this was possibly the most disorganized rental office i have come across. policies and extra fees and charges without proper explanation were amassed on my account. unplanned expenditures of over $2,000 at the end with little to no explanation or coordination. do not live here if you actually manage your money, it is a bad investment of your time and money.

We loved living here for six months while our home was being built. The location is perfect with access to the Summit County Bike and Hike trails. The property was kept clean, beautifully landscaped, and community room and office always decorated for the holidays. Enjoyed the amenities of the fitness center, community room with coffee, pool, lakes, firepit, and pet friendly! The office and maintenance staff were always friendly and quick to respond and address items. All around wonderful apartment community!
Enjoyed living here for two years but the move out has been a nightmare. Ridiculous and inconsistent charges. They rushed me through the move in process, not documenting everything wrong with the space and now I understand why. Office staff is always very slow to respond.
My girlfriend and I moved here after living in Downtown Cleveland for 3 years and we couldn't have made a better decision. The apartment itself is nice, the noise is quiet, neighbors are friendly, staff is great, and the pool is awesome! We also have a dog and it's a great place for walks! Last but not least its in a great location, near downtown Hudson, Giant Eagle a few feet away, blossom 10 minutes away, and bow wow beach across the street. Great living here!
Very friendly community, very quiet as well. Maintenance responds fast and does a good job of fixing issues. Leasing agents are very sweet as well. Amenities like the pool, clubhouse, fire pit, dog park, and being so close to the trail also make it stand out. Loved living here for a year and a half, highly recommended.
I was with out heat for over a month this winter. They finally gave me space heaters which kept tripping the breaker so I couldn’t use them. Then my air conditioning was out over two months, with repeated promises to fix it. And they gave me zero off of rent. Now my drain is clogged and the disposal doesn’t work. I e called and put in work orders, it’s been over a week. My neighbor had the same issues too. The pool has been closed over two weeks, now they’re saying they’re waiting for a part and it’ll be another two weeks. Don’t live here!
I don't even know where to start, Hidden Lakes is a great place to live! They have amazing modern designs, great kitchens with amazing appliances,and more than enough storage space. And it doesn't stop with the apartment itself! They offer a great workout center, an awesome clubhouse to shoot some pool or just relax, a fire pit to hangout by on those cool summer nights, a great pool area to swim or grill out, it's connected to the bike trail(one of my personal favorites), a place to wash your car, and a place to wash your dog after they play in the dog park where there is always other dogs for them to play with. I couldn't ask for anything more out of this place! Everyone here is extremely friendly and the management staff even throws party's and events so you can get to know your neighbors. Hidden Lakes is the place to be!
If I could give Hidden Lake more than 5 stars I would! It is such a wonderful community. There is a great office and maintenance staff here that really care about their residents! I love the location and all the amenities Hidden Lake has to offer. I love the fact that this community is so pet friendly. I have two dogs that are both over 60 pounds and it was really hard to find a place that we could live because of that. Not only do they not have a weight restriction but they have access to a hike and bike trail and a large dog park that has todays in it. My dogs love when I take them there! I feel sage in this community and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else then here!
This apartment complex is incredible. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They respond quickly to even the most seemingly unimportant email and always have a smile on their faces when I walk into the office. The tenants are friendly and unlike most rentals that allow pets, everything is kept extremely clean. As a woman, I have never felt unsafe walking my dog at any hour. As for the surrounding area, it is the perfect location if you want to be off the main path but close enough to everything. Located in close proximity to Hudson, 10 minutes from Kent State Main Campus, and a quick drive to Cuyahoga Falls, there is always plenty to do. If you are an outdoorsy person, this is definitely the place for you. It is only a 15 minute drive to the Gorge, close to Kendall Cliffs, and has a paved trail leading from the back of the property to hop on the Cleveland Metro Bike Trail. I love it here and Maxwell (my puppy) does too!
I really love this place. The neighborhood is great and I would send my son to the schools. Being a single woman I've always felt safe. It's quiet at nite, but amenities are right around the corner. Sometimes I can hear my neighbor playing music while walking to my door but as soon as I get I dont hear anything. I can hear the people above me playing with their dog, but with a TV on it's nothing. Management is always accommodating.
Hidden Lake Apartments are some of the nicer apartments in the area. It has great amenities such as a pool, dog park, and gym. The location is awesome being just minutes from Kent, Cuyahoga Falls, and Akron. I would definitely check it out if moving to the Stow area.
