Overall it is nice here. The apartments are nice, the amenities are everything you need. My dog can have a place to run now with the barkpark being extended.its pretty quiet and neighbors seem pretty nice. There are a few things I would like to see implemented but, it's still a nice community.

The amenities are fantastic. The roads in and out aren't the greatest but everything else is far above my expectations and would love for anyone who needs a decently priced apartment with everything you need and is close to 75 to come check out Hidden Lakes and the beautiful surrounding area!

Everyone on staff is amazing!!!! Maintenance is on site and on point. The private entrance is HUGE. The fitness center is great. The pools are heated and clean. The care is evident. I love living here, genuinely.

I really like living at Hidden Lakes overall. There are a few things that I feel can be a little better like being able to hear your neighbors upstairs, it's pretty bad when I can hear a dog chewing a moving a bone around on the floor. I understand being able to hear a little bit cause your living in a apartment but for the money it should be sound proofed a little better. The dog park needs to be bigger, lots of people have bigger dogs and their is just not enough room for them to run around and play.I wish parking was numbered like the car ports, alot of times people visiting take all the spaces.other than that it's a nice place to live if you can afford it.

I love all the things hidden lakes has to offer. Heated swimming pools, dog park, fitness center and sauna. They will pick your trash up daily. Washer and Dryer and fireplace in my unit. My apartment is updated and clean. The landscaping is really nice. They also offer flowers you can get in the summer. They do have storage units which are optional. It's clean and the people I have met so far have been nothing but super nice. The only downfall for me is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors.

I have lived here 3 years and I'm impressed with all the things extra that they do for the residents. I'm 77 years old and I plan on staying here for years more. The apartments are not sound proof but I have very good neighbors

I have been a resident at Hidden Lakes for over 4 1/2 years and absolutely love it! Close to major highways, grocery store next door, and shopping. The valet trash service is a plus! When my family stopped by on a weekly basis they used to take my garbage to the garbage area because I am unable to. Also, the nature surrounding my apartment is so peaceful, when it’s nice outside I sit out on my patio and listen/watch the birds. Lastly, the maintenance and office staff and great. Great place to live in Clarkston!

This place is excellent because it's by far the most private and the best looking property in our area. Many years ago we lived at another property in the area which was ok, but not as private or as pretty as this place. The office staff on sight is always willing to help you in any way they can. We have lived here for many years, about 16 I believe. We have great neighbors, we love the pools. We couldn't be more pleased with the place we call home. I would refer this place to others because it is by far the best in Clarkston

I’ve been here for six years! The community is very nice, location is accessible to everything, maintenance is quick and responsive, the staff is friendly and attentive….and the amenities you won’t find for the same price anywhere else. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I’m not sure about Greystar as a new owner in 2022. After two years under the previous management “dart” rules… I was allowed to leave after 30 days notice with no fees. Greystar removed that and is now charging double my month’s rent and you have to give 60 days notice. While , this is pretty standard at most places, they didn’t notify me in time, and I was locked into another year. Please don’t let that deter you… If it doesn’t bother you. It’s a great place, honestly.!!

These guys are seriously amazing. The apartments are very nice and well kept. They have 24 hour maintenance and valet trash service! Just today they were handing out free pizzas to residents!

We’ve only lived here for about two months so far, but it’s been great. The apartment was a bit dirty on move in, but the office was quick to get a cleaning team in and the maintenance requests get fixed very quickly. Lots of room to walk our dog and some nice covered parking! We also love the fireplace. No real complaints right now!

This March will be my 8th year here! If your looking for a safe community with lots of amenities then make this your new home. All staff is amazing from management to maintenance. The pools are perfect in the summertime and you won’t find a better fitness center anywhere unless you get a membership to the large gyms. Hidden Lakes have special events all the time with awesome swag to give away!

We've lived here for a little over a year and haven't had any complaints about the service that we've been provided. The front office is very accommodating, as well as fast to review and resolve any potential issues. Overall, great place to call home.
