I have been here with my kids 1 year and 2 months. I resigned my lease. I love this place, It's quiet and no drama. Best place I have lived in so far. I love the activities they host. It's a great safe place. I plan to stay here for a long while.

such a lovely place so far! moved in a few months ago, and have nothing but good things to say. quiet and safe neighborhood. the leasing/maintenance staff are kind and on top of their game. they strive to make this neighborhood feel like a community, and create opportunities for engagement with fellow neighbors! truly the best place i have lived out of all my prior apartments. very pet friendly community and they also keep up with communicating with tenants about events/changes/alerts/etc. if you are looking for a place that you’ll truly feel at home, then this is the place for you. :)

Hidden Hills Apartments in Bloomington, Indiana has been an absolute gem since my partner and I moved in this March. Our apartment was in impeccable shape upon arrival, with brand new carpet, freshly painted walls, and a newly installed bar top. It's remarkable to find such high quality at such an affordable rate—our unit boasts the best square footage for the price in Bloomington, hands down! One of the standout features is the spacious clubhouse, which we've regularly used to host dinners for our extended family without any hassle. The atmosphere is inviting, and it's a great amenity to have. What truly sets Hidden Hills apart, though, is their exceptional management and facilities teams. When our AC wasn't performing at its best during a recent heat wave, I submitted a maintenance request after hours without marking it urgent. Within just 10 minutes, I received a call back and a member of the maintenance team was at our door within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with a temporary window AC unit until they could replace the entire AC system. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues promptly is truly commendable. It's clear that the management team genuinely cares about their residents and the community they've built here. Their proactive approach and commitment to maintaining a high standard of living make Hidden Hills Apartments a standout choice in Bloomington. We couldn't be happier with our decision to live here and highly recommend Hidden Hills to anyone seeking quality, affordability, and excellent service.

We absolutely loved living in Hidden Hills at Oakdale Square. The property manager is fantastic and all of the office staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff was always exceptional! Anytime we had a maintenance order it was filled that day or the next, sometimes 5 minutes after submitting. The neighborhood was always very quiet, clean and safe! Our neighbors were also a bonus with everyone being very nice! Overall a great place to live in Bloomington and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality affordable place! Can’t go wrong here.

I love living here, management and the maintenance crew are extremely kind and helpful. I've never had an apartment management team help in anyway they can like hidden hills. Thank you for all that you do. James M

I love living at Hidden Hills at Oakdale! It is a quiet community and there is a lot of green space. The dog park is great and is even lighted so I can take my dog over there at night. The exercise room and game room are a great bonus. The one time I had to call maintenance they were here within 30 minutes and immediately took care of the issue. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve lived at hidden hills for about a year and it has skyrocketed my expectations for apartments. From the first day that we dropped off our paperwork they were incredibly patient and understanding. If you’re someone who’s looking for a real “home” this is the place. Hidden hills is quiet, calm , very family oriented with events that are enjoyable for all ages. The maintenance team during inspections is so incredibly respectful (also a plus very nice to my service animals they always say hi.) it really blows a lot of the apartments in town out of the water. If you ever have an issue it’s not intimidating or harsh like many apartments. They are willing to actually communicate with you and find a solution. it’s seriously amazing. It’s conveniently next to an entrance to wapehani trail. It’s so fun to be able to hike and bike while also having the ease of being near the city.The homes are incredibly clean and up to date. If you’re looking for a place with nice neighbors, community, and a communicative wonderful leasing office this is the place!

I lived here awhile ago when I first moved to Bloomington in 2012! I currently came back this summer! I absolutely love the townhomes and the apartments, I’ve lived in both! And to top it off they have a wonderful staff and maintenance team.

The new property management has been amazing! Sarah and her team are improving the property, and plan things to build the community. In addition to this she is empathetic and understanding to tenants needs and will try her best to make sure proper steps and communication happen. The property is extremely quiet at night and close to Wapehani trail. Definitely worth a look if you are seeking something quiet and away from the student population downtown and on the East side.

I have lived at Hidden Hills at Oakdale for 14 years, and I hope to be here for many more. Sarah is the manager and does a Top Notch job. The office and maintenance crews work hard to correct any problems that may arise as quickly as possible. Hidden Hills is a clean and safe place to live, and I'm extremely comfortable and happy here..

10/10 would recommend! I've lived here about a year, and I just renewed my lease to stay another year. I have tons of space and a million closets. There is also a ton of parking. I love the location, too. I didn't want to be super close to campus and deal with parties. I am right by a TJ Maxx, Walmart, PetSmart, At Home, etc, and only about 10 mins from the mall and Target. The forest around us is beautiful, too. Maintenance is extremely helpful. I've had a couple of issues, and they've gotten here within 10 minutes to fix it. They even helped me rescue my cat from a tree! I cannot recommend them enough!
