I moved here under the impression it would be a great place to start over since the pandemic, no proper walk thru, I had to buy my own burners, cause they were out, been here since Feb. With a broken back door lock, holes in the wall, lots of promises, 2 property manager in 4 mths, now there's racoons or something living in the ceiling, kids everywhere, the apartment used to be a safe place, although there's no crime, the tenants makes the.place look like WW3, BROKEN BLINDS, PATIOS FULL OF STUFF, FOLKS POURING STUFF.OUT THE WINDOWNS ONTO THE SIDINGS , BACKED UP DISH WASHER, BUT THEY WANT RENT ONTIME
I moved in October of 2021 when we first moved in we didn’t even get a real walk thru our refrigerator didn’t work and on top of that the people who stayed above us told us that the apartment was shot up prior to us moving in mind you no one from the leasing office told us that it has a bullet hole in the closet door I already signed the lease and moved in so it was nothing I could do , since living here my apartment has flooded several times I’ve had work orders put in since October/November of 2022 here it is feb 2023 and maintenance has yet to come but they’ve been to my building serval times to service other units I put in a request last week for my heat going out I have a 3month old and maintenance still haven’t showed up no phone call or anything it’s mold growing and management doesn’t seem to care but they definitely want your rent paid on time PROPERTY & UNITS NEED MAJOR UPGRADES … I WAS Also told several times that I could change units once one becomes available they keep saying they have no units available but I done seen so many people move out and move in NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I stayed here 3 1/2 years and never received better services until the leasing manager Ms.Brittany became apart of management. She completely changed the apartments environment cleaned up the place with great maintenance services as well as removed some of the problematic tenants . I highly recommend anyone whose looking in the area to lease here . Very affordable
When I first moved to Hidden Village back in 2011, it was quiet, clean, the maintenance was excellent and they had security on the premises. Well around 2015 there was a sudden change with management and the type of tenants they were approving to move in. The children would be out all times of the night playing knock knock ditch, the drug dealers were literally hanging out in front of our doors shooting dice. The maintenance was nonexistent , The air conditioner would be out in the heart of the summer. There was mold. And on top of that, I had the most absolutely disrespectful , nasty neighbors that you could imagine. The literally would put their trash under the stair well, when dumpster was literally across the street. It was a nightmare. I broke my lease because I couldn't take it anymore. Management did nothing about the children or the trash. DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!
This unit is spacious but the poor conditions make it not worth living there. There is mold and mildew, units with bed bugs infestations and when the maintenance guy tells you he is quitting because the units are too raggedy and they will not get them supplies needed to help fix it. It is time to leave. My son didn't feel safe going outside because the older children out there would say horrible things to him. My daughter stayed sick due to the mold. Management companies and leasing agents are different every 7-12 months. Its bad because once they realize how messed up it is over there, they quickly try to sell it, that speaks volumes.
Not worth the money at all NO MATTER WHO is paying. Old apartment which needs alot of work.Management changes often as well as leasing agents and dont really care apartment much but a payment.Quality of living is a 0.Safety on property 0 Professionalism 2 apartments are spacious but this is not the place especially for the price. On my 2nd lease and after this im OUT .No one seems to answer the phone or respond to messages, since I made a complaint.Do not be fooled new appliances wont fix old mess.Trash all over property. Shootings and alot of crime at night. I guess its ok because management doesnt live here. Most ppl complain when there behind or are getting evicted not the case.THIS PROPERTY SUCKS
Maintenance don’t do nothing. My apartment had mold I stayed there and my heat or air was never fixed. Its a shoot out every week over there. They got security but as soon as something happens security is no where to be found. Don’t move here especially if you have kids its not safe.
Wow! I love it here. Management is amazing and have really turned this place over. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders and boy does the yard work look good!!!

Every three to four years they change management or owners and it just gets worse and worse I have lived are in for 7 years and my apartment has been shot up twice. Before that had to deal with flooding rodent infestation rats poor management poor maintenance everything that you read on a review is true price is good the area is good and that's where they get you at do not move here how bad you really need it I am trying to move out now
My daughter lives there. The grass is taller than my 3 year old granddaughter. People are putting roach powder and lime down in the grass to run the snakes and the bugs away from the high grass. Her apartment filled up with water that was coming out of the walls. She made 12 callls to management and got a recording each time. She called code enforcement. Finally the fire department and they cut the water off. Mold is growing in her bathroom. Whatever you do don't move there!
My husband and I have been here for a few months. The few months that we have been here they have been under 3 different managers. Kids out here are terrible. They set cars on fire , spray paint peoples cars , break into empty apartments. Issues with roaches and mold. They have plumbing issues causing apartments on the first floor to flood. They arent fixing it. Just last week that had a dozen and a half atl police out here with health people because of all the broken mold infested apartments and all the complaints against the complex. Please don't waste your time. The customer service is inconsistent. And the office lady would rather text then talk to you like a professional
Red flag after red flag! First the woman working in the office hangs up your call and then texts you because she "prefers texting" so you spend hours going back and forth when you could of had a 3 minute phone call and been done. But I continued because almost no where has any 1 or 2 bdrms available right now. She said they had a 2bd/1ba, 2bd/2ba, and a 3bd/2ba available for move in right now. So she tries to get me to pay my application fee directly to the office ahead of filling out the application. *Please dont do this* I go to the application and there is nothing available the soonest apartment opening was late september for a 2b/2ba and now they will not refund my money when she fed me false info.
I have submitted multiple maintenance requests (for the past 4 months) for various issues and not ONE has been addressed. The resident portal marked a few of them complete, but no one has ever even came to assess the situation. There is trash all over the complex including in front of and around the dumpsters, the kids (some as young as 3 or 4) run around unsupervised and destroy the property. A vacant unit in the next building over had its glass door spray painted and shattered and the kids run in and out of it. There are roaches and ants all over my apartment (which I have never had in any place I have lived) and have requested pest control and they have never sent anyone. From the time I applied less than a year ago until now, they have had at least 2 different managers. The corporate office does not respond to emails or online submissions just like the property itself. DO NOT COME HERE
So these apartments are the example of where you wouldn't want to live . First the staff is rude they hang up & NEVER ANSWER! Also I gave them $325 to hold my apt & shown documentation they still say I didn’t pay DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE RUDE & LIE most of all they do not have respect for prospective people . Also they claim that calms ade recorded well that should prove how SLY & Whoever both are rude & unprofessional.. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE ! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The place has roaches to & I wouldn’t even recommend them to someone I dislike . Horrible service & poor communication & you know those are two important factors to any buisness horrible !!!
I have a family member who lives in this complex and the bugs r bad the pool is never open and repairs r never maid in a timely manner and they r always going up on the rent in my book there not a good complex I would not recommend so that's y I give 1 star sorry
