Love the community and the office staff are super friendly. They made me feel at from the start. However once I started the process I haven't been able to speak to anyone by phone only text. Even when I take out the time to drive to location they're too busy to get to me. Say they will contact in morning. The communication hadn't been very good. Now I'm starting to feel unwanted. :-(

We recently went to tour the apartments and the lady who helped us, Veronica was very friendly and welcoming to my family. She answered all the questions we had and showed us a unit that was coming available soon ! We really enjoyed the amenities they offer as well, I have 2 kids so the game room and pool is something we are excited to take advantage of! The apartments are spacious and they even have newly renovated units available

I had a great time looking around the property. excited to call this place home. walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the local high school. parks are also nearby. the units themselves look like they've been taken care of. the catch and release pond is what we're looking forward to the most.

The pool is CONSTANTLY closed, for seemingly no reason. The gates are always locked and the code never works, so its hard for guests to come over. Maintenance takes 2+ weeks to respond to things and leaves a mess when they’re done. Its cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

We did get off to a slow start with our pool this year as the pool had to be resurfaced but are up and running now. We appreciate you bringing your other concerns to our attention. It is our goal to always provide excellent customer service!
This place is not a home anymore. The staff is nice enough as well as maintenance, But being friendly isn’t enough. My apartment was double leased when we moved in, we only got it because we applied first. Red flag!!! But I was pregnant, and needed a place to move. The water bill is allocated. It’s been almost $90 the last two months! We have a one bed room one bath! They say it’s because our building isn’t leased enough) I have friends in two story houses not paying $90 for a water bill!!! We have had leaks from our window since we moved in almost 3 years ago. And when I say leak. It’s pouring in during rain storms. They put wood flooring down for our upstairs neighbors which everywhere I’ve lived isn’t allowed! Because it is so insanely loud. They constantly wake my babies up through the night. They let my fiancé sign my part of our lease renewal, and that rubbed me very wrong. It’s a legal document and you let my fiancé sign me into a contract? What if we split up and I didn’t plan on resigning? Just not a good operation. They haven’t made any improvements to our actual apartment since CAF management took over, they did upgrade pool and workout area, but they want to raise rent 100-180$ with renewals ! Old carpet falling apart laundry doors. Cracking walls, double leasing garages out. And they want to charge more? For amenity upgrades that I do not partake in. That is too much to raise rent every month. At this point as much as I pay I could rent a house for the same price. No way! Stay away!!!!
I genuinely love living at these apartments. The people in the office are nice and friendly. The maintenance men are super nice and if something isn’t working or wrong they fix it in a timely matter. The apartments are super nice inside with tall ceilings & marble counter tops. Pool area is so nice. I’ve been here since March & I seriously love these apartments.
The staff here is so awesome! They truly care about making things right. Paige is incredible! Overall, it's quiet here. They do a great job keeping the grounds clean. Pool is like at a resort too!

I took a tour with Paige today and she was super helpful. She took a lot of time aside to help me find my perfect apartment. The property was beautiful and newly renovated on the inside. Pricing was great and i can't wait to lease and move in February.
I had an apartment at Hidden Lakes apartments from June 2017 to June 2018. I was not very happy with the original management due to the property not being kept up and cleaned, however when the new CAF management company took over it got even worse. The new management does not send out bills each month for rent and there has been months where they do not send out water bills or the amount billed for water has been wrong. I had two carports when I started my lease, the original management company let me cancel one of the carports in December of 2017. When the new management company took over they kept sending me notices that I had an amount due for the carport that I no longer had, this went on for 4 months until I moved out. They also billed me for an extra day after my lease ended and took it out of my deposit that should have been refunded. I had to confront them about their error. According to one of the leasing agents, they hire a carpet contractor to look at the carpet after you move out and the carpet contractor decides what work needs to be done to the carpet. I was charged $60 out of my deposit for carpet cleaning. Hidden lakes could not provide proof there was damage or even tell me what was wrong with my carpet that it needed to be cleaned. I also had a problem with people parking in my carport at night. I would call the tow company posted on the signs outside of the apartment complex. The tow company refused to tow the vehicle unless someone who works for Hidden Lakes calls them to have it towed. I would then call the Hidden Lakes phone number to have the security officer call me back, and they never did. This happened on multiple occasions. I would highly discourage people from living here. The management does not keep accurate records and tries to take advantage of the residents. The property is not well maintained and the cops have had to be called to the apartment complex multiple times for disturbances at the pool.
I can’t even begin to explain the frustration of living here. Our apartment flooded 4 times and it took 5 months to get it fixed. How did it get fixed you ask? By me finally reporting the issue to the BBB and speaking with an attorney. This place is a joke. You have an incompetent office staff, neighbors who have parties and blast music at all hours of the day, and apartments that literally crumble apart due to poor foundation and sucky insulation. We are at our wits end and luckily moving out soon. Oh and, we had a neighbor who was arrested in the middle of the night for pulling a gun out on another neighbor. Not only did the management fail to disclose this info to the residents, they continue to fail at keeping any of the current residents safe. Safety does not exist here.
So far I have really enjoyed my stay at hidden lakes
I really like these Apartments, I've been looking around for a new Aparment home. I fell in love with this place The Property is very clean, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. A very Charming welcoming place. I felt safe and welcomed here.
What a nightmare this place is! Staff is super rude. Add about 200 to whatever they say your monthly bills is for random fees. The pool is basically a 24/7 frat party. Seen people doing drug on multiple occasions there, as well as, 2 or 3 time where the cops have shown up! Stay clear of this place terribly run.
Staff is terrible. Always putting bogus fees on your bill. Everything is always broken and the staff seems to know little. If you get the opportunity to talk to the manager don't. Incredibe rude and even cussed and gave fake number to apartment owner. Save your self the hassle and stay away from this place
The apartment overall was very nice. My dishwasher had some issues, and I had to call in a help ticket 3 times before someone showed. I was also 1 day late on rent which resulted in a small late fee (which was expected) but then they kept adding made up fees on top, sending multiple "last notices" when I had already made arrangements. Very disappointed in the staff, but still a nice quiet apartment :)
These apartments are nice on the inside and a place to call home, but things are starting to turn for the worse. You are forced to pay $25 for trash, which you can do yourself for free. Then they only take bags that fit into the trash can they provide and the water bills are almost $100 for a 1 bedroom apartment, i'm sure that is due to the new kids in the apartments breaking the sprinkler heads. Rent increases are going to be crazy almost $100 every renew and to top it off you pay $850 a month for rent and most of the time you have to park your car outside of the gated area to get broken into because the spots are taken by covered ports extra $75, garage extra $120, or handicap parking.
These apartments are very upkept, with great friendly staff. The pool is huge and always has a good vibe. I picked these because we have a young son and it also has beach volleyball, pond stocked with fish, basketball court, and walking trails.
Great floor plans, nice maintenance staff and convenient location. Unfortunately the office staff has turned over 3 times since February. The pool is beautiful so everyone in a 2 mile radius comes to it and stays all night! Very loud and not just on the weekends. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up.
