BREAK INTO IT AND SECURITY DOES NOTHING NOR DO THEY EXIST. When I went into the office it reached of WEED. Some tenants were there and just reaked of it and it is annoying because they say they have a no tolerance policy. As soon as my lease is up, I plan on going somewhere safer. The apartment is infested with cockroaches, they offer to spray but it doesn't help. There is also mold hidden with cheap white paint. No work orders are promised or guaranteed. Please look somewhere else. The price is reasonable but honestly.....IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

At first, I thought moving in was going to be great. I loved it for the first time. But as week went pass, I started to feel uneasy. There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. As of today, its been only 2 in a half almost 3 months living here. I have constantly reminded my manager for a work order. She was always right to it but maintenance never showed up and if they do, they show up not on time and only fix one thing at a time, then the waiting game begins again. It's very stressing when you want something done but can't be done. Because it's been this long and not much of my stuff has been fixed, I've been thinking lately of putting my 30 day notice in. But I have spent so much for this apartment. Moving is just going to make me broke again. I dont even have a second car. My husband rushes home so I wont have to be late for work. As a wife, I wish I made a lot of money, where I can get things for my husband and I when we want it. But bills always comes first, it's always bills... Just recently, my manager has told me, my rent isnt where I thought it was. I've been depress lately. I'm running low on sleep to finding us a better place where I don't have to pay so much and maintenance is quick to fix as well as a professional manager on site. If I won this, it will help me so much. Since my husband and I are full time, and trying to go back to college.
