Delaware, Ohio is a bustling community about 30 miles north of Columbus. Ohio Wesleyan University resides in downtown Ohio and brings a college town feel to the area. There you’ll have access to River Run Park where you can kayak/canoe down the Olentangy River. Nice Quiet Neighborhood
Peaceful beautiful property. Lots of trees and green grass. Plenty of parking and a playground for the kiddos. New management and maintenance tech this year and they are working hard to meet everyone's needs. Both are very approachable and want to make residents happy. Although the property could use some updates, very nice!

Maintenance and Mangment
Both are very terrible! I needed work on my apt.. I saw the maintenance man sitting out on the porch of there building for the last half our before he was supposed to get of work. He had more than enough to do the small repair I needed!! I see this ALL the time. Neighbors air conditioner was making a very loud squealing sound!! It was going out. It wasn't even looked at. Every time I talk to management I am treated like a piece of garbage. I would have to say she discriminates! Just a warning!! If I had a choice I would have never moved in to this complex if I knew about these problems. That's why I want to give you this warning. I would give it a 0 out of 5 rating!
