since have being living here..bathroom roof leaking..i had to put fan to keep drying the floor..the back of the house never cut.lizards, cats be loittering everywhere. gate not working.i cannot wait to leave

I have been living here for 3 years and I have had many many companies and different Technicians come and go. The last week or so I actually see work being doing around the grounds. A new Tech by the name of Rj spent 2 hours in my unit. He got my sink unclogged after 3 weeks of waiting and me a new and better fridge after being without one for 3 months, The PM Bobbie has been professional and does not run when Residents come in. Thank you all!!!!

I honestly wish I can give them no star at all what , a nightmare I don’t know where to begin the apartments are unkept maintenance doesn’t want to work and break things instead of fixing ROACH infestation .dirty hall ways gate always broken absolutely the worst place you can move ESPECIALLY if you have kids . You can never get in contact with anyone in the from office they do not communicate any changes with you at all they just go ahead and do it the tubs are painted with water paint that comes off and shows you what’s under it filthy maintenance work just save your money and go somewhere else !! I am currently trying to get out of this dump

Do not move here ! At first i thought these where some great apartments but it’s not ! I didn’t get to see my unit before i moved in they changed my unit a day before move in very unprofessional! I have been in my apartment since September 11,2020 it’s September 28,2020 and maintenance still have came and fixed my stuff. The toilet was leaking , my sink was going down slow, my walls was dirty. Please save yourself time and don’t move here !

The apartment was nice, but, too far in the back & it took almost two months for my renovated items to be put in my apartment which should've been there in the first place. They would take their precious time fixing things & couldn't keep a maintenance staff.. Then, they told me the wrong prorated amount & I had to pay extra money. I would recommend not living in the back & close to the front. Also, STAY on top of your WORK ORDERS, & be sure to look at the apartment before moving in!! Ms.Olga didn't show me the apartment until the day of ! Which is why I had numerous issues after I moved in...

Terrible experience shootings dead bodies landlord harassment/tricks don’t move here this place is dirty inside and out physically and by the way it treats its victims I meant tenants

January 2019 there was a shooting on this property and someone was murdered on the lawn. I currently live here and there is always shooting on this property. There is no phone number to reach security after hours. It takes forever for police to get to the property. Another major issue is that when you report problems to the leasing office, they never respond. I reported noisy and filthy neighbors who urinate and leave tobacco and trash on the property and no warning was sent to the neighbor and so the problem continue because the manager does not show any concern when you make a report.

If you have kids and have to work hard for your money this is a bad place this for some reason these apartment are always flooding the maintenance crew get fired every single week and nothing never get fix also it’s a roach infested apartment and every time you are the cause of everything that’s going’s wrong you can never go out the door without weed smoke hitting you in the face and the people that works in the office have horrible attitude And can you care less about anything that goes on in these apartments

When i went to sign my lease and do my walk thru they were still in the apartment painting, one of the workers made a joke about there being bugs in the apartment. She said they would be done before the end of the day, when i came back later that night i just so happened to open the refrigerator. To my surprise there was moldy food still in there, the stove still had oven cleaner inside, Took them 4 days to get me another refrigerator. I have been there 2 months and i still have yet to get a new oven or a dish washer , my ac has been out for 2 weeks they keep coming by to check it and keep saying they will order a new unit .. smh i wish i never moved over there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I RATHER STAY IN A MOTEL. I WOULD RATE ZERO STARS BUT I CANT

We haven't been here three months we have Plumbing problem it don't fix nothing we have no hot water they have all type of people walking in your place you stay in they give me your keys the other people do not move here it is not a good place for your kids to live it's not safe at all

i lived there until i moved away but all the time i was there it was amazing

Today is March 6th 2018, I’ve been a resident since November and all the while I’ve been going back and forth talking to property management, district management, the people in the office don’t care, maintenance won’t ever get around to anything you submit. I’ve had no heat since I’ve stayed in here ( 5 months no heat) along with other problems.. even talked to the maintenance manager and yet here I am, living in a cold apartment with empty promises from everyone I’ve ever talked to.

I drove throw there today to look at the property. And it was nasty, the buildings are falling apart, and Black mold all over the place. The place should be condemned, I do not even know how old these pictures are but they do not show what the property looks like. There was no pool, no play ground.

I lived here 3 months my roof was leaking water mess up everything in my kids room and sharon evicted me and charged me for there damages unfair on my cresit no real proof of damages ...they was on the news and its sad that they dont wanna fix nothing but want to take your money ...

I am a current resident, My name is Julian and I recently moved into a so said new unit. Today is Saturday January 20th and when I moved in 2 month ago I reported problems with my apartment. The lady at the desk Deborah wasn't helpful and the 2 property mangers Ive spoken with haven't held their word on getting anything fixed in my apartment. I've been without heat for all the entire stay, sockets not working, front door doesn't close all the way. Management is terrible, maintenance sucks they don't fix anything.

The leasing agent ms. Olga was awesome and very nice the apartments was very quiet and the location is wonderful and I look forward to moving into my new home ????????

No apartment complex should take your money and make you feel unwanted. That's exactly what you get as soon as you place a phone call to the leasing office. My family and I have found leasing staff to be mean, disrespectful, unprofessional, unhelpful and unnecessarily aggressive. They,the leasing staff, will instigate arguments with tenants. As a tenant, if you engage in the argument in ANY type of way(shouting, cursing, finger pointing, etc.) that's grounds for a "lease violation". There is no one in Hidden Villas leasing staff that is qualified enough to be running a lemonade stand much less a piece of property. The response to maintenance request is slow to non-existent and security is just as unhelpful! The property itself is unattractive and noisy. It is not uncommon to see garbage, fallen trees, burnt apartments, large appliances, stray animals, rodents(even inside units!) and dumpsters filled to capacity throughout the neighborhood. As a wolf in sheep's clothing, they will put on a good face for visitors and potential residents. Save yourself time, money and a bunch of headaches! Do not move here!
