Property Ratings at High Ridge Landing
I’ve lived here for coming close to a year and during that time the office has had some amazing staff that were beyond friendly and helpful. The parking is probably the biggest issue when it comes to guests. Tenants park in them for days at a time…so good luck trying to have family and friends come over! But overall a quiet friendly community.
I live living here! Parking is bad but everything else is great!

Thank you for the 5-star review! It is lovely to know you have enjoyed your time in our community. We have escalated your comment regarding parking for internal discussion. If you need anything as time continues, please let us know.
Christopher in the office was great. Maintenance has been good as well. The parking is absolutely terrible. The tow company only will tow for the management. Other tenants park on curbs, in fire lanes and in front of garages. Its pretty bad that when you turn a corner to park in a garage that you are paying ALOT of money for and you almost hit a car that is illegally parked! You are only given one parking spot, and then told that the spots that are $40 are all sold out. So if you have 2 cars, you need to pay for a garage and there are never any guest spots to park in! Some tenant let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and do not Clean it up.

I love my 3 bedroom overlooking the lake, everything is updated and up to date. I'm very happy with my place, Victoria helped us make the decision by showing us around and being so polite. Come take a look for yourself, it's worth it.

We've lived here for a little over a year and I've lost count of how many managers there have been. This current one has been here for a few months but is the nastiest out of them all. Completely disrespectful towards the people who are paying to live here. And paying a very high price as well. Don't get me wrong, I love the community and friends we have made here but it is definitely not worth the price. The neighbors all joke that the name of this place should be "Al a carte Landing" because every little thing is an extra charge on top of the already high rent. The package locker (that no shipping company uses so packages are left outside my door anyway), the parking spot which should come with the apartment, the trash fee (a total of $32/month) which half the time the dumpster is overflowed and/or the trash is still left at my door the next morning, and the increase in pet fee- which isn't fair because my pet hasn't changed since I signed last year. Honestly the list can go on and on. I wish I was the only resident who felt this way but unfortunately there are many of us think this way. The regional manager, Andy, has been very helpful however he has other properties to deal with so most of the time you are stuck with the rude property manager. There is a resident portal and for some reason, mine hasn't been working but I was told that that wasn't her issue- which I find hard to believe since it really is her issue to deal with problems the residents might have. Unfortunately we had to resign for another year due to medical reasons stopping us from moving. But within the next year, we will be moving to a place that is cheaper and more accommodating to their residents. Like I said, the community and friendships are great but not worth the aggravation and anxiety. The friendships will last even when we're not dealing with all of the issues that come with living here. There are plenty of other places to live around this area, that are cheaper and better to their residents!

I’m usually one to just deal with situations. But I can say I have never been so excited to move out of a place (unfortunately not until May). Since May I have seen management and front office change more than 3 times. Everytime I go in there, there are new employees. So how are they to know what is going on in the community’s there are new faces everytime?!. They have added things multiple times to the rent(included a monthly fee for parking). Records being messed up and not “found” . It’s ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful place. But not worth the hassle and stress. I only selected a rating because I had too in order to submit this .

I was one of the first tenants at this complex after construction and can attest that since this place was bought out in early 2018 the overall management of it and class of tenants has fallen on its face. I currently have a standard garage but requested the extended size garage over a year ago and have been on the waiting list that long. Every few months I would even check with the office and personally saw my name was the next in line on their tracking spreadsheet. When new managements took over they utilized the garage I was waiting for as storage for remodeling that they were doing. I was okay with this because I was assured once they were done I would get the garage. Once the remodeling was done I went to the office fully expecting to get the garage only to find out that they gave it to a brand new tenant that had just moved in. Instead of apologizing for the error they tried saying my name was never on the list and that the prior employee that was handling everything had been lying to me...despite me physically seeing my name on the tracking document. When I raised this concerns and was told I would get a call back from the manager I never got one. Not even a call to apologize about the inconvenience that they have caused. Not to mention, the overall parking at this facility SUCKS. When I moved in after construction I was told I was allotted two parking spots. Well, now that the place has so many people you're allowed one assigned parking spot. The downside is that parking is so limited most new tenants have to pay extra for a garage to park in. Management talks around this stating that there is no issue but trust and believe that it's a huge issue. This management cares only about filling the apartments and has ZERO regard for it's current tenants. They will say anything to get someone to sign the lease. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere as this place has gone completely downhill.

