Landlord needs to be FIRED!!!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We lived there 3 years and I've never lived in a place where I never wanted to be at home. She would yell at guests and yell about everything you do unless it's staying in the house. She didn't want to fix anything and then blame it on tenants if she had to. I have never had an issue with any landlord's before her. I was so glad to move from there because she is by far the worst human being I've ever met.

Worst landlord we've ever had!
We've lived many places in Huntsville. Thought this park looked perfect. Lived here almost a year now and the landlord has made it a nightmare! If you have young kids this is NOT the place! They aren't even aloud to leave a toy outside!! She will literally watch your house and call you yelling at you about whatever she has to hound you about. We've never had a complaint from any landlord EVER and she complains about something every time we see her! She has came over multiple times asking our guests if they live here! She's CRAZY! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
