Hidden Village

Been a resident for about a year now and I have no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. The staff has been very helpful anytime I've needed help with anything. Special thanks to Dena and Rachel for answering my questions and helping me out. :D

I moved into this apartment with my amazing girlfriend and it’s a wonderful place to grow together without spending an insane amount of money. She goes to UF and it’s super close to campus and not too far from my job, so the location is amazing. I recommended this place to my friends and they ended up moving in here as well. All around an amazing complex. Dena is always helpful and attentive to the residents - Michael H.

This apartment complex is the best for a young couple. It’s calm and a beautiful setting. If you like watching the sunset, the lake is a great place to sit and watch the sky change colors. Our maintenance team and Dena are always willing to work with you on any questions or concerns you may have! -Kellie P.

This is a beautiful complex and the layout of my apartment is just right. Ryan and Dana are always there to help whenever there is a problem. Lawn care is always kept up. They also host events to get to know your neighbors. This complex is always very convenient to stores and entertainment.

I've lived here at Hidden Village for about two years and I love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rachel has always been awesome.

I’m Jeffrey Gil, and I moved in with my buddy Jaden for the summer semester at UF. Let me just say this place is really pretty, a nice lake upon entering and some really cool looking trees. Really close to campus as well as a bunch of stores and restaurants. Renting this place was a breeze too, Rachel is really communicative! A very nice quiet corner that’s proximal to everything!

Hidden village is an amazing place to live, it’s very quiet and there are a lot of stores, and restaurants near by. Rachel was very helpful with getting us our lease and getting us all moved in. My name is Topanga.

It’s a nice quiet community, and it’s a very desirable place to live at. The transition of moving in was really smoothly. Rachel was a big help throughout everything, getting us the lease and the keys to move in. My name is Emily.

I rented a 1/1 site unseen, after arriving I wasn’t overly impressed but, it’s also not terrible. The units definitely need to be updated. It comes with about 8 inches of counter space total in the kitchen and 7 cabinets including the ones above the fridge, the stove is very tiny, the walls are old wood panel that has been painted, the A/C is like the one you would have in a hotel to temperature control the entire unit, The dog park is essentially a fenced in area of sand, the dog wash station is just none existent (the park and wash station is what made me choose this place). It’s almost seems like this was an amazing place and someone slowly turned off the funding for upkeep. Their are grills on the property but no picnic tables near by for some reason, their are tables their just in the most random places in the open area so it doesn’t make much sense. For the price I’m paying in rent, I feel the property could be way better with just a few things fixed and repaired. I’ve also noticed a good number of tenants do not pick up after their dogs when walking so if you like to walk stick to the paved paths. The office staff is extremely friendly and right on top of it in most cases if anything serious occurs, so far the community has been very quiet and peaceful. The property is also fairly large and has a pond so if you have a pet it’s pretty great in that aspect. I gave 3 stars mainly because of what is lacking and the monthly price doesn’t seem warranted for what it is. But, overall it serves the purpose for housing. If I had to compare it, it’s more like a plex community than an apartment building which is a plus, no one is walking above you.

There's excellent service out here. It's a very quiet neighborhood. They have a great pond to sit and relax for fresh air, read book, feed the ducks and walk your dog.Dena and Rachel is always a great help when you call the front office. There always smiling when you walk inside the office. The maintenance team is quick and efficient to get whatever you need fix in your home. My name is Cleopas

The unit is quiet,the letters on buildings needs to be bigger because if one more person says they can't find my unit the letters are small im sending everything to the rent office lol ,wish I had more privacy for safety reasons as a single person...but the staff makes up for all they are awesome to my fur baby, I talk their ears off and they don't complain and baby when I say they was fighting wasps man they better than me I love them lol

Dena is AWESOME! I moved here from 3 hours away and she helped me the whole way through. All the staff is beyond helpful and I’m glad I chose to rent here.

Hidden village is a nice place to rent there's not a lot of Chaos, the lake is nice, the staff in the office is nice, the maintenance team are efficient.

