The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

Property Ratings at Hidden Falls Apartments
Horrible management, office staff is full of inconsistencies, policies and standards are not upheld. Between open 'broken' gate, trash filled to brim, unkempt premises, lack of maintenance, drug deals and rolling joints in car happens too often here, unleased people occupy units, suspect activity nightly, neighbors from block hop gate to come hang where kids who live here should be playing, dog owners who don't pick up their dogs messes, no communication or (very bad if any) from staff, office things change on the daily I swear, they play favorites to keep it 100; maintaining apartments IS NOT their priority! They believe putting a band-aid on things is better and could care less about resident welfare, repairs are like pulling wisdom teeth, not so child friendly more pet friendly, or single roommates/college kids is who this complex is geared for, shutting pool down in summer is what to expect, dont let pics on here fool you the pool area and furniture is not kept up, clean and water is not serviced often ?? and all that for those high prices they just went up to!! **Jennifer left the office and this place literally went downhill. Rules are rules and at least she was consistent, firm, and treated all residents equal. Ran a tight ship and maintained a nice complex to live in BUT ITS A COMPLETE 360 today....its low class, crap, and not worth your money. Better deals elsewhere trust me!!! NOT WORTH IT, DO YOUR RESEARCH, and avoid this headache called hidden falls
I wouldent recommend ANYONE living here the manager is very miserble and she cant STAND the kids that lives in this building. The maintence man is very lazy and NEVER does his job if you sneeze to loud youll have a letter on your door the same day from the manager complaining she will try to sneak around your apartment to be nosy and listen up at your window pretending to be waliking her dogs everything is VERY cheap inside the apartments and will break easy its just not worth it. And im a current renter by the way and will be moving very soon.
