Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests were handled as quickly as possible. Neighbors are friendly as well. Never had trouble with finding parking. Never had noise issues. It was a peaceful time.

Been here a couple of Months so far it's been Great friendly Staff very kind, Apartments are Updated and very clean I got no problem with the area we are in. over all Great places to live.

My friend lives at this location and I always stay here when visiting town. I was surprised by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place.

My sister has lived here for a couple of years now and every time I’ve come over to visit her it’s been a great experience. The pool is always clean and blue, the grounds are always clean, and the office staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend.

The staff is very friendly. My grandma lives here and they are always checking on her. They have great food whenever they do resident functions

They are always going sweet things for residents like breakfast to go, but my favorite one was the tailgate party ! They make us feel like home !

It's a pretty good place. My section is quiet and all the neighbors help each other out. The girls in the office are amazing and if I have a work order it gets done. The staff is always checking on me to see if I'm okay

I have been here over 9 years and everyone is nice. The service guys, painter and housekeepers are also friendly to me and trying their best to make this place better. Very recommend!

I used to have a small 1 bed apartment at high plains. I liked the environment and most importantly how they have small pet stations throughout the apartment complex. Living there I had a small dog that I would walk around 10 p.m every night and never had an issue

The apartment complex says its gated. The gates don't work people are coming in and out all night long and revving their engines and staying about 10 minutes and leaving. If I didn't know better I'd swear they are selling drugs in here.

The maintenance staff is kind and always does their best to get things done in a quick manner. However, there is a lot of renovating going on, so it is a bit noisy and inconvenient. Other than the occasional noise that comes with renovating the apartments, I've enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment is nice the living room is roomy the kitchen is very tiny, the beef room is big and nice the bathroom is average it comes with a walk in closet which is really nice. The office people are really nice and helpful but the matanince sucks here. I came here with a leak in the sink that took several days for them to fix. The air conditioner has stopped working several times her and took the several weeks to fix until they finally got a new ac unit. The powers also gone out a few times here as well.

My apartment me and my little girl stay in is a two bedroom and it is very small but I had no chocie but to take it cause we wouldn't have no where to stay it's always something going on and it needs alot of fixing i do thank God for us having a place to call home I just wish something good will come im a single mother working part-time.