Please reach out to our team directly so that we can speak with you about your parking options, thank you!
I’ve been a resident here for approximately five months and during these past five months, I feel like I am total trash. Problems I have with the complex are as follows: 1. A very small gym that can only fit maybe five people comfortably. It’s like a closet space. 2. The mailboxes are located on the other side of the apartment complex. 3. The outside hallways never get clean and I don’t expect them to be flawless 24/7 because they are high traffic areas, but keep them clean. I have lived in Greystar Communities and they were always making sure that the apartments on the outside were always presentable. All in all, as a resident paying rent here, I will list all the problem areas this community has. 1. Small gym 2. Mailboxes all to one side. 3. Dirty exterior. 4. Rude staff, especially Joanna. 5. Rude maintenance woman. I saw a maintenance man here a few times and he has been very sweet and does a nice job! 6. Poor floor/crown molding areas where bugs can come in and out whenever they please. Even having an open slot in the front door where ants came through one time and having my apartment being humid because it’s not a properly attached door. 7. AWFUL parking. Parking should be first come, first serve. I get that you want the extra $20 a month, but it’s a huge inconvenience for us because we should be able to invite guests over without them trying to find a spot and we have to go pick them up at Publix. 8. Not being a smoke free community and me being a non-smoker myself, I have to call a place home, where I inhale cigarette smoke and marijuana just trying to walk to my front door.

I would recommend better security. Lots of drug activity around my building. I’m not comfortable leaving my kids home alone.
unfortunately, there are constant noises from the doors that automatically "slam" shut. This is very uncomfortable and leaves me "edgy".
I have recommended the community because it's pretty and clean its new and all of the office personnel are very accommodating and friendly, One of the only negatives is that the walls are too thin and I can hear sometimes things I would rather not .
Not happy with the parking situation. The cons: natural light in the apt. is not good - especially as there is none in the bathrooms or kitchen - always need to have the kitchen lights on even during the day in order to see....Pros: things are new
The staff is very courteous and polite, the whole complex is clean, safe, and quiet, and the neighbors are very nice.
Just spoke with rudest most unprofessional person Melissa the regional manager, Melissa constantly harassed me over the phone accusing me of not being a resident and assuming i am someones guest. This is exactly why i choose to be anonymous because of these accusations and assumption. Melissa's property was in violation with the city of Boynton beach for not providing enough guest parking spaces for their residents. Melissa also stated that she knew who i am and whose guest i was threatening to do something about it. As a resident of high ridge landing i was harassed, discriminated, assumed to be someone i'm not, threatened and categorized all within a 5 minute phone call. I do not recommend anyone to this property.
Management giving special treatment to a resident allowing one of the resident to park in the from of the neighborhood day and night. They hired PNS to monitor parking and guest parking. BIG JOKE, PNS does not know the amount of guest parking spots available which cause OVER registering guests, They will tell you First come First serve????? What is the point of registering guests if they don't even know how many guest spots available. Management is really bad at communicating and will hangup on you for asking Why Updating my review. This neighborhood has a minimum requirement of 28 GUEST parking by the city of Boynton Beach. After inspecting the neighborhood there is only 17 guest parking spots. This means this neighborhood is in violation. The city has been notified and will do their walk through. The management lied to all residents about the amount of parking which was sent by email. They change things as they want. Horrible community setup, out of 192 apartments only 20 guest parking that needs to be registered ahead of time, not only that but the guest parking spots are only available to south side of the neighborhood. There isn't enough of spots for anyone to visit the residents. You can hear all your neighbors from all sides. There is no trash or guest parking on the north side of the neighborhood. The management and Maintnance barely speak English. I don't recommend anyone living here. Don't be fooled by the paint on the buildings and photoshopped images.
I just moved in here a month ago, as soon as this building was ready. I have had a very good experience with the whole process. Ana worked with me through the process. The units themselves are very nice and modern. I guess i don't have to say brand new...Close enough to I95 to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise.