I’ve lived here with Hidden Village for a year and have zero complaints! The entire team is awesome (Dena, Rachel, Jay, Jason). Every time I have a maintenance issue, they always take care of it immediately. Same thing if I ever have an issue with the rent that’s due or if I accidentally lock myself out of the apartment they always take care of it right away. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a grocery store and public transportation within a 5-minute walk. The layout is spacious with plenty of natural light. The kitchen appliances are modern, and Rachel answers all of my questions or concerns in a timely manner and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

I have lived in Hidden Village for 3 years now, and zero regrets about my decision to move here. The office staff are super nice and always helpful. The maintenance team go above and beyond. But the main reason I moved here was because they are pet friendly with no breed restrictions. My dogs are family and Hidden Village understands that.

Hello my name is Carolyn I’ve been here for over a year and there’s only been a few bumps but overall it’s been great living here. This is my very first apartment so it’s been quite an experience and I’m learning a lot. It’s quiet here and safe and the neighbors are very friendly.

Hello guys Ive lived in hidden village going on almost a year and i love it here the office is always very helpful Rachel always answers the phone ready to help in any way when some kids broke into my car she immediately sent out a mass message telling everyone to double check their doors and make sure to take out all valuables its so peaceful and quiet here i sometimes work overnight and being able to get good rest during the day is very important. Oh yeah and dena in the office is like a superwoman she anything to do with the portal she is on it she always replies the same day to any problems you have so getting in touch with the office is never a problem. And guy don't get me started on the maintenance guys jay and jason are honestly the best maintenance. I've had to deal with. And from being a fellow maintenance man, myself i know how busy it can get being that its only those two guys but again whenever you submit a maintenance request its handled the next day unless they have to order parts.or if its something they can't fix right away the Communication is very great so you know when and what time it will be getting fixed. And the amenities out here are good as well having a laundromat in the neighborhood is the best no one likes lugging basket of clothes all around town. And the lake is like heaven for me because i love fishing and to be able to get off work throw on some slides and walk down to the lake is really the best lol my girlfriend has started buy seeds and rice to feed the ducks lol she loves how they just walk right up to you. I could go all day about this place but instead I'm gonna say come experience the greatness for yourself, you'll love it-javon coney

Located in a quiet corner with a wonderful recreation area, this community is calm, friendly, and a great choice for a first apartment! The staff is wonderful, Rachel assisted us with tours, the application process was easy and she got me moved in in no time.

Looking for a place to call home can be nerve racking but as soon as I reached out to hidden village Dena was absolutely amazing she was so kind and answered all of my questions and gave plenty of feedback she got me in for a tour the same day I reached out! I fell in love with this quiet community. One of my main requests was to have wood floors and they are perfect! They even have a dog park and brand new washers and dryers! I just moved in and I'm very pleased with my unit! The process was simple and Dena was super helpful. I love how far back it is, it's super quiet at night, which is a change from where I used to live. It's a good price, and so far I enjoy calling Hidden Village my home.

Hidden village is a great community! Especially if it’s you’re first time getting an apartment it’s also great for families as well I’ve never had any problems with staffing or maintenance staffing is awesome I absolutely love living at hidden village

Rachel and the entire staff are so incredibly responsive. The only time I haven't received same day service is Sundays, when they're rightfully off. They are so well equipped and professional that I brag about my community to friends. If you want a landlord that wont leave you sweltering in the summer when your AC breaks, or leave you hanging in any other disaster then you're looking at the right place! With high quality apartments and great management Hidden Villages is the hidden gem you're looking for. -Daniel Reyero

Moved to hidden village apartments early November from New York and from application to move in hidden village and their staff (Rachel especially) have made my move so easy and stress free. Coming from New York the move alone was stressful enough and Rachel and the hidden village staff helped me and my fiancé so much, they are extremely supportive and accommodating as long as you keep active communication with them. Maintenance is amazing and anytime we need anything someone is always willing and ready to work. HIDDEN is definitely the right word to use when describing the community I absolutely love being in our own little secluded area. I haven’t ran into any issues as of yet and the neighborhood is fairly quiet, perfect place for starting a family.

I’ve been living at hidden village for 7 years now and it gives me everything I need. The community is nice and quiet any time of the day. The maintenance team has always gotten things taken care of in an efficient amount of time. And the girls in the office are always willing to help and keep a positive attitude.
