Hidden Woods Apartments

Been living at Hidden Woods for some years now and the management are renovating upgrading apartments constantly, several units including mines have had completely new plumbing upgrades, new pipes in the walls resulting in wonderful shower water pressure although the pressure was very good before the upgrade. The maintenance staff is good and the call center personnel are responsive to your needs. Overall a nice place to call home.

The management team is very nice and friendly. All my maintenance requests have been done quickly with satisfaction. The property manager came himself to my apartment under my request, few days after I moved in, to make sure my concerns were addressed properly and he was very nice. Thank you to him and to Antoinette, the leasing office agent who helped us a lot when we had some issues with our moving in process. She is very knowledgeable, Friendly and helpful to residents. Thank you to all the leasing agents as well as the maintenance team for the great service they provide to us.

I moved in 8-15-22. And I TERMINATED MY LEASE of 8-23-22. This place is crawling with roaches. I wish I can post pictures!! I stayed here for 9 days and had to pay 2 months rent to terminate my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have lived over4 years nice place to live when ever I need maintenance they come the same day. I get along with my neighbors. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I lived here since 2019. Great place to live. The neighbors in my building are super supportive, like extended family. Maintenance quick to respond to needs 7 days a week. Management is veey understanding and willing ro work with you. Quiet neighborhood.

For as much as I am paying management could be better because they take too long to come and they do poor work and within my 3 months of living there I’ve experienced roaches I’ve had an exterminator come out already and they have returned also wish there were better security like cameras other than that it’s pretty decent for my first apartment but may be moving soon though

I have had a few different issues in the 2 yrs in this unit which I transferred from an apartment in hidden woods that was my family home for 20 yrs and any issues that I have had or that the management has had with me has been able to be resolved in a reasonable manner w great follow through from Matt (main office) and Mrs.Herb (main office) we have worked together to be sure that all of our need are met and we are happy living here.

The complex has an issue with roaches and maintenance has a very poor response time. All the appliances are outdated and dirty. Also, when the maintenance team does come they do not clean up behind themselves. They came into my apartment without notice or a ticket disconnected my stove and knocked a hole in my kitchen wall. It took them two days just to get them back out here to finish the work. The washer and dryer seem to always have issues and the lights in the laundry room seem to never work. When you enter the laundry room you need to use the flashlight in order to see; not sure how they see this as being safe.

This is my 2nd year here. I haven’t had any issues with management, maintenance, or neighbors. This is a great place to live!!

Been here for 2 years and I love it. Quiet place. Maintenance always nice and quick. No major issues in the apartment. It’s great.

My family love it here, especially the spacious rooms and the Closets. Leasing and Maintenance Teams have been so supportive from the word go. So far, we are enjoying our stay in this community. keep up the good work.

This is my very first apartment and I’ve had a great experience since I’ve moved in! Starting with the application process, it was easy and the leasing office team was friendly, informative and professional! I LOVE my apartment! It’s really spacious and the windows give great natural light! My building is really quiet and clean. The security door is a great safety feature! There is also open parking so I never have to worry when it is late. The dumpsters are also in central locations so it’s not a very far wall when taking out my trash. Since moving in, I have a had a few unexpected issues in my apartment, but maintenance has come RIGHT AWAY! The turn around time with the requests is very quick! They fix any issue I am having and always answer additional questions. They have even taken care of other small issues if they notice them. The gentlemen are also very respectful, as I am a female living alone. I really appreciate that. The location of the neighborhood is pretty ideal as well. There are several exits and they all lead to great shopping centers or they are close by. I really can’t say enough good things about Hidden Woods!!

This is my first apartment. The two ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and informative! The apartment unit is spacious and the neighbors are super friendly. The location is very convenient! I am 100% satisfied with my leasing agreement !

I have lived here for 2 years and it is descent for what you get. First year was good. Neighbors are polite and caring (still are w/the exception of one). Recently, neighborhood has gone downhill. There is constantly people (not my guests)hanging around my patio and bedroom windows, especially at night. Maintenance tech was friendly but, still don't have AC. My neighbors and mine vehicles are constantly being broken into or damaged.

I’ve had an expectantly good experience on all levels of communication with your staff and contractors and I have some lovely neighbors. At my previous place it was frustrating to communicate with management. I believe my stay here at Hidden Woods will be a positive experience, thank you.

Whenever I place a maintenance request online it is completed in the same day in most cases. Sometimes it does take a couple of days but I don't believe it has ever gone past 3. The technicians are always very friendly and complete the job, they also tell you that it has been completed.

Someone was recently shot two buildings over. Maintenance is a waste of time an absolute joke... better off fixing it your self and there's a TERRIBLE BUG PROBLEM IN THE APARTMENTS...there's always trash in our surrounding area and the parking lots INCLUDING SMALL BAGGIES...and constantly witness IILEGAL ACTIVITY RIGHT AT OUR FRONT DOOR...the so called SECURITY DOOR IS NEVER SHUT BECAUSE OTHER RESIDENTS DONT CARE....SO ANYONE CAN WALK RIGHT IN...There so called security I have only seen TWICE IN just over a month. you have to have a special card to wash clothes and the machine that gives them to you doesn't work.....maybe if HENDERSON WEB HELD UP THERE END OF THE BARGIN THIS WOULD BE NICE PLACE TO LIVE.....BUT THEY ARE PATHETIC ....sadly wish I never signed lease and would gladly pay an extra few hundred to be elsewhere...plan on leaving lease because HENDERSON WEB DOES NOT DESERVE MINE OR YOUR MONEY....if you don't believe the review ride through the neighborhoods a couple Times a week in the evening hours when it's nice out before you come to rent especially the last few before Crain highway...I SURE WISH I DID

These apartment are in a good area. They have nice walk in closet inside one bedroom apartments. The only thing i have a issue with is the maintenance. They don't come on time when they are suppose to and keep their promise. I just had a flood this year from the upstairs apartment and it took a maintenance person a month before they could come here and look at our carpet. And then when they did come they didn't even put down in carpet they just brushed it off like they don't care said well its dry now. I have talked to the management of the apartment and said it was going t be taking care of . And till this day it hasn't been taking care of. The apartment are good just management and maintenance don't keep their promise.

If you are in the market for an apartment in Glen Burnie I would definately suggest you give this neighborhood a second look. Leasing an apartment was a breeze and I was in and out of the office in no time. The neighborhood is quiet and I often see security patrolling the streets. I love that every building has a security door so you cant gain access without someone letting you in. There is a laundry room in every building which saves time from going to a laundromat. I like how the street have great names like hideaway loop and secluded post they are all whimsical and cute. I have already told a few friends about this neighborhood because I love living here. The kids enjoy the playgrounds located all over the property. I enjoy how close I am to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. Its also close to I-97, 695 , route 100, and the MTA lightrail and buses so when its time to go out or head to work its easy to get on the road. They have a variety of properties so its easy to find the apartment best for you.

At first the apartment seemed like a dream come true until we found out 3 days after moving in the reason for the amazing pricing. The people above us scream at each other at 11:00pm until 5:00am, the faucets leak like crazy, there is a bug problem, and no matter what your complaint it still does not get fixed.
