My move in experience has been great! Ally has been great! Any questions or concerns I have, she’s on it! I love my apartment, super spacious and price point is great. I also enjoy the location is minutes away from everything! Highly recommend High Point Uptown!

Good afternoon, I would like to suggest a few improvements for our community. -Carpet Cleaning: Regular cleaning of the hallway carpets would help maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere. -Air Fresheners: Installing air fresheners in the hallways and elevators could enhance the overall scent and comfort for residents and visitors. -Keyless Entry Upgrade: Upgrading our doors to keyless entry systems would provide added security and convenience for all residents. It’s been a great experience here. Everyone at the front desk is extremely nice and accommodating. Maintenance is absolutely top notch and always gets requests done far sooner than I’d expect.

Great community and staff I have lived here for 2 weeks and have really enjoyed the property. I will recommend to many friends and co workers who work near.

I love it here I wouldn’t want to live no where else in Houston !!! And the service and my neighbors are awesome as well. Nice and quiet and relaxing

I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I love it. Staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond. Once my car broke down in the garage and a leasing agent helped me jump start it. The apartment is spacious, has great light, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The amenities are a nice bonus and always well-maintained. I don't see myself leaving here anytime soon!

I think that presenting and using a general brochure of all facilities and implementation items in the collection will be very useful for applicants

After touring and exploring, I knew it was a place I would enjoy knowing. Everything is very easy going on the eyes and the environment and area is well located.

Its a nice property and centrally located between the galleria and nice eateries. Its also located in a nice neighborhood where you feel safe.

Living here for 3 years, I feel safe and always well received by the staff. Never had any issue and noticed multiple improvements to the building always securing the ebst experience. It is peaceful and I keep calling it home.

I’m wondering why elevator 3 is still not pop working before storm, it’s tiring to carry groceries and other supplies, this is so unexceptionable!

I love living here it’s peaceful and close to everything. The pool is nice the maintenance always comes when needed. It’s pet friendly and I love the huge elevators.

So far so good. There are certain parts that are not so "luxury" though. The apartment interiors are great. Maintenence has been quick for me personally, though I have heard complaints from other residents.

I enjoy staying here for the exception of when we have blackouts and Wish we can do better when a storm occurs along with maintaining clean carpets in the hallways

The staff here are all around amazing! They’re very helpful when you’re looking for a future home, have a questions regarding the neighbor, or even just maintenance requests. The maintenance staff is FANTASTIC!

Well, office staff are really friendly and helpful but the problem is owner which doesn’t care about residents. Almost half of the year we don’t have elevator and they are always trying to find parts which they can have spare in this case. Rather than elevator which is the biggest issue here other things are ok . I want to add Andres , is awesome.

A quiet and nice area and a safe and beautiful building area. It is very easy to access the shops and the Galleria area. For faster commuting, it is close to the highway and there are many bus routes in the area.

The community is nice. There is some essentials that often needs to be serviced more often than usual. The elevators are a key component to this property and unfortunately they keep breaking down. I also feel that this community needs a generator of some kind since there has been tropical storms and power outages has affected us tremendously. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the best group of leasing staff I’ve met!

Elevators out at least once a month, major outages for weeks for elevators to building 2. Hallways always smell bad of trash chutes. Dirty hallways and elevators Pets pee everywhere

Location! Location! Location! Staying here is sooooooo convenient to everything I love and it’s really cool for a youthful lifestyle. Ambiance and views for the win!!!!

High Point Uptown Apartments is a very safe, well maintained, and pleasant place to live.

I am abundantly satisfied with my residency at High Point Uptown.

I love it here. Beautiful and quiet property. The staff is very friendly, and engaging. You can tell they know their residents. I wish there were more community engaging events.

Great Location; Leasing staff and Maintenance staff. The Leasing staff is great at responding to inquiries quickly and proactively keeps residents informed on matters in the community.

Staff is amazing & super nice. Apartment is in a great location with decent views. Been here since 2021 and recently moved into a bigger apartment. Same layout just a bigger Sqft. Love this place!

All needs and requests met. During the power outages, we were promptly accommodated over the weekend. Loved our time here so far and will consider renewing the lease!

Unfortunately, the staff has become unhelpful and genuinely just rude to be honest. They do not value your residency nor your experience during your stay. On numerous occasions, the staff and even the MANAGER , were just being disrespectful to me. Particularly, when I tried to communicate some issues/complaints that I've had, the manager snapped at me and completely blew me off. I will NOT be renewing my lease..

High Point Uptown is a great place to live. There are a lot of community events and the staff is very friendly and understanding. The amenities are excellent for small business owners and work from home employees. They just changed out the furniture in the social lounge and it looks really nice and professional. It's also a great place to have executive business meetings and zoom calls!

High Point Uptown is a nice place to live. The location is close to all the main attractions of Houston.

The management team is very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate successfully.

The area is super convenient for my job and fun activities! I really enjoyed the amenities like the pool in the gym. I have noisy neighbors occasionally and the coffee machine doesn’t always work so that’s my only reason for the half star. Otherwise I really like living here!

High Point Uptown has been one of my favorite properties to live at.

I loved everything from the tour to my move in date. Everything went so smoothly. I changed apartment numbers a few times during the application process and Jess assisted me each time with no complaints. Everyone there is patient and understanding and that’s a plus. I would recommend every friend to move here. I love it.

High Point Uptown community is very friendly and quiet. Any issue you may have it addressed immediately by the front office. The community also provides different activities throughout the year to keep everyone engaged.

Friendly staff and neighbors. It is sometimes noisy at night, but you get clean apartments provided to you and they’re very timely responding to issues.

it is not nice apartment for living ( too much noise at nights, weed smells, weak customers service…)

I am beyond grateful for each employee at High Point. Thank so much to each leading agent for working so hard to get my kids and I moved in. My son said this is the best birthday gift for him to have his own room again.

Moving to High Point has been the best decision for my family. It is quiet and in the most convenient area for commuting across the city. This is a safe community for young children in this area where a lot of buildings are beautiful but not kid friendly.

No issues with my apartment at all Being in the parking having the gate broken for 6 months my tire was sliced and they never responded to my email or calls about the issue Also the elevator is always broken The hallway smells like a hotbox when ever the office is closed Plus the Office unprofessional and unresponsive The maintenance is good tho
