This hidden gem is out of the way and quiet. Manager Jennifer is the best.

Poor customer service skills.

I applied for a apartment. I was denied the apartment after waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me. I meet all the criteria to lease at High Point and basically was told I would get the apartment. I was approved by a number of other apartment sites and I’m on waiting lists I’ve emailed High Point numerous times asking them what was the reason I was declined for. Couldn’t even call me back. Thank you for your professionalism much appreciated!

I just wanted to write a review about the manager Lynn at High Points Apts . She has been a pleasure to work with . She answers any questions or concerns very quickly . She is very efficient at her job . She is greatly appreciated .

Under New Management

Under new management since August 2018. Big changes have already happened. Now I like leaving here!

Location is great and the apartments are very spacious but could do without living with bugs.
